Having an Ameda pump I assumed these bags would be the best since I could pump directly into the bags with the special adapter. After pumping into the bags a few times I realized it was so much easier to pump into bottles and then pour it into bags. If you have an Ameda pump and prefer to pump into bags then these are great for you! I however, found it to be tricky since if you moved the wrong way you could potentially spill the milk and it was difficult to regulate how much milk went into eat bag (I liked to freeze bags with 4 oz at a time). I will say that the spout on these bags was well designed if you only wanted to pour a few ounces out at a time.I found other brand bags to be much cheaper and worked just as well, minus the ability to hook up to the Ameda pump.
