Edison Training Chopsticks for Right Handed Children Pink Rabbit

Edison Training Chopsticks for Right Handed Children Pink RabbitMy 4-year-old daughter has always been eager to use chopsticks like the rest of the family (being Chinese, we eat Chinese food almost every night), but despite her best efforts, she struggled. A friend of mine introduced us to these training chopsticks for kids, and they are fantastic. We have a pink rabbit pair for my daughter and a blue rabbit pair for my younger son.

The two sticks are connected at the top, so the child can't lose a single chopstick. On one stick, there is a loop for your thumb, and on the other stick, there are two loops for your index and middle fingers. Using the loops, a child can't help but hold chopsticks properly and securely. The first time my daughter used them, she was able to pick up individual grains of rice.

Pros: Good product + Easy to use for a kid + Easy to clean

Cons: too expensive for a product like this

Final word: Buy

These are great training chopsticks for kids (and adults ;-)). I would highly recommend for little hands. The loops help kids learn the motions and how to hold chopsticks. The tips are large and ribbed for easy picking up.

My 5-year-old loves them. They are better than the kinds that you just have to pinch. These actually make you hold the chopsticks. A great buy!

Farleys Rusks 4 Month Reduced Sugar Original 18 Pack 120g

Farleys Rusks 4 Month Reduced Sugar Original 18 Pack 120gI bought these cookies for my 7 month old. I ended up eating them because they don't have that overwhelming sweet taste most cookies have. He loves these cookies. He's teething and enjoys biting the cookies but he might end up biting a piece off that is a bit too big for him to handle so I supervise him if I ever give him a cookie. This cookie is a regular cookie size and he ends up wasting half of it because he either drops it or throws it on the floor. It's a bit too big for a 7 month old.

NurturePure Glass Baby Bottle (3 Pack)

NurturePure Glass Baby BottleI like the idea that it is a glass bottle. But the problem with this brand the measurement is quite off. I wonder why my baby was constipated, so i checked the measurement. I found out it's 1/2 oz off. And it does leak from the top and from the edges of the nipple. I don't understand the purpose of the hole on the top of the bottle cap it causes leak. I need to remove the cover of the hole (cap) every time i prepare formula to make sure the nipple is in the right position then put it back, this is just a pain. I won't recommend this product.

I am really shocked that Nurture Pure aren't more popular given how safe and relatively affordable they are!

I read a study several months ago where advertised "non-toxic" BPA free bottles leaked chemicals they weren't supposed to leak. The authors of the study found several brands that didn't. I was relieved to read that Nurture Pure was one of them that didn't! These bottles are non-toxic and free of Bisphenol A, pthalates and other plastics such as Polycarbonate and PVC. The nipples are silicone, latex-free, allergen-free and free of nitrosamines. There are small vent slits around the bottom of the nipple that can leak if your baby does not have the proper latch. My daughter never had this problem and they have worked well for her, but I agree with the reviewer that stated Dr. Brown's nipples are a good alternative. We have been occasionally using Dr. Brown's y-cut cereal nipples and they work fine.

To keep the bottles from cracking, do not overheat. A bottle warmer we used cracked several of our bottles, but this model also melted some plastic ones as well! We simply boil water, turn off the burner, and place the bottles in the pot to warm.

If the suction of the nipple comes lose--usually when the formula is very hot, we unscrew the lid, push the nipple up, and the problem is fixed. This has only happened a few times.

Buy NurturePure Glass Baby Bottle (3 Pack) Now

My husband and I bought a 3-pack of 8ounce bottles from Big Lots because we wanted a safer bottle (as compared to plastic). The ones we bought did not come with nipples. First problem: Any nipple we used with the bottle would come through crooked after the ring was tightened, which would sometimes cause leaks. THEN, after placing one in our bottle warmer, the bottom BROKE OFF. The odd thing was that the edges weren't sharp as all, so it was like it was secured in some way and just came off. I thought maybe it was because it had be used in the warmer though we had no problems with them being heated in the microwave so far. Today, a second one broke the same way while my mother-in-law was tapping a formula container on the top to empty it. We're lucky it broke before it was given to the baby!

I DO NOT recommend these bottles AT ALL!

These bottles are really great. They are safe & strong. My only complaint is that the nipples have "vents", which leak every time my baby takes a drink. I purchased some nipples made by Dr. Brown's, and that solved the problem. These bottles are priced right, even considering the fact that you will probably have to replace the nipples. I would still recommend these bottles.

Gerber 2nd Foods Organic - Vegetables, 2-Count, 3.5-Ounce Tubs (Pack of 8)

Gerber 2nd Foods Organic Sweet Potatoes, 2-Count, 3.5-Ounce TubsThe AAP says not to make your own green beans, spinach, squash etc. due to the higher levels of nitrates so I thought this product would be great to introduce green beans to my 6 month old. The product contains FISH OIL, so it is not a suitable candidate for a 6 month old or an introductory food for any age. It is also not returnable.

While the amazon site lists the product ingredients as green beans and water only, the picture of the product says with DHA. The DHA comes from fish oil. After contacting Amazon to clear up the fact that this was not the product I thought I was ordering, they refunded my money. They offered to send out a new (replacement) item, but I think I would get the same mislabeled product. While I was not happy about the trouble this mislabeling caused I think Amazon's customer service did a great job.

The real ingredients is not listed by amazon. After buying the product, I found that it contains Tuna oil (source of DHA). This should have been mentioned by Amazon, and they are refusing when I requested refund. Disappointed in Amazon customer service for the first time.

Gerber changed the recipe for the worse, this version isn't new and improved. It's worse I think because of the addition of the tuna oil/DHA. When the weather cools down I'll hide this in soups and stews as a mystery ingredient. Even the dog won't eat it :(

Toddler Mum-Mum Organic Strawberry Flavor Rice Biscuit, 24-pieces (Pack of 6)

Toddler Mum-Mum Organic Strawberry Flavor Rice Biscuit, 24-piecesMy nine month old son loves these in all flavors -original, vegetable, and strawberry. They are easy for him to hold and bite; and they dissolve easily in his mouth. The strawberry flavor is much sweeter than the others. He started with the Baby crackers at about 6 months and recently switched to the the toddler variety, but there is actually very little difference in the texture.

These are great! They are an organic snack that isn't messy. I can hand them to my twins when they're fussy (waiting at the doctors, car rides, etc.) and they can hold them, eat them and not mess up their outfits. Much better than regular crackers or cookies which make huge messes and aren't nearly as healthy. My twins love how these taste. They are light, crunchy and slightly sweet.

Ordered these as our 14 month old twin daughters love Australian branded gf strawberry yoghurt topped mini rice cakes. These seemed to be the closest thing to them here on Amazon. Well, bubbies LOVE them. So cute to hear their wee teeth crunching away! They seem to be the same texture as the Baby Mum-Mum rusks, just differently shaped and with strawberry topping 'blobs' on one side. Will definitely buy again.

My son has multiple allergies, so this provides him with a treat that tastes good and feels healthier than cookies. My only con is that it's over-packaged. They are individually wrapped in twos, so I'm not sure why they are then packaged in another bag.

Ok, so my Grandson loves these, but so do I! They have minimal ingredients, have a little sugar but are still good for you. More importantly, they taste incredible! All I have to do is say "do you want a Mum Mum" and his face lights up and he starts wiggling in his chair and getting all excited! They are also very easy to take with you because they are individually wrapped in a 2 piece serving size.

Munchkin Toddler Dip Dish, Colors May Vary

Munchkin Toddler Dip Dish, Colors May VaryMy kids love them too, I have twins aged 2 and I bought a 3rd one for my 7 year old. I serve Fries, Apple Slices, Carrots. They are very cool.

This is a toddler plate! It's the perfect size for a toddler. I didn't find it to be flimsy at all, as another reviewer suggested. I plan to get more of them. The little dip section is not only great for ketchup or ranch, but also for raisins, peanut butter for apples or celery, a few nuts, or even Refried beans and some chips, which my toddler loves! I'm so glad I got the pink when I ordered something with "colors may vary"! It may have helped that I had other girly things in my order, but not sure. Anyway, I love it and recommend!

Perfect for dipped foods and snacks. The plate makes for easy clean up and does not stain when using products like ketchup.

My toddler is a sauce-a-holic and requires some sort of 'dipping sauce' with almost every meal. This plate is great! Might be a little small for older kids that require more food but it works well for a 2.5 yr old. I've sent it through the dish washer dozens of times and it shows no wear and tear.

I'd recommend it and might actually buy some more (I already have 3).

My son loves to dip his food, so this plate has been perfect for him. I also use the small dipping bowl for cottage cheese or fruit. It has held up great in the dishwasher and it doesn't stain from food (like spaghetti).

Super Salmon, Stage 3 Meals, (7+ Months), 4 oz (113 g)

Super Salmon, Stage 3 Meals,, 4 ozI got a few different flavors of the HAPPYBABY food and this one in particular causes my daughter to gag and vomit. My daughter does not have a weak stomach by any means and eats a lot of different foods. But for whatever reason when she eats this flavor it comes right back out. After the third try I am giving up and concluding there is something wrong with this item.

Even more disappointed that there is no option to return it with Amazon. I did however reach out to HAPPYBABY directly and are working with them to make this purchase a positive experience. For that I have changed my review from 1 stars to 3 stars.

For now I will stick with the Chick Chick and Gobble Gobble flavors!

At opening this package the Salmon smell is VERY strong. My son made UGLY faces at first bite. I couldn'te get him to take more than 3 bites before he threw it back at me. He is only 1.

I suggest NOT buying this in LARGE quantities.

My daugher of 8 months loved all the Happybaby meals and ate them with no issues but she has been on stage 3 for a while and handles this texture well. All the happy baby foods are very textured vs other brands that are more like a dense gravy with a few nuggets of carrots sprinkled throughout. Think of Happybaby as wholesome ground up food. You may need to add liquid to it at first if your baby isnt use to this consistency. Also, The salmon doesn't smell and is not strong at all, i couldnt smell it after i opened it. After trying each of the happy baby meals several times with good reception from baby, I forgot to reorder in time and was stuck with Gerber stage 3 meals....wow....big mistake per baby! It smelled and looked like pasty gravy? Happy Baby food costs more, but its worth it and a big score in my house!

Our baby has eaten these since she was about 9 months old and still loves them on occasion when we're in a pinch even though she's 18 months now and can definitely eat regular salmon. We have a particularly adventurous eater (I only think that is due to comparison to friends' similarly aged children) so maybe it's best to try it out before buying in bulk. She loved this right away, no warm up period.

Green Eats Tabletop Set

Green Eats Tabletop SetI recently decided to junk of all our melamine kids dishes due to the fact I'm just not sure they are safe. I bought four of these sets for my two kids. They own the play dishes and other toys, so I already knew I loved the company (great customer service), the fact that they are made from recycled milk jugs, and the bright colors. I have yet to buy anything from them I'm not completely thrilled with.

That being said, these are no exception. The plastic is thick and very sturdy. You can't bend it. The colors are super bright and cheerful. They look adorable stacked in the cabinet. They hold up very well in the dishwasher, even on the bottom. No warping, fading, etc. and everything comes out spotless. Plus, they are the perfect size for kids.

I cannot find anything negative to say. A week after I bought the first four sets, I came back and bought two more. Next I'm going to buy the divided plates for my youngest.

Please note: these are not microwave safe, but you shouldn't microwave plastic anyway, so it really doesn't matter in my opinion.

I purchased this set to replace smaller plastic tableware I use when my grandchildren visit. This is just one great product from a US company that has many. Made in the USA from recycled milk jugs and in environment friendly packaging ... 5 Star all the way. The dishes are great and their story gives my three granddaughters and me a chance to discuss Earth Friendly and US worker friendly choices! I am ordering more today ... need another set of dishes for each ...for times when they are here for multiple meals w/o using dishwasher in between.

I really like this set, except for the fact that they are not microwave safe. I make oatmeal for my daughter using the microwave every morning and I intended to use the bowl for this purpose.

Besides that I really like these items, in fact I just ordered more of the cups.

Love the colors and how heavy feeling the pieces are. Still light enough for him to pick up, but not flimsy. Also love that they go into the dishwasher.

I like that this company is making safer plastic dinnerware for children. It is a step up. However, no one is thinking about what the plastic is made out of aside from BPA, phthalates, melamine, PVC, or other harmful synthetics. These are just some that have been brought out into the open, there are likely more that haven't been tested yet. There is one obvious problem with this plastic that everyone is overlooking (the rage is all about BPA mainly right now), and that is the fact that the main ingredient to make this plastic is petroleum. I'm not convinced that these are "green" dishes being that #2 plastic does not break down in the environment and petroleum...well I can't imagine eating food off of solidified/modified petroleum. Not to mention the other synthetics that have yet to be mentioned. #2 plastic is considered one of the safest plastics, but considered doesn't mean guaranteed safe. There are better options out there (especially for the current high price of these!). Stainless steel and tempered glass dinnerware for kids are alternatives to plastic. Stainless steel might be a better bet for very young children since even tempered glass can break if impacted hard enough. Plastic is plastic, some are better than others, but all plastic has its hazards. Let's face it, we wouldn't be looking at "Green Eats" dishware if we weren't concerned about what our children are eating off of.

Bambinos Tidy Table Tray

Bambinos Tidy Table TrayI purchased the Tidy Table Tray after having borrowed one from a neighbor to use at my aunt's house (she has a glass table). It worked quite well, so I decided to use one at home. We use a high chair that doesn't have a built in tray, the child pulls right up to the table, and despite my efforts, the table top where my daughter sits was becoming a complete mess. Enter the tray. It clips on well to all tables we have tried (n=3), one of them being glass, as previously stated. It contains most messes. Further, the tray doesn't seem to mark any of the table tops we have tried. One reason I didn't give it four stars, is that the clip used to attach the tray to the table is quite large, and my child cannot quite scoot up to the table without bumping into the tray clip. I think with older and bigger children this probably isn't a problem, but my daughter is quite small for her age, and the clip does get in the way. Also, if you have a smaller child, the drop catching part of the tray impedes their movement a little bit, but I think this will resolve as my child gets older. The tray is recommended for children 18 months and older, and while my daughter is almost 20 months, she is quite small for her age. Just for reference, she's 31 inches and 18 pounds, and the top of the tray lip hits right about her mid-chest, as opposed to nearer her waist, which seems to be the desired position (according to product pictures). So, if you have a smaller child, just beware that the tray is definitely designed for bigger children. I would assume that an average size 18 month old child would do fine. One other complaint, the flexi-diner removable part of the tray is slightly difficult to remove, but after practice it gets easier. The key is to push on the bottom edge of the tray with the heel of your hand, instead of lifting like the directions suggest. We take this tray with us whenever we go out anywhere, as it is so useful. My daughter even likes to put her sippy cup in the cup holder. Washing the flexi-diner (green part) in the sink is quite easy, and, although it is dishwasher safe, I haven't tried that yet, since sink washing is quick. I imagine we will be using this tray after my daughter is beyond toddler age, as it works well as an art surface and for "fancy" tables, should you encounter those while visiting other houses. I am planning to purchase another one for our next baby.

I bought 2 of these trays for 2 and 4 year old boys to eat at the table with their Stokke chairs. (Stokke chair buyers beware: very inferior product. would suggest you stay clear and spend your money elsewhere!!) These trays do seem a bit flimsy but the design and concept is spot on. It is difficult for child to move and easy for adult hands to unclip. The movable green tray is easy to clean and snap on. the tray itself has ample room for eating a full meal and the white tray for doing play-doh/art projects on. the tray is also deep enough to let a 2 year old spill liquids in before you swoop in to remove. One minor problem we have is the green tray has a food catch area (where the tray meets child's torso) it is raised and for our youngest a bit too high as it hits his chest. I know once my son is taller like his older brother this will not be an issue. Overall I highly recommend this product and hope it lasts as long as the 2 year old needs it.

Buy Bambinos Tidy Table Tray Now

I love this table tray, and it has saved so much work for me. My son is always playing with things on the table, like messing around with the food he's eating, or roll around his sippy cup (which usually falls off the table). The tray helps contain all this mess within it and the clean up is a lot less horrible. On top of that, he's a messy eater and this tray does help catch a lot more food that's fallen off his spoon with the extra lip in front of his chest. The surface of the tray makes wiping off oily food really easy, and if it gets too messy, all i have to do is unclip it and wash it in the sink. Love this try and I can't imagine without it anymore!

Not very glamorous, but a terrifically practical baby shower gift. This is one of those "why-didn't-I-think-of-it" inventions. After cleaning up plates thrown off the table by the baby or pulled off of the table by the dog when my kids were young, I found this and knew that it would be highly valued by my soon-to-be-mommy niece.

This tray is excellent for the toddler who throws around his/her place mat.

It is held in place by a spring-hinged clip. The tray 'pops' off for washing.

The usefulness of the removable tray is limited because the tray itself clips on/off and takes about 1 second to remove. I am a bit worried that my 20 month old son will learn this trick soon. I would suggest this improvement:

Have a screw clamp instead of clip for the tray. This would be useful for several reasons (1) a toddler would not be able to remove it from the table, (2) pinched fingers would be less likely from the clip snapping shut, (3) the back side (against the toddler stomach) could be 'flat' instead of having a ledge where food accumulates in difficult to clean places.

Earth's Best Organic 2nd Antioxidant Variety Pack, 4 Ounce Jars (Pack of 12)

Earth's Best 2nd Antioxidant Variety Pack, 4 OunceEarth's Best Baby Food

My favorite brand of baby food by far. Both my son (who is now over 2 years old) and my daughter (now almost one) have used a wide variety of foods from Earth's Best. I am a huge proponent of feeding children primarily organic and/or locally grown foods to promote proper nutrition and growth. But I do not feel that all organic brands are equal. I've tried many varieties (including store brands and others only available through internet purchase) and found that Earth's Best is by far the best for your money.

Antioxidant Variety Pack

We've loved this variety so far. I never noticed it when my son was eating baby food, but now my daughter has one at least once a day. They tend to be a veggie heavy variety and my daughter would rather have veggies than fruit most days. The only one in the variety she can't eat so far is the Banana Mango, because of an allergy to mangos, but I'm hoping to save those for a later date when she can tolerate it better.

The only thing I didn't like about this product was that when I initially was deciding to purchase it I couldn't find out what varieties were included in the pack. So for your information they are: Carrot Tomato, Sweet Potato Apricot, Apple Butternut Squash, and Banana Mango.

First, since the photo is hard to see and the description doesn't list the "flavors" included, they are:

* Apple Butternut Squash

* Banana Mango

* Carrot Tomato

* Sweet Potato Apricot

Even though my baby isn't a picky eater and eats his veggies willingly, I loved the idea of combining fruit and vegetables. I figure the more flavors I can introduce him to now, the better--maybe I won't end up with a picky toddler! My baby loved all the flavors, and I even ended up buying Earth's Best 2nd Antioxidant Blend Carrot Tomato, 4 Ounce Jars (Pack of 12) because in addition to him liking that one a lot, it's the only Stage 2 food I've found that has tomato in it.

I bought this variety pack countless times, and I highly recommend it to other moms.

I live this variety. The flavors with meat give me the creeps and none of these have meat. The tomato/carrot is my sons favorite. I used it as pasta sauce for him when he started eating finger food.
