We've had this container for a while now, close to a year. It held up very well and I love it for packing lunch for my 2 yo.I bought these over a year ago and are still using them for my girl's lunches for day care. Hold plenty for a 2 year old and very convenient.Sounded good but the pieces of the plate don't quite fit together right and as a result of me trying to get them back together pieces broke off. Look for something else.Momo Baby Detach-A-Bowl

I bought these because my nearly 2 year old will not eat veggies and I wanted a way to easily sneak some in. They are great as food pouches and did not leak. Freezes and thaws well. Easy to fill with a pour spout cup or pitcher.Does not hold as much as it says it will. It holds about 4 oz.
It says on the box just rinse and use. You have to wash it well with soap and hot water. Otherwise it tastes like plastic and the food tastes terrible.
Good product for the price. If you use each pouch 3-4x it much cheaper than the store bought 1x use food pouches.

I also noticed after I submitted this review that the case does not have a magnetic closure as stated (which you can clearly see in the picture) which, I think I would prefer this snap-type closure over the magnetic one.
Overall, I would recommend this if you don't mind hand washing. It just isn't a good fit for my household.
Happy Tot Toddler Meal Bowls, Vegetables, Brown Rice & Turkey, 6-Ounce Box
I love most of the Happy Baby and Happy Tot products, but I guess this was a no go.
If you are wondering, the meal is actually very soupy and has all of the ingredients chopped up quite small and is mixed up like a stew. You cook it 30 seconds in the microwave and then eat. It couldn't be self fed with fingers.
Hope that review helps!I didn't mind the high cost of this at a local store because I thought it was going to be a real piece of turkey, real vegetables, etc. I mean, it says "Great for little fingers!"
HA. WHAT A JOKE.
I opened the package all excited...and saw that it's basically stew. Yeahhhh, talk about deceiving packaging. And neither my 9mo or 4yo would eat it (I bought it for her but tried him when she wouldn't eat it).
So, if you want stew for on the go, sure. Otherwise, avoid.

Please DO NOT buy. You would think with the cost of this item, you would get more than 1 meal; that's all you get. One lousy meal. You can buy this line at Target for $2.99 for a 6 oz. package and save 5% if you use a REDcard. Just so you know, this item is not eligible for return either. I am VERY unhappy with the fact that they can even sell 1 package for this much.Read Best Reviews of Happy Tot Toddler Meal Bowls, Vegetables, Brown Rice & Turkey, 6-Ounce Box Here
These organic meal bowls are a great option for lunches/dinners when I need something healthy, fast. I keep them in my pantry for those kind of days. 30 seconds in the microwave and you have a healthy, organic meal. I was a bit surprised when I first purchased these bowls to find that the meal is not like a tv dinner (meat in one part of the tray, veggies in another). Instead, the turkey and vegetables and sauce are combined, like a chunky puree. This actually turns out to be a good thing, because my sometimes-picky toddler is more likely to eat the veggies this way (because they are combined with the rest of the meal). My son's appetite is getting bigger now, so I only wish that the portions on these were bigger because he loves them!Want Happy Tot Toddler Meal Bowls, Vegetables, Brown Rice & Turkey, 6-Ounce Box Discount?
I'm a vegetarian mom with carnivorous kids. This is a nice way to be able to give them what they want without me having to actually cook it myself! It's surprising how fresh it all looks inside the box. My 2 1/2 year old eats it every time yet I have to say I've never tried it myself so I can't write a completely accurate review ;)Sassy On-the-Go Feeding Set - Colors May Vary

We have 2 of these and they are just perfect for my Toddler. Lids seal nicely and stay on, as appropriate for her age, the teacher opens them for her. We started using them around 12months old when she decided only solids would do. I can fit half a sandwhich on one side (without the large insert)or with the large insert 2 meatballs, or sliced chicken breast, in the two little inserts I put sides like peas or blueberries, diced strawberries or pasta, and there's still room on top to slip a slice of cheese. Sometimes I need an extra side, so I steal one of the inserts from my second set, but I love these. My daughter is now 19months and this is still just the right size. In fact I find it very helpful in making her lunch and using the compartments as a guide for how much food and variety of foods to include.Read Best Reviews of Sassy On-the-Go Feeding Set - Colors May Vary Here
The two larger containers are of decent size for sending lunch to school. I'd guess you could fit 5 or 6 grapes into each of the two smaller containers -pretty much useless. This baby food grinder did not work at all. It squished out some liquid and left the food just smashed. Just a piece of junk. I know it was inexpensive but why sell it at all if it does not work.Read Best Reviews of Kidco Baby Steps Food Mill Here
I bought a Kidco food Mill in 2008. It was of limited use during my daughter's first year of life because the texture of the food produced was not 100% smooth. I had to puree larger batches of food to get the consistency that she preferred. Turns out that at four years of age my daughter is still texture sensitive, so I grind a lot of her food. I've used the same Kidco food mill for the last four years.Pros: 1)Durable (four years and counting)
2)Can grind super small batches of food
3)Effective when you use the "work arounds" (see below)
Cons and "work arounds":
1)Difficult to grind foods that are not super soft--Work around is to push on the upper section with my feet (no shoes)while turning the crank. Using this method, this food mill grinds almost anything
2)Leaves about 1/4 inch of food at the bottom--Work around is to add 1/4 inch of food underneath whatever premium food you are grinding (for example today I placed a quarter inch of sunflower seeds underneath the spinach I was grinding so that all of the spinach made it through the food grate)
Kidco Electric Food Mill
My only reservation was the comment about the lack of an on/off switch. I was about to run to the hardware store (quick as a bunny) and buy one to add to the line cord. However my wife, no stranger to a kitchen, pointed out that this food mill works just like... a food mill. It only goes on when you place the motor housing on top of the container *and* press down. That is the on/off switch. Adding something else would only make the thing more difficult to operate than it needs to be. In fact, we leave the motor housing plugged in all the time. When it's our daughter's dinner time we fill the container with stuff, set the housing on top of the container, and press down. A few seconds later we have a nourishing and freshly made meal for her. (We usually make a little extra and add it to our dog's food because she likes it too.)
As we go through our parenting journey we are learning there are certain essentials and this, imho, is one of them.
BTW, I feel that honest, effective reviews can take the place of first-hand experiences that are lacking in online shopping. I've always appreciated the help I've received from other reviewers and work hard to return the favor as best as I can. I hope you found this review helpful and if there was anything you thought was lacking or unclear leave a comment and I'll do what I can to fix it.I read the reviews on this product before purchasing it, and I have a few things to say about it (and hopefully this will help someone else who might be unsure)
First off, this food mill could not be more easy to use and clean. I make batches of baby food in it with pleasure and it comes apart without any struggle or tricky directions. There's three pieces that fall into place and they are all dishwasher safe, or easy to clean by hand.
Second, there have been many reviews regarding the way this mill is turned 'on' and 'off'. It's so simple, I have a hard time believing anyone could struggle with the use of this easy machine. You simply press the top down to start it, and then take the top off when you feel the food has been pureed to your liking.
Third, for those who have struggled to lock the top in place... You can't force it. You turn it gently until the small circular latches glide into place. If they don't slide in, then it's like trying to force something onto a threaded object. You just try again, or else you'll jam it and then have a real problem on your hands.
This product is super durable, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to pack for on-the-go... I cannot say enough positive thing about this food mill. The best you will get for the price. I highly recommend.

I bought this to help me make food for my twin girls because buying food for them was getting too expensive. I can give them more than bananas now. This food mill purees everything such as chicken, ham, veggies of all kinds, and fruit galore. I feel great giving my babies fesh food as opposed to just feeding them from a jar. Using a blender was difficult because it was too large and hard to clean. This food mill is easy to operate and clean. I love it and wish I can find someone to gift it to!!!Read Best Reviews of Kidco Electric Food Mill Here
We bought this product from Amazon, and so far we are very pleased with it. The product does what it is supposed to do. I would recommend it HIGHLY over a regular food processor or blender, for:(1) It is much smaller and compact, making it easier to get started and store.
(2) It is SO MUCH easier to clean than a food processor or blender. The fact that the motor is on top and shielded by a tight fitting lid means it stays very clean. No food gets to it. The other parts are easy to clean.
(3) The Food Mill can be operated easily using only one hand, which might come handy sometime.
(4) The blended puree is smooth, more so than a regular blender or food processor, especially if you have only a small amount of food.
Something to pay attention to:
(a) The blade is VERY SHARP --sharp like a scalpel. Do not touch it with your hand. I cut myself without even noticing it at first. Use a brush to clean the blade.
(b) Be careful when you make carrot puree. It will discolor the white plastic, and it is almost impossible to remove the color. This is not a food mill, it is more like a cheap/clunky version of a mini-cuisinart. It will not puree (especially not smaller amounts) so it has not been useful for baby food... yet. I'll be able to use it when my baby graduates from purees to finely chopped foods. But frankly I'd prefer to have a good mini-cuisinart for that job and Lowe's sells them for less than 40$. So, all told, a waste of money for me, though it may work fine for those who want things chopped.

My 4 month old has been having trouble with other teething toys because they are hard to handle and get exactly where she wants them. When I first gave her the Raz-Berry she was a little confused because it is shaped like a pacifier, but quickly figured out to gum it. She absolutely LOVES it now. She holds it and just gnaws away. After trying teether after teether (you know those ones filled with water or gel that you can get at the grocery store for a few dollars) with no luck, we decided to try sophie. Our son has loved it every moment:-Easy to hold; his little fingers can grab the curved part plus the legs so it makes it much easier than those bulky teethers to grab and hold onto.
-Easy to chew; the teething surface is flatter and therefore easier for him to put in his mouth. The variety of shapes means he can use it to teeth on the front or in the back near his molars.
-Lots of textures;
-Easy to clean
While the price is more than other teethers, this is by far the best designed and to me, worth every cent. When we're out we attach it to a pacifier clip so if our son drops it it's not lost!I love the design on this giraffe over the original design of Sophie, where the legs and neck were exposed to gagging your baby. This design makes it impossible to shove the head in their mouth and gagging on it, due to the swirl design connecting everything together. The legs are closed so your baby can't choke by shoving a foot too far in their mouth. I love this, and your baby will love it too.Product is just as it looks. I bought it for my 7 month old and she loves it. It did smell a bit like vanilla the first day but not so much after that and that is fine because that is not why I bought it.

I have two complaints and they are small (and this is why fours stars instead of five): 1) the sticker on the back with the warnings is ugly and has to be removed with goo gone takes a good half hour. 2) the straps never worked right, I never used them and eventually took them off. I could not adjust them properly and the kids would struggle to get out for only the reason that they felt confined. Both of my kids have fallen out of their seats without injuryI believe this is part of childhood and they learn very quickly to sit properly. The seat itself has never toppledEVER.
Because I found the straps useless I recommend that you not use this seat until the child is able to climb up on his or her ownlike at age 2 or more. These chairs are pricey but the cost of replacing or repairing our nice dining chair (which is part of a matched set) after it is scratched/stained from having a booster seat attached to it is probably comparable.
My advice is this: spend your money on the items that you use everydayseats like these, rockingchairs/furnishings, quality cribs and sheets, quality adaptive equipment like stools and toilet inserts. Get things that will hold up and feel secure for children to use. The added benefit is that when you are done with them and have enjoyed using them they have life left in them and you can sell them for a fair price at your next garage sale, or on craigslist, or hand them off with pride to someone else etc. The chairs are durable and look brand new still.
ps. I don't have the cushions. Just one more thing to wash. I don't feel they are necessary for comfort or anything.
8/29/12 update:
Still in the same tiny house and still using the Stokkes chairs. Kids are now 7 and 9. I've offered to have them sit in the regular dining chair but they refuse! We just keep adjusting the foot rests for their growth. The chairs have held up beautifully. My daughter pushes her Stokke chair over to her electric piano for her lessons she likes it better than the piano bench because she sits higher and her feet don't dangle. An unexpected benefit! I upgraded to five stars. We received a Tripp Trapp chair 25 years ago when my daughter was a toddler struggling to reach the table, sink, and anything else high up. Over the course of the years we bought another one for a subsequent child, used them at the dining table, let the kids work at the sink, adjusted them to adult seating as they grew, etc.
Now my grandchildren are arriving, and they sit in their parents' old chairs (which still look beautiful) when they visit, and use new ones in their own home. The chairs are sturdy, comfortable, adjustable, and long-lived. Yes, they cost money, but this is a case of investing in something of high quality which will last for many years. Buying one of these early on will avoid the need to invest in other seating devices which don't last nearly as well, thus needing replacement.

My Stokke baby rail broke. Please be aware before purchasing this high chair, that there are safer (and less-expensive) options out there. I thought I was giving my daughter the best by purchasing a "top-of-the-line" high chair, but I was really putting her in danger. The flimsy, plastic baby rail which attaches to the seat of the chair via a think clip broke in half when my infant daughter leaned forward in the chair. My daughter then tumbled forward, hitting her head on the table in front of her and getting caught up in the harness. I do not think the baby rail was manufactured with the safety of children in mind, and I want to warn other parents before they make the same mistake.
Despite repeatedly calling and even sending pictures of the defective product, the company has refused to refund my purchase. When I called, the customer service representative mentioned that they have seen this happen on numerous occasions. So, why is this product still on the market?!
My anger regarding my child's fall as a result of this poorly-designed product and Stokke's complete disregard for the safety of the children it sells to has prompted me to write this review and warn others of the danger of the plastic baby rail that accompanies the Stokke high chair.

We bought this chair a little under a year ago. Our 22mo daughter tipped over backwards in it and her head went slamming to the hard tile floor which landed us in the ER. I'm at a loss as to a better option since this chair came so highly rated, but we will not be using it anymore. My daughter is very petite, only 20lbs and still managed to do it. We were both seated at the table with her and couldn't grab her in time because it happened so fast. I'm horrified to think what could have happened to her fragile little skull and brain. Just Google "tripp trapp tipping" and see the YouTube video of the infant tipping. The same thing could happen in any of the belt-on toddler boosters that strap to a regular dining chair. Hoping this review will prevent at least a few more tippings. It was very scary.Want Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair Discount?
I don't know how this chair has passed so many safety standards. They must not test it on carpet and with all table types because our son pushed himself back from the table today and the chair flipped backwards. He hit his head on a console table that was behind him, which was actually probably a good thing because it helped slow the momentum, but then he did hit the floor. It was the most horrifying thing for us so far. He is 11 1/2 months old. Please be warned that if it even seems like your child can push off the table with this chair do not use it.This thing is going to be torn apart and put out with the trash.
In all fairness I must update this review...I am a huge proponent of parents taking responsibility for their children and after further review we saw in the downloadable safety information on this chair that there is indeed a tipping possibility if the chair is on certain surfaces and if they can reach a certain part of the table. So please, please make sure you do not fall into this category before buying this chair.
If you are in the safe zone then I will have to say you may just love the chair as we did before the fall.
