I love these. They are so easy for our 16 month old to eat independently. I always have one in my purse for when I am at the store or doing errands. So easy to take out and give our baby when hunger comes on suddenly. They can be a little bit crumbly, so I personally prefer to give them to our baby when we are outside rather than in a carseat or somewhere else that is harder to clean up. It's not a huge issue at all. Eating in the shopping cart or in the kitchen, for instance, is fine. I prefer these strawberry ones over the grape (or at least our baby does)!

No problem, except I only have one free hand, then his food container will slide all over the counter as I try to scoop. I bought this item in hopes it would work, even though we don't use baby food jars. We make his food, but I found if you use these containers : GladWare Mini Round-8 ct they fit great!! I think this is a great product. It's also great practice for my child to feed himself while in his highchair, so the container won't slide all over the tray.

Tommee Tippee 2 Count Insulated Bottle Bag

Has kept her bottles cold for longest of any coolers or insulated that we have in our household. Have had bottles still cold 5-6 hours later when the bottle and cooler were first chilled in the fridge. Ive been able to get longer when adding a small cold pack (finding the right size to fit under bottle in this bag can be a challenge. . We were lucky and already had a perfect sized one). A little pricer than some other coolers, but so far has performed much better so I guess in this case your paying for performance. Have been able to use this with 4oz Avent bottles. The 9oz ones are a little bit more of a squeeze with cold pack, but able to fit fine if I didnt use cold pack and bottle was on its own.

Please dont buy this since it doesnt keep anything hot for even an hour. disappointed it didnt work :( have returned it.

after countless hours of research to ensure my baby's nursery was as non-toxic as possible, i placed the Naturepedic Organic Cotton Changing Pad on my registry. i've been using the changing pad for 7 weeks and it does all i need it to do gives baby a comfortable place to lie while i change him. in addition to the changing pad, i purchased two changing pad covers from the same company (two for when one was in the wash). do NOT waste yours or anyone else's money. this changing pad is waterproof and slick so that if it gets dirty, you can simply wipe it down with soap and water or baby wipe. the changing pad covers are soft absorbent cotton so when they get dirty they're dirty and need laundered.

the reviewer that gave the changing pad 1 star has no common sense. i would never rely on the changing pad's belt or table snaps to secure my child. you NEVER, EVER take a steady, firm hand off the baby while s/he is on a high surface (such as a changing station) without safety rails (such as a crib) and for that reason, i've never utilized those features.

I was skeptical at first... I spent $300 on an organic mattress (made locally out of organic cotton and eco wool) and it's wonderful but do I really need to have an organic changing mat?

I decided to go ahead and get it and I'm so glad I have. There's so many things in baby world that you cannot buy organic car seat, stroller, bouncer, swing, play gym, high chair, etc... I figured I should do my baby a favor and get what I *can* organic.

We've been using this changing mat for five months, now, and I'm so pleased with it! It's very well constructed and looks brand new, still. It's cooshy and my baby is always very happy on it. He's managed to pee directly on it several times and it always wipes right off with no problems.

I almost spent another outrageous amount of money on some fitted organic cotton covers but we've just been using towels. We had a handful of older towels that have cycled through the 'master bath to guest bath to downstairs bath to sitting in the bottom of the linen closet' life cycle, so we just fold those in half and put them over the mat and it's good to go. We also have a handful of Snoozy Organic Flannel Cotton Waterproof Multi Use Pad 2 Pack that get tossed on there, too. Those work great if you feel like spending the money otherwise the towels work just fine!

This changing pad is great, but in hindsight I don't think I would spend $100 on a changing pad again.

Details: Sturdy, yet soft. Water-proof. Organic. Large enough to fit on the table we're using for a changing table and yet still have room for diapers etc. Neutral color. We also bought the $30 Naturepedic Organic Changing Cover.

I'm fairly frugal in my greenness so I'll use this Pad happily and put it away for the next little one. But, if I had to do it all over again, I would've purchased a Pad for half as much, and then put an organic cotton cover on it. Now that I see it in comparison to less-expensive, non-green Pads, I'm not sure I really see that much difference. And how much time is baby going to be on the Pad? It's not a crib mattress. I noticed these on the shelf at the local baby store and as has become my custom I opened the package and handed one to my son. I bought 20 of these guys and have been extremely happy with them. I have found they should be rinsed out as soon as possible and then can be ran through the dishwasher. I don't put the caps in the dishwasher though. To fill them I use a 2oz measuring cup with a spout, this makes it easy to pour and less likely to get any on the ziplock. If the ziplock gets messy they can be hard to close. I haven't had any issues with my little guy squeezing too hard and it spilling out.

I was very nervous about these. I was afraid the plastic would be inferior, and that the ziploc on the bottom wouldn't hold up against a toddler.

I WAS WRONG!

This is a great product! My husband tried to squeeze it (while full and capped) to see if he could get it to bust open, but the ziploc held firm. Granted, he probably wasn't using his full strength, but certainly more than could be expected from a toddler or sane adult. The plastic is heavier than I expected as well, and the cap screws on quite tight.

I have experienced some leaking when stored in the fridge for more than a day, but found this to be easily fixed by storing them cap-down. They don't stand upright on their own anyway, so I used a plastic container to keep them together.

These are great so far. I've frozen them and thawed them and they have worked very well so far. If you want to write on the package the company's website says to use a permanent marker and then rubbing alcohol to remove it. I haven't tried that yet but I'm guessing it will work they had a video showing how that worked. I've had no problems with them sealing my 1 year old has squeezed them and not popped open yet.

I was trying to get my infant off the bottle and onto a sippy cup, and I literally tried everything. I had enough inventory for a sippy cup store, and I still couldn't find anything my daughter liked. After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to buy this one from Whole Foods. SHE LOVED IT. In fact, it's been close to a year, and she won't drink out of anything else. One night, we left this cup at our nanny's place, and my daughter wouldn't drink ANYTHING. That's when I realized I should buy a backup cup for those emergencies. I ended up buying the green one from Amazon. The only reason I'm giving this one less star is because this top tends to suck up more air and gets 'stuck', where we have to open up the lid to release the air. The first one we bought doesn't have that issue, so I'm guessing it's just a manufacturing flub. My daughter loves this cup so much, it ended up in her professional pictures she wouldn't let go it for a proper shot!

Either sippy cups had handles that moved making it hard for my daughter to manage when she first started, wasn't BPA free or the sipper was too hard. This one not only met all of our needs, but is a great transition cup seeing my daughter who is breastfed will not take a bottle for a sitter now that she is drinking from a sippy. However, she will drink breastmilk from this one. I think its because of the way the sipper is shaped and that it is soft. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because occasionally my daughter will chew on the sipper and the liquid leaks out. Other than that is does not leak.

This is really just a bottle with a wide nipple (its not really flat or spout like at all still very round and actually quite large) with a cross hatch opening for the flids to come out. My daughter has a small mouth and we have had some trouble finding sippy cups she will accept. We were hoping this would be a happy medium but its not really. Its still much more bottle than cup but as I said quite large. On to straw cups for us. Other than that this is made out of the green sprouts plastic which is very rigid and can tend to crack if thrown onto say, ceramic tile or cement. Having owned some of their straw cups for our son I was aware of this, as babies throw even more, you should be aware of this. The handles can be adjusted independantly of the ring and nipple making it easy to screw everything together and the top when all assembled is fairly leakproof. There is not vent or valve so your baby will have to let go or collapse the nipple. All in all I'd skip this and just continue with whatever bottle you are currently using as there wont be much change here.

I bought this for my 18 month old and he loves it. The spout is durable enough for someone who has a full set of teeth and isn't shy to use them. The handles are great too, he can get a firm grip on the bottle. The spout however does leak, if he turns the bottle upside down, which he shouldn't be doing in the first place I might add :) Anyways, I'm really happy with this bottle! I purchased extra spouts, since he has a track record of breaking the spouts on other brands, but haven't needed them yet.

Enfamil Newborn Infant formula Tub, Through 3 Months, 23.4-Ounce

I've been through several formulas and this one seems to work well for my baby. He doesn't spit-up as much with it and is less gassy. I like that it mixes better than some of the other products. It doesn't seem to stain like the other formulas and it's not as yellow as the other products I've tried. It actually looks like milk. As for price, I've seen many people complain about Amazon's prices on formulas, this one is very comparable. Same size same product comparison Walmart is $23.89 and Target is $23.78. I have Amazon Prime so I get free two day shipping. It's worth it for myself who lives an hour away from a Walmart and would have to pay shipping online for 5-10 business day delivery with either of those places. Overall, I hope this helps others looking to buy formula but remember all babies react differently to the various formulas. Good Luck!

We first tried breastfeeding our newborn for 3 weeks but due to unexpected condition we could no longer breastfeed. We started using this formula and so far it's been working great. This one has more Vitamin D than the Infant version, which I believe is essential to the newborns. It's relatively new so you won't find that many reviews on this product, but it's been working well with our baby.

I am supplementing with this formula. In the hospital they gave me this the first day and all was great but then, for some reason, they gave me Similac to feed him. He had two nursettes of Similac and spit up both times! I requested the Newborn Enfamil again and had no more spit upsnone! He is now seven weeks old and is doing great! We used Enfamil with my other son (now four) and he never spit up at all. I have no idea if that is anything to do with the formula but I think it would make it worth a try!

I started using this product after a C-section delivery with my newborn. Like many mothers out there I had problems producing enough breast milk to satisfy my son from the beginning. The hospital staff started supplementing my son on the Enfamil 2 oz. ready to feed bottles for infants which he seemed to tolerate fairly well. After we brought our son home we switched from the ready to feed plastic bottles to the Enfamil Powder "Lipil" for infants which unfortunately was causing him to spit up as well as making him extremely gassy. We then tried Earth's Best Organic Dairy formula for a couple of days with somewhat better results. Shortly thereafter our lactation consultant gave us a gift bag of Enfamil products which contained a sample of the Newborn formula as shown here. Our son tolerated the formula well. It doesn't bubble up nearly as much when you shake it up and it digests quicker like breast milk. My son received mostly breast milk up until 6 weeks of age and we supplemented 2 4 feedings a day with the Newborn formula mostly at night. At his 8 week check up he had gone from 6 lbs at birth to 12 lbs exactly. I was glad to have a formula to supplement with that he could tolerate. My only real issue with this product is that he was constantly hungry even when we started to increase his formula feedings between weeks 8 to 12. It got so bad towards the end of his third month that he was getting a formula feeding every 30 60 minutes in the afternoon and evenings and he was still waking up 2 3 times at night to feed. We had a lot of difficulty satisfying our son's hunger with this product. While overall I was happy with Enfamil Newborn, I wouldn't recommend this product for larger newborns. Thankfully he did not have any problems with excessive gas or spitting up with this particular Emfamil product and that was a huge relief so we were glad that we were introduced to this product early on.

Boon Catch Plate with Spill Catcher

The suction on this bowl works well on our wooden table, but not so well on our 1-year old daughter's high chair. At first my husband and I thought we had found the grail of toddler bowls: a bowl that we even had trouble pulling up. Not so much on the plastic tray of girlie's chair. She didn't even have to experiment very long to be able to pop it up and dump it on the floor. It's harder for her when she sits at the table she does sit there and work at it until she gets it off. Even though this bowl (and the companion plate) have the best suction of any similar product we have tried, it is not proof against a strong, determined toddler.

Does not stick to our counter so while it seems like a good idea, my son usually pitches it on the floor within moments of putting it down. Our dog is happy though.

The Boon suction products are great for toddlers! Mine is a big eater and started on adult food fairly young, but I was nervous about having plates thrown from the high chair. The Boon plates and bowls stick to the tray of our Fisher Price Healthy Care Booster without a problem. They're not glued down so I would still keep an eye on things if your babe is a thrower. Having these stick to the tray was an excellent way to teach a child how to handle eating like a big kid and to feed themselves before swapping in real dishes. The plates/bowls are also super easy to clean; no gaps between the plate and the catcher/suction cup for food to get stuck. If you need to cut food with a knife, I would recommend doing so on another plate since the plastic surface of these will scratch. However, they're not going to crack, shave or chip off unless you use a very sharp knife with a good amount of pressure, which you wouldn't be doing anyway. Overall, I would highly recommend this product!

BEWARE!! Not the same ingredients as listed on picture.

We used to love these cookies for our baby, now toddler, son. They were the healthiest cookies (and yummiest!) we found. However, Earth Best changed the recipe (and the picture on the box: went from having the Cookie Monster in a apron stirring cooky mix, to just the face of Cookie Monster). I guess Earth Best decided to go for cheaper, unhealthier ingredients, and moved from using

"organic evaporated cane juice" as their second ingredient to using "organic evaporated cane SYRUP", which obviously is not the same thing.

The healthy version of these cookies can no longer be found in any store, including stores for babies and children, so we were hoping it was still available on Amazon: just receive our boxes, and it is not the case.

Very disappointed, we will not buy them again. Too bad Earth Best puts profit ahead of a quality, healthy product.

I like these trays a lot. They're easy to fillI just use a plastic ziploc baggie with a corner cut off to pipe the puree in. The frozen portions pop out easily to serve or store in a freezer bag. And they're dishwasher safe! Only issue is that the food will get freezer burn if it is left in the trays too long, so transfer everything over to freezer bags once it's frozen.

DEX Products Electric Baby Food Processor

I like this little processor for mixing up small quantities of food. True, it doesn't hold a ton, but I does what I bought it for I make a few days worth at a time.

Holds about 8 oz of food comfortably at a time (so it mixes well, etc)

I think this is a good size to make fresh food and to try new foods (without making a bunch if it's not a hit!)

Pretty easy to clean

Just 4 parts, so easy to assemble and use

It's not super heavy duty, so I do chop things up a good amount before putting them in there

All in all, I think it's worth it. I didn't have a regular food processor and for me a blender just didn't work quite right and I thought it was harder to get the food mixed.

Some hints I also found when investigating making baby food are:

After mixing if you want to freeze any, just use ice cube trays. Each cube is about 1 oz and once they're frozen, pop them out and put in a zip-loc for storage.

I tried this before my baby was born and I like it. I needed some fresh fruit for my 6 month old niece. She was having bowel issues I was told to give her fresh fruit in stead of jars. It did not take long the food to look like the stage 2 foods in the store. I saw the blade goes up and down to try to get all the food. I defiantly recommend this to any one who want the best food for there baby. Home made food is so much healthier for babies than jar stuff, in my opinion.

I saw in some reviews that people did not like this processor because it would only chop foods like carrots, apples and pears. I would like to make a comment to that. Check any cook book and in order to puree any of those foods you need to boil them first. So please don't use that review for your opinion. Would you eat veggies with out cooking them first! Take what you make for your table and then put it in the processor for the baby, and add a small amount of milk to make it softer!

I just started using this product to make baby food for my daughter. I really like it. It is easy to assemble and use, easy to clean, just great. It isn't anything fancy to do all kinds of stuff with, but for making baby food it's just perfect.

I bought this little machine with the idea of making healthy baby food. The first time I used it resulted in potential disaster! The plastic ring fell of and blended into the baby food! My husband, not wanting to waste our first efforts with organic pears, decided to eat it and found that nearly every bite contained at least one piece of plastic! I've been using this processor for a couple of months now, and my baby likes the fresh food much better than the jarred stuff. It's very small, so you can't make a huge quantity of food at one time, but it's perfect for making food for one or two meals. Baked chicken, mashed (or baked) potatoes, and canned peas with a little water (for example) mix up into a stage 2 consistency in seconds. It is always neccesary to add a little liquid (water, milk, soup stock, juice) to the mix to make it blend well.

It's easy to use and clean. I wash it by hand, and yes, the blade has some nooks you have to get into. Try a bottle or nipple brush. It's not a problem. I havn't had any problems with chipping or with the blades, and I use it every day.

All in all, a very useful little gadget.
