Happy Baby Sweet Potato Puffs

The photo of the puffs container has an icon at the top that says "6 pack." It's not a 6 pack, it's just one container of puffs. So I just spent at least double what most places sell these puffs for. I don't really want to go to the trouble of returning it, but I feel ripped off. Find these from another seller our local grocery store sells one container for $3.50, so you really shouldn't need to pay more.

(I should note that my kids and I love these puffs I just don't love what I just spent on them. As long as you're not paying too much for them, these are great. A little snack for the kids, sweet but without processed sugar. Like a little kid version of chips or popcorn.)

We all though they tasted like styrofoam, but the toddler in our midst thought they were delicious! He couldn't get enough of them.

These Puffs are really yummy and gluten free! The Sweet Potato gives them a nice sweet flavor. We munch on these often. We are not gluten free in our house, but it doesn't mater! These also are low in sugar and I like that it is a vegetable flavoring. My 5 year old likes this flavor just as much as the other Puffs flavors.

I absolutely love these! My daughter is one and a half and she can use them! They are a little large for her but the forks actually keep food on the spokes, they are a bit pointy but very kid friendly. They're super sturdy, non of this flimsy plastic crap. Love love love them.

Ok, I know it's not a chew toy. In fact, I'm certain that they (Ulubulu)would say (if they haven't already) that you should not allow baby to chew on this for safety reasons. But...my baby is a tiny hungry hippo. She regularly squaks if I don't get her food fast enough. When I put this bib on her while I get her food, she pulls it up and chomps on it for a good few minutes (silicone must feel good on emerging teeth), which buys me some quiet time to get her food. Oh, and also, it works as a bib. Though I tend to only use it for less messy foods because it's not very big. If it's an avocado or something that's going to be uber messy and stain clothes, you're probably better off using a bib with more coverage.

I try to keep things in my life small. Wasting space is far too prevalent in our society, and it just saddens me to no end. I carry an XS Timbuk2 Bag to work, and need to fit water in there on hot summer days. This kid-sized bottle fits the bill perfectly. Love the pretty colors, but got mine in plain stainless for durability reasons. Have yet to use the sport cap, and am instead using it in conjunction with the All Stainless Loop Cap, which seems to be the smallest (and simplest) cap available. No leaking issues, and while the bottle is not insulated, it still does a reasonable job of keeping drinks cool (perhaps not cold, but cool, yes). Fits my tiny bag with room to drop a piece of fruit on top, and that's about all I could ask for.

I really liked this product. My kids thought they were cool, we ordered 2 in different colors. Each cup was only used by 1 child, but after 1.5 months the black silicone mouth piece had a ripped spot on both cups. This has not happened before to any of my kids other cups, so I don't think it was their fault completely. I have ordered replacement caps for their cups to try again before I move on to another cup. I liked that these were metal, but if they keep breaking it won't be worth it to me. Also, I never put them in the dishwasher, but some of the paint is rubbed off on the bottom. I expected it because the kids take them out of the house to playgrounds and such so it wasn't an issue for me.

I love these bowls! They stay put pretty well. It takes a lot of hard pulling for my 14-month-old to get it unstuck. The flap is the best part. He's always missing his mouth and just dropping food and instead of digging it all out of the high chair, a lot of it hits the flap then I can push it right back down into the bowl. They're very nice for stuff like yogurt too. I have 6 of them I liked them so much!

I was super excited to use these and after about the fourth or fifth time the velcro holding the larger bag closed is ripping off. It looks like it was stitched on crooked so hopefully I can just run a straight stitch and still be able to use it.

Make My Day Insulated Baby Bottle Warmer

I bought this before going on a trip thinking it would be handy to heat up bottles. I was so wrong! The pouch has to be boiled after EACH time you use it, so it's only good for one time. Since we were going on a cruise and couldn't boil the thing, it was left at home. Can't even comment on how well it works, it's still in its box! Just read the instructions and I was so disappointed. It also has to be put in something when you boil it, otherwise it will get damaged.

Update: I have actually used the product a few times now. It will warm a baby food jar or a milk bottle in about 15 minutes, but it's still a hassle to boil it again afterwards. The worse is that it can easily be triggered just handling it, I find that so frustrating I'm about to throw it in the thrash!

The insulated pouch is great I use it with other freezer packs (versus the pack that came with it which is very snug presumably to allow for the warming function) and its super cute and compact. To give you an idea of capacity: It fits the Dr Brown's 4-5oz. bottles (glass and plastic) though you can see the cap poking out at the top; Medela bottles disappear completely when inside.

The downside (and hence the 3 star rating) is that it is fabric / neoprene (without a plastic liner) so milk and such seeps into the fabric and there are no instructions for keeping it clean. After some handwashing I am about to try throwing it in the washing machine to see how it goes because I cant get it quite as clean as I would like.

I should say I did only buy this for the cooling function which works very well; So I want to be clear the 3 star is not rating the warming function with this review if I was, it would be a one star review. The reason for this is that I did try warming one ounce of breastmilk ONCE and while my baby is quite patient this just took too long; which is why I never even realized when I had bent the stick the right way to activate the reaction (its difficult to tell when you have bent it right as the other reviewer already mentioned). In addition, the pack contents solidified as part of the heating process so was a little awkward to boil for reuse I ended up using one of the largest pots in the kitchen not particularly environmentally or user friendly, since it took me a long time to get the water to boil and another 10minutes or more to liquify the pack contents.

Overall, not a bad cooler/insulated pouch for the money but the heating function needs to be refined in my view to make this a viable option on the go for those who really need a warm bottle fast.

Watch out not to put the cooling pack in the freezer my husband did, thinking it was one of those cooling packs and now the pack has had to go into the bin its solid even when at room temperature our fault I know, but still annoying and most likely not great for the environment.

We got this warmer for breast milk while out and about. It appeared to be exactly what we wanted. Once the pouch starts heating it does work (in ~20 minutes). The issue I have with it is that getting the reaction to start takes luck. I bend the stick slowly, I bend it far, I bend it fast. Sometimes one thing will work and other times none will work and I just have to keep trying. That is my only complaint!

These spoons are very shallow and when my son just started solids (5-6 mo) they were just perfect. The munchkin ones are very popular on Amazon and we have those too but my son was unable to get all the food off of those spoons because they were too deep for him. He is 7 months now and he can do either set of spoons now but these are what we are used to so we still use them daily. The instructions say the colors do bleed if you use them a lot and that is natural. Looking at how all baby spoons get chewed up and worn at the tip because they are made to be soft for babies, I feel better if my son chews on these.

When I first received these and opened the box, I was wondering how these could work for a baby over 4 months old. The end of the spoon is very small, and sort of flat, but I ended up liking these much more than the other spoons I had been using (Munchkin). They aren't shallow, so the food doesn't get stuck on the spoon. And you can actually get a lot of food on these spoons. AND, they're all natural (no icky plastic chemicals). Love them! I would definitely recommend these and buy them again if I needed more.

These spoons are teeny tiny, even for baby spoons. The picture looks normal enough, and the package says "ages 3-12 months," but don't be fooled--these spoons aren't big enough for any baby over five months. My nine-month old is little (25th percentile), and doesn't like big bites, but these spoons are way too small even for her. They are half the size of the Munchkin soft-tip spoons, and Munchkin spoons themselves are smaller than most other brands.

Another thing you can't see very well from the picture--these spoons are almost completely flat. There is no "bowl" or "dip" in the spoon to hold food. Can you still pile a lot of food onto it? Sure, but the food is much less likely to stay on the spoon all the way to your baby's mouth.

Finally, these spoons are not durable. They immediately get marked up if your baby is old enough to have teeth. I've not had this problem with other plastic spoons.

I love Greensprouts and their safe baby products, so I was very disappointed to discover these spoons were not functional. I hope that they are able to redesign this product in the future.

The design of the handle is wavy, similar to a flattened letter "s" and makes for smooth placing of the spoon to the mouth. PackIt Freezable Lunch Bag

I've read many of the reviews here on Amazon and since there were quite a few opposing opinions, I decided to try one for myself. First of all, I've seen many negative comments regarding the BOGO offer. Yes, I feel the shipping is a tad expensive but if you try to find these bags for anything less than $19.99 each, you'll be hard pressed. Trust me, I've looked. That means even if you were to purchase 2 of these from Amazon along with their free shipping, you will still be paying close to $40. Through the BOGO, I paid somewhere around $32 and change for 2, still a savings of $8. As for how the bags performed let me preface this by saying that I have a Prius which is rated by Toyota to get 50MPG. I've owned this car for 8 months now and so far my best average MPG has been 47. Close but no 50... I would say the 10 hours claimed by the manufacturers of Packit were gained in ideal testing conditions as was I'm sure the case for Toyota and the Prius. You have to consider this item for what it is an insulated lunch bag with integrated cooling packs. I've used these bag for roughly 5 months now in many different situations, including our kids school lunches, my work lunches, beach outings and different sporting events. What I can say is that I love the convenience factor of not having to worry about separate gel packs and that the bags do what they say for average everyday use. I believe the average person (including myself) tends to pack a lunch in the morning with the intent to eat it 4-5 hours later. If you are in this group, your food will definitely be cold when it is time to eat. If your time frame is towards the 8-10 hour mark, this may not be the best solution as it is close to the upper performance limits of the bag. Take this review for what it's worth as I have not used any scientific methods in testing but instead put it through normal everyday use.

Let me say upfront this works well for what it is. If I have an appt before work in the morning I use these bags to keep my breakfast/lunch cold until I get to work and can eat it or put it in the fridge. But one morning I packed the bags at 7 and left the bags out of the fridge until lunch (about noon). I had them under my desk (not like they were in a hot environment) and the contents were what I would call merely "cool" by noon. They're probably the best solution for kids in school, but if you have access to a fridge, use a fridge.

Earth's Best Organic 2nd Wholesome Breakfast, 4.5 Ounce (Pack of 12)

This baby food, labeled for 6+ months, contains heavy cream. My baby could not digest it; we had a very bad day. Maybe I missed that in the description, but in any case, everywhere I've read and according to my pediatrician, you're supposed to avoid cow's milk products before age 1 (why they make formula using cow's milk and not a much more digestible milk like goat baffles me and is a rant for another time--my son drinks the lactose free kind, in any case). I ordered another variety of "Wholesome breakfast" too: Pear, Apple, Oatmeal. Same thing there. I'm guessing they all have heavy cream in them.

Our nine-month-old daughter is ready for a more substantial breakfast than plain cereals. We want her to get the nutrients and vitamins she needs (especially iron), so plain fruit or vegetables aren't enough. This blend of fruit and grains (and, in some cases, yogurt) provides everything she needs for a good breakfast and keeps her full for several hours. Plus, the flavors are not overly sweet. One note: at least two of these flavors include yogurt. Some babies younger than 1-year may have a reaction to yogurt and other dairy foods, so just watch out for that.

This baby food is really yummymy husband and I were eating with our son and so I decided that I was going to make this for our dinner too. I pulled out kale, black beans and corn and sauteed some zucchini and then tossed it with brown rice. We all had dinner together!

My son eats these several times a week. super healthy and without any fruit or sugary ingredients which is hard to find.

Finding premade food for poplars somewhat of a challenge. I have not found a lot that either I like or they like. This one and the others in the series seem to fit the bill nicely. I like the principal of the brand, I like the ingredients it's made with, and after tasting it I can say that I even like the taste of most of the food. Though this one in particular I'm not real fond of myself.

Finding vegetarian toddler food with complete protein is somewhat tricky. While we feed our children mostly the foods that we eat some other foods that we make special just for them, there are times when prepackaged foods are a necessity and when that happens I'm really glad that we have something like this to turn to.

I taste all his foods and this is much better than the jarred variety. I love the more sophisticated ingredients than typical baby food. I don't think it should be given low stars just because a baby won't eat ithow about YOU actually try it to see what it's like. This is good enough that I wish they made a less puréed adult version. It's an excellent combo of veggies and one of the best options out there for babies in terms of nutrition.

I purchased the 5-tier version of this product at a baby fair 4-1/2 years ago when it was first premiering and absolutely love it! It is now being used for my second baby, and I take it EVERYWHERE! Each individual compartment does have a removable "lid" that makes refilling a breeze (you simply pull off the top piece that contains the 1" opening)... I will say it was quite a while before I discovered this, but was so relieved that I no longer had to pour thru the small opening! (I think it comes with instructions now that detail this, but I don't remember receiving any with the original product purchase.) And you can carry one single compartment by itself, or as many as you want, as they easily snap and stack together. We fill ours w/ powdered formula, cheerios and those puffed star snacks babies love. I have received SOOOO many comments on it over the years. I am ordering another one because I just left mine on a plane and just can't wait to replace it! Also makes a great, unique gift for a shower or new baby!!!

This has become my right hand in my diaper bag arsenal. Secured locking individual compartments that snap together and stay put? Ingenious! I have boughten three to make a large stack. On our last vaca, our daughter is one so still transiting from formula and hand snacks, I was so happy to have this on the place and beach. The top two to three contained formula. The rest where snacks that stayed fresh and sand free! Did I mention the removable funnel spout on the top of each compartment that pours formula or instant baby oatmeal into a bottle or small bowl? Fabulous!

Pros: stays put so I don't have forty pieces making me crazy. Individual compartments that lock together. Easy release of locking parts. Cute. Stackable to how many or few you want. Pieces come apart for cleaning. Unbreakable, I think, although I have had this hucked off so many high places I can assume. Removable funnel that is a godsend for making formula bottles on the go. Keeps snack fresh.

Cons: Hmm. Does not give me money or provide a babysitter for the night. =

Would highly recommend.

Seriously...everyone who has seen me use this has always commented on how perfect a travel container this is! No spills (powdered formula and cereal tested), superior ease of cleaning, super transportable..

Keep in mind, that the pour spout is a LID! Put your finger in the whole, curl it around and pull UP...the pour spout comes out so you can put in formula. Then replace.

Just want to to put cereal in? Don't put the pour spout back on!

The pour spot is also superb and user-friendly. Easy to pour directly into most bottles (I used medela).

I purchased this at a local retailer and have been using it for about a month now with great success. I came on here to compare pricing because my mother in law who's visiting from out of town this week loves it so much she wants to buy two for her daughters who also have babies, and I'm surprised at the "negative" reviews. I LOVE MINE. I started looking for a stackable container when I got frustrated at having to carry several individual containers of snacks around. Although I carry a pretty large diaper bag, I felt the snack containers took up too much space and was looking to streamline things down. This product does for me exactly what I wanted it to. Each section is the perfect size for my 2 yr old to hold and holds the perfect amount of snack for him. I primarily carry things like graham cookies, goldfish, cereal or yogurt melts in it, and use a separate larger container for larger crackers etc. Unlike what some of the other reviewers said, the top lid of each section IS removable, very easily, which I figured out without having to go to the company's website for a tutorial. Once you remove the top lid, it's very easy to put slightly larger snacks in, and the containers are very easy to clean. The product is good quality with snugly fitting parts, durable and most importantly, has has simplified the contents of my diaper bag so I have to carry less bulk and weight and now have more space. Goal accomplished. Highly reccommend!

That is so that you can be able to react instantly if they choke on the biscuit pieces or any other food stuff. I Like getting foods that have good nutrition and taste good. I purchased this for my grandchild and my grand niece for times they visit me. It tastes good and the cost was reasonable.

We tried this with our 10-month-old son and he gagged repeatedly on the first bite. Tried it again and he almost vomited. I tasted it and discovered why. It was bland, dry, thick and in my opinion, down right repulsive. Why does baby food have to be tasteless to be healthy? It DOESN'T. We will not be buying this again.

They do not travel well in school lunches...the kids teachers report that the bags are full of messy little pieces of granola. The kids have trouble eating that. They do tend to crumble easily.

I think my husband and I like to eat these more than my 2 yr old. They are sweet and a little salty. A really good snack for everyone. They are a little crumbly though.

Both of my kids love these, and while they're pricey I am a big fan. They are organic (so GMO-free), have a good texture (won't stick in teeth, or crumble and make a big mess) and are relatively low in sugar. I do wish the Plum Kids brand was priced more reasonably, but considering it's hard to find organic prepackaged snacks, they are a good choice (and at least slightly better priced on Amazon than in the retail store).
