We use this cooler to transport our 9 month old's bottles and solid food to daycare. We have a large blue Medela ice pack on the bottom, and fit four 9 oz. Tommee Tippee bottles. In the top compartment we store his breakfast and lunch in 2 oz Oxo containers. I also add a bib and spoon. We've been using it for months and have had no issues. Love it!

I bought this hoping that I could fit 4 Dr Brown's 8 oz bottles for daycare inside or for pumping on days that my Medela bottles and cooler were dirty. Because many reviews I read said that the ice pack that came with it bursts easily, I also purchased the contoured Medela ice pack for $10. It fits perfectly inside the JL Childress 6 bottle bag with 4 Dr Brown's 8 oz bottles--ice pack, bottle, lid and all. I gave 5 stars because this is what I bought it for and it works for me. I didn't try to fit 6 bottles because I don't plan on using it for that, so I can't comment on the fit of 6 Dr Browns bottles.

I was really happy with this product at first; it held 6 Dr Brown's bottles in the main compartment and the top was handy too. This morning after barely 2 weeks of use the zipper came undone and won't close. Of course we didn't discover this until we dropped off our son at daycare, so now I'm not sure how we'll transport his leftover bottles home on the subway. We'll probably have to discard that milk, which is really frustrating.

I use this daily. My son and I walk to work and daycare, so I can use a mommy hook to hang this from his stroller rail so the bottles stay upright on the ride to and from daycare. I tied a knot in the strap so that the bag doesn't brush the wheels. The little compartment in the top part is handy too, for extra pacifiers or other small items. Good quality, and the perfect size and shape for my needs.
