I gave Hipp fennel baby tea to my daughter when we were living in Germany. She was gassy and constipated. This warm tea helped her to get rid of the gas and eliminated the constipation. Nowadays, she is 25 years old, and today I'm ordering this tea for my first one month old grandson who has colics.Read Best Reviews of Hipp Instant Fennel Tea for Babies (200g/7.1oz) Here
Hipp makes two kinds of teas, for infants from birth and for older babies. I don't read Polish, however, it seems to me that the labeling on this jar matches the Hipp tea for babies six months and older, not the one for babies one week and older. The article description says from one week, and so does the little English translation label on the product; I believe this is possibly a mistake.Want Hipp Instant Fennel Tea for Babies (200g/7.1oz) Discount?

My only suggestion would be to incorporate water proof material into these products as this would help with accidents/leak throughs. Our Itzy Ritzy Toddler Car Seat Cover is working out great. It covers a boring beige patterned car seat and looks, and feels, upscale and fabulous. I love the black on black side of the reversibile cover, and don't mind the black & white pattern on the other side. It is well constructed, went on easily. It is a little loose fitting on our particular car seat, but with some tugging and tucking, it works fine and hasn't come loose. I was concerned that it might be too hot during the summer as the fabric is substantial (and cozy) however my husband pointed out that with the airconditioning on, and it would be during the summer, it's a moot point.

we have a Recaro ProRide convertible seat and it's incredibly inconvenient, not to mention difficult, to get the cover off and wash it but if you have a toddler in this seat every day it needs to be washed quite often. we tried many other car seat covers but they just didn't fit the large top on the Recaro seat until this one. this is the only cover that we've found that even comes close to fitting the ProRide. it doesn't fit perfectly but it's so easy to get on and off that it's still worth the price.can not imagine using a car seat with out a cover and itzy ritzy is the best !! we use them for all our car seats.Love it so much that I just bought my second toddler seat cover. Easy to install and clean. My daughter absolutely loves the color and feel of it! Thanks so much Itzy Ritzy!Smart Mom Teething Bling Donut Shaped Pendant Necklace (Bronze)

My daughter seemed to know as soon as I put this necklace on that it was for her too. It went right in her mouth (which my other jewelry never does) and she started chomping away. She always gets excited when I put it on. So I would wear it even if it was silly looking, but as an added bonus, I think it's a cute piece of jewelry. Just my style. And apparently, my baby's. Love it!Read Best Reviews of Smart Mom Teething Bling Donut Shaped Pendant Necklace (Bronze) Here
I bought this because my son loves to chew on my usual metal necklace that I wear, and i honestly wouldn't care if it didn't have a few little stones that could come off. So I bought The Bronze color, which I absolutely LOVE in person. And with this color, you can't see any lint or hairs or anything that i'm sure show up with darker colors. I get so many compliments on it by other women who have no idea that it's a teething necklace. I'm a no frills type of gal (except for my beautiful wedding ring ;)) so the nylon string doesn't bother me a bit. it's strong and sturdy, and the clasp has held up to my one year old son pulling on it, but i think it's also weight rated, so if it hits a certain amount of force then it will come undone. Anyway, I prefer the dressed down look of it, and apparently others like it too. The strand is kind of longer...the actual donut piece sits at the bottom of my sternum (with no boobs to get in the way), but that's the style these days, and it gives plenty of leeway for the baby to have it in his mouth without pulling on my neck too much.Moving on to the actual teetherI'm going to start with my nephew. weird, i know, but you'll see why in a minute. My nephew LOVES this thing. he chews the crap out of it every time i hold him. it ends up being a little too saturated with drool for my liking, so i usually will take it off to dry after i'm done holding him, but I don't mind that really. he's happy when i'm holding him, and well..isn't that the point? now for my son....SIGH. my son refuses to chew on anything that's actually meant for teething babies..i'm not sure why, but i've spent TONS of money of different teethers, and thought this would be different because he really liked chewing on my other necklace. he put this in his mouth once, and it hasn't been there since. so if your kid is like mine, and only likes chewing on soft toys and (apparently) metal, then this might be a waste. but hey, if you want to try it, you'll still get an attractive piece of jewelery for not that much money. I actually wear it almost every day because I love it so much (and kind of hope that my son will take a liking to it now that his horrible molars are coming in). Hope that helps.

My LO loves this! When I dropped her off at daycare the teacher asked me if I pick out my jewelery according to what my LO likes. I laughed and told her it was a teething ring. She asked me if it was ok for babies to teeth on glass. She was surprised to hear that is was silicon.Earth's Best Organic 2nd Wholesome Breakfast, 4.5 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I did not think I was going to find a crib mattress that fit my criteria, organic and made in the USA. Until I found this one.
The mattress itself is extremely well made, easy to clean and very durable. I feel that we have made the best choice we could when it comes to our girl's crib mattress. I know that it is not an inexpensive item, however after reading about the materials used in and on mattresses, we decided that our girl is worth it!
There is a version with less coils for less money as well, however I wanted to get the firmest one possible (first time mom ya know). The mattress fit our crib perfectly, looks wonderful and we are very happy with it.
Update July 19, 2010
Mattress is still going on strong. I use an additional organic padding under her sheet to give her a little extra softness now that she is 2.5, when she was a baby, I did not use any pads at all.
I am very happy with our choice. My four-month-old has slept soundly on this mattress from day one. More than that, though, I have slept soundly knowing that she is spending the majority of her first year of life sleeping on what is an incredibly well-researched and well-worth-it crib mattress.
I spent hours scouring the internet to find the best genuinely organic crib mattress for the best price. I found that many do not meet fire safety standards, while others claim to be organic but still have chemicals like boric acid sprinkled inside. This mattress meets all industry standards while also being completely safe for your little one. It has won numerous awards for good reason.
The features that caused me to choose this one over the slightly cheaper option were the side seams, which should be great for preventing seepage into the mattress, and the softer-on-one-side option. Seems like that will be great for when our little one is a bit older and will appreciate having a bit less rigidity under her.
I have continued to hear more good things about Naturepedic since purchasing this mattress. It certainly seems to be an excellent company with the best organic mattress available on the market, and the price is as good or better than other mattresses which may or may not be as well-tested and as thoroughly organic. Overall, I am very satisfied with our decision and with this mattress, and I thoroughly recommend this product.
One thing to note is that you will need a mattress cover with this mattress. I haven't purchased one yet, but an extra sheet underneath my little girl during these winter months has kept the mattress from feeling too cool against her face.

After carefully reviewing the specs I picked this mattress for my little one thinking I am making the best choice, organic and all... But after a month of use for a NEWBORN 8 pound baby there was a deep deformation in the middle, now the baby is 4 months old and this hole is getting deeper and deeper, probably will soon be in the market for a new mattress, NOT Naturepedic for sure. There was another customer who left review saying it was a problem the mattress developing a hole in the middle where baby lies, but since it was only one review of the sort, I figured I will give it a try... My bad, should have believed that review! Not worth the money, one of the worst purchases for my baby I made so far! ( I tried flipping it, positioning the baby slightly differently each time nothing helps!)Read Best Reviews of Naturepedic No Compromise Organic Cotton Classic 252 Crib Mattress Here
I purchased this coil Naturepedic from Amazon and the lightweight (foam) Naturepedic from a Big Box Baby store. I was undecided which version would be better for us and felt an in-home test inside the crib would be best. Both fit snug inside my Munire crib (they also sell the Baby Cache line).
Overall, I was uncomfortable with how soft the coil mattress is in comparison to the lightweight mattress which is very firm. When I put the weight of my forearm across the center of the coil mattress my arm sank in a bit whereas with the lightweight mattress it gave very little. Considering all the advice I have gathered says to put the baby on as firm a mattress as possible, I have decided to return the coil one.
It is important to note that during my research I found the coil mattresses consistently measured 52 x 27 where the lightweight mattresses were sometimes shorter. I definitely recommend buying the lightweight version in person so that you can measure it or purchase it online from a retailer with a generous return policy.

My son was born 4 weeks early with respiratory distress syndrome. I have asthma and allergies to some cats, but not my cat. With these risk factors and the fact that more and more children have asthma these days we decided to invest our small income in a quality organic mattress. We researched what exactly are the toxins in a typical mattress. After reading about the ingredients and the toxins inhaled, I wanted an organic mattress for us as parents! Instead we just made sure that the surface our son would spend so many hours on is the safest possible to do the most important work possible; breathe. I feel reassured every time I lay him in his crib, that we made a significant effort to raise him in a healthy environment even though we can't afford to buy everthing organic.4 Take & Toss Double Duty Plates
Nestle Cerelac, Honey and Wheat with Milk, 14.11-Ounce Cans (Pack of 4)
I use to drive about 30 miles away from my house to buy this cerelac. No stores around my area carried them, and I live in NYC (now one store carries it but only the rice one). I was so excited when I found them at Amazon last year. I immediately ordered a case of 4 cans with free super saver shipping (4 can package costed $25.71). This saved me time, $ from gas and mileage on my car; and its delivered to my doorstep. Thank you Amazon. My mom said that when I was a kid they use to put this in my milk... she said it made me solid... I tried it on my son who is 15 months old to add to his daily nutrition. I put this is his toddler formula and he loves it. I know this is not the only reason he is big but I believe it has helped him. He is in the 98% of his height and weight class... considering I am only 4'9 anything I can do to make sure he grows all he can is good (dad is 5'9). I don't feed him junk food and he isn't fat but he weighs 31 lbs. Because this product contains honey I would not recommend it for children under 1 year old.

My daughter never liked Gerber or Beech Nut cereals and was always spitting up after eating. It was a tough job to feed her and we tried every type of cereal that's available locally. On a vacation trip last year, we bought this cereal and she loved it. After returning home, we tried to find it but could not find a store that carried it. As a last resort, I searched for it on Amazon and to a big relief Amazon had it. It's a little pricey on Amazon but at least my daughter eats it without any problem. We have been mixing it with milk instead of water and she seems to like that. Great product.

We are not vegetarians, but I do love that this pouch has only Veggies for the Meal. It is fresh and organic. I love that my baby gets a full serving of organic vegetables. I love these new homestyle meals. I gave these to my toddlers to try for a snack because I love the flavor combos and all the healthy ingredients. These are very hearty and seem to fill them up. The Brown Rice Pudding is one of their favorites. I would definitely recommend for babies as well. I wish I'd had these a couple years ago would have made it so easy to introduce new foods!Annabel Karmel Lunch Box
Now, I've read here review about BPA in this product and that it can be dangerous. First, packaging and 2 big boxes of this set saying they ARE microwave safe. It's written on the packaging and each box has the sign. Packaging says it is BPA free. And yes, they are marked as plastic #7. The two small containers doesn't have any symbols, so I'm planning to contact Infantino to ask about those.
Regarding plastic #7, It can be any plastic which doesn't fit under other numbers of plastic markings. So I suppose that if packaging says BPA free, it should be safe.
Here is some info on plastic #7:
Number 7 Plastics: Miscellaneous
Found in: Threeand five-gallon water bottles, 'bullet-proof' materials, sunglasses, DVDs, iPod and computer cases, signs and displays, certain food containers, nylon
Recycling: Number 7 plastics have traditionally not been recycled, though some curbside programs now take them.
Recycled into: Plastic lumber, custom-made products
A wide variety of plastic resins that don't fit into the previous categories are lumped into number 7. A few are even made from plants (polyactide) and are compostable. Polycarbonate is number 7, and is the hard plastic that has parents worried these days, after studies have shown it can leach potential hormone disruptors
So probably if you are worried about exact type of plastic probably it's better to contact the manufacturer.
I'm givng it 4 stars just because I really think that it would be little bit hard for a kid to use it as one mom mentioned here before.
UPD:
I've contacted Infantino and here what they replied:
"...here at Infantino none of our products contain BPA, Latex, Phthalates, or lead.
You can be confident that none of our products contain any toxic elements that would harm children.
We have posted this information on our website under Safety Statement.
You were asking about the# 7 on the Decker Lunch Box by Annabel Karmel.
It means: acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Both are prolific and are used to make high quality plastic.
Containments in Decker Lunch Box:
Base: PP (Poly Propylene)
Lid: PP
Cutlery: PP with TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) handles"
Hope this helps!Just received the product and thought it is a great solution to eating on the go! There are 4 dif storage areas, 2 small snack containers and 2 large sandwich ones.of course if u chose to nestle that snack ones within a sandwich one, then u lose out on the space, but it's a great item regardless! The entire unit is not microwave/ dishwasher safe, just a few parts.
I love that it is colorful..also love the built in compartment that houses the sfork n spoon..also love the wings that snap into place when stacking. I did not have trouble taking the blue lid off as another reviewer mentioned, but I was struggling with the wings a bit. But now its all figured out! I def see a lory of potential for this item, esp while always needing to carry food around for dd who is allergic to everything.
I did take a star off for it feeling somewhat flimsy..its not a bad thing, in fact I think it keeps everything more compact and lighter than having to carry around 4 easyfind rubbermaid containers.i also think it will prevent it from cracking when dropped. I'm just concerned about maybe the wings malfunctioning in the future.
Their customer service is awesome. And the manufacturer is infantino. Great product and I def would recommend it to all ages for school lunches, work lunches, picnic packs, and day outings with our without kids!

I LOVE the design of this, I was excited to use it for my kindergartener's school lunches but when I got it I was pretty disappointed. It works great as a 1 tier box but when you try to use it as a 2 tier box is when you'll have troubles. The blue lid is next to impossible to pry off of the blue box (which is the setup for 2-tier use). I can't even get it off myself so there's no way I can expect my 5 year old to get it off at school without help. It's been sitting in my cabinet un-used since I got it. I really wish it wasn't so difficult to pry open, I'd love to be able to use it as a 2-tier lunchbox.

We love this have been sending my toddler's lunch and snacks in it for a couple months. I'd like one myself! But the hinge that holds the top and bottom together has broken on two of them in a row. It's a silly design a plastic nub the size of 1/2 a grain of rice pegs/hinges it into the holder for the clip, and it breaks easily. The hinge should be a piece of stainless steel or silicone rod.Want Annabel Karmel Lunch Box Discount?
I loved the box set up when we first received it, but the third time in use one of the 'wings' hinge thing broke. Without their ability to snap the whole thing together, the whole thing is useless. I don't know if I could contact the company for a replacement 'wing', if i am successful at doing so I'll update the review because it was great when it worked.great idea, needs to address the realistic fact that many of the wings will fail so they should offer replacements right up front
****contacted company, they said product is discontinued and my only recorse would be to attempt to return or exchange the item from the place purchased ***
Thermos Hello Kitty Dual Compartment Lunch Kit
Fresh Starts Baby Food Food Mill
First of all, you can't clean it properly, which is my #1 reason for rating it so low as that's kind of a health concern. There is no way to detach the metal grinding mechanism from the plastic casing, so food gets stuck in the cracks and is virtually impossible to extract. Fibrous foods like fish and meat are especially hard to clean out. This is a problem I never had on the KidCo mill as it was all detachable and all cracks and crevices could be cleaned thoroughly. I'd love for someone to come along and correct me here, but after scouring the interwebs for the answer, it seems there simply is none and this is a design flaw on the Fit & Fresh mill.
Secondly, this mill is designed to be used with specially-made containers that are sold separately. Well, my mill came with one container and lid, but if I want to grind something and that container is in use, I'm out of luck unless I purchase a set of four more catchment containers (and lids) for a price. One thing I really miss about the KidCo mill as that you can take it to the table, dump the food in, grind, and feed baby right off the top of the mill. No superfluous pieces, nothing fancy, just mill + food + spoon = happy baby. If I needed to save food for later, I scraped it off the top of the mill and put it in a container I already had in my cupboard.
Thirdly and lastly and somewhat related to the secondly the Fit & Fresh mill is a bit awkward to operate. It's big, and with that catchment container on the bottom, it slides around and if you're grinding something a bit tough, the whole bottom part rotates along with the crank, which totally defeats the purpose of the grinding action. I don't have a third hand to push down on the top of the mill, turn the crank, AND hold the bottom half in place, so I have to jam it between my body and the counter's edge. Or have my eight-year-old hold it. Or forget altogether and wonder why it's taking ages to make the dang food. Again, design flaw.
So yeah, it's a nice concept and pretty to look at, but there's a reason the classic design of KidCo's mill has stood the test of time it does the job and nothing more or less. Now, this is not necessarily an endorsement of KidCo's mill in reading around, if I had to do it all over again, I'd probably give the Kidalog mill a try. That one sounds awesome. But don't waste your money on the Fit & Fresh system. Go classic and you won't regret it.This is hard to clean, and unless the food is already super soft it is really difficult to grind up. You can't remove the metal plate that grates the food, so bits get stuck around the edges. Every now and then I'll go in with a toothpick and get the bits out, but it's annoying.I had one like this for my baby who now is expection her first child. I loved mine and think that she will love hers also.
