Has kept her bottles cold for longest of any coolers or insulated that we have in our household. Have had bottles still cold 5-6 hours later when the bottle and cooler were first chilled in the fridge. Ive been able to get longer when adding a small cold pack (finding the right size to fit under bottle in this bag can be a challenge. . We were lucky and already had a perfect sized one). A little pricer than some other coolers, but so far has performed much better so I guess in this case your paying for performance. Have been able to use this with 4oz Avent bottles. The 9oz ones are a little bit more of a squeeze with cold pack, but able to fit fine if I didnt use cold pack and bottle was on its own.

Please dont buy this since it doesnt keep anything hot for even an hour. disappointed it didnt work :( have returned it.

The bottle bag easily holds one Tommee Tippee bottle, and keeps its cold, from the fridge, for a good time (think 2 hours). If you slip a few ice cubes in a baggie and throw them in there with the bottle, it will last longer. I cant attest to it's warmth holding abilities since I dont heat my daughter's milk. But I'm sure it would keep similarly long.

Wish we'd had these months ago. They work really well, especially in this horrible summer heat and humidity They keep the bottles cool not cold though!

I needed something to keep water warm for powder formula for several hours at a time... This did the trick! Or, if I needed to keep breastmilk cold for an extended period of time I could use this as well. They easily hold my Medela breast milk bottles or my Avent bottles as well. I am very happy with this purchase!
