2 Pack Fresh Food Feeders

This is an incredibly useful product. We use it with our 7 month old, and he can feed himself fresh fruit and vegetables. Apples and pears work best. Carrots give him something to chew on, but he doesn't get very far. Bananas are his favorite, though they are the messiest and hardest to clean up--the riper the banana the easier it is to clean the mesh. The nicest part is that he feeds himself! One tip: we use a pacifier clip to keep him from throwing it on the floor.

After i ordered and paid for this item, in Amazons order summary confirmation email, there was a warning that one or all of my 12 items may be subject to California's Prop 65 law, but it didn't tell me which oneannoying. I had Amazon call me and got great customer service from a guy who looked up every one of my items and found that this was the one subject to Prop 65. He sent me a return label so i could send it back for a refund on their dime. great service!

Prop 65 makes manufacturers tell consumers (in california) that there are potentially harmful/toxic substances in their products.

Needless to say, i was shocked that this would be in baby gear especially from Munchkin, as they are usually bpa-free etc.

So, be warned, as this is the last thing i would put in my baby's mouth!

I purchased this item from a target near home. after reading all the rave reviews about it i was super excited to test this out with my little one. I put some apple in it and he didnt seem to like it so i figured it was a bad idea to start with apple.. and went to switch to banana however when i opened the clasp i pulled out the apple and noticed there was blue plastic embedded in the apple like another reviewer mentioned!!!!

I paused and figured maybe i didnt clean it enough.. so i did that for a long time.. but the fibers would still come out of the seam under pressure... so i tried biting it myself to see if maybe the bits of plastic would stay put or pass through the mesh.. and they came out of the mesh!!!! i was so frustrated.

i would definately NOT recommend this to anyone.. even if it is only "a little bit of plastic" i personally dont think its safe and think that they should remove the seam altogether.

We love these things! I usually keep one loaded up with a banana in the freezer for a teething day treat. We use the other one for afternoon snack. I actually want to buy a couple more packs so I can keep 2 or 3 in the freezer.

Like one of the other reviewer's said, pears and apples work pretty well. In my experience, a frozen banana seems to clean off a little easier than regular banana.

Some cleaning advice: You have to rinse this thing immediately after use for best cleaning results. It's not a big deal and there's no way around it, but man! This is messy fun for baby! :)

I started using these bags when I was getting ready to go back to work. I thought of Medela and Lansinoh, but wanted to try the green option first.

When I opened the box, I could not believe the top-notch quality of these bags! They're thick, immediately instilling confidence. Breastmilk is precious so the trust factor is important.

Then, the double zipper... Unlike Lansinoh (which I had to buy from CVS at work after forgetting my bottles and Green Sprout bags at home), both layers are incredibly wide and secure. You can feel the strength when opening the bag. Lansinoh's bottom zipper is just like any sandwich bag's zipper, which comes undone very easily. So I would not trust Lansinoh if I were laying the bags flat whereas I am absolutely confident with Green Sprouts.

These bags also stay up even if you have only 2oz in them!

Also, I would like to point out that none of these breastmilk storage bags should be trusted with oz measurements. You should always take the measurement after pumping into the collection bottle.

I would highly recommend these bags to any mom who has to store breastmilk. They are expensive (Amazon, please include them in Subscribe & Save!), but absolutely worth every penny!

I have never reviewed an item on Amazon before, but felt compelled to after such a disappointing experience with these bags. I've pumped and frozen hundreds of ounces of milk with my 2 children, and used multiple different freezer bags with no problems. I liked the idea of these bags being biodegradable and decided to give them a try. The first bag I used had a pin-hole leak at the bottom. I was hopeful it was the only one, but it wasn't. I tried a second bag with the same unfortunate results. I'm returning the remaining bags and trying the Honeysuckle brand.

I was thrilled to try these biodegradable bags but also found that they leak! It seems that about half of them leak. I thought maybe the rapid temp change from freezer to warm water was doing it, but it doesn't seem to matter if it's that or if the bag has been thawing overnight in the refrigerator. I have also found that the Lansinoh brand also leak occasionally.

Used a whole pack for breast milk storage. They were manhandled a bit from being placed in a fridge/freezer, dropped occasionally, placed in a box in a deep freezer, as well as tolerating sorting. I also froze them flat so that I could save storage space. I did not lose 1 drop of milk and the "pour spout" feature worked well. I would definitely recommend!! :)

Earth's Best Diapers Jumbo Pack Size 2 40ct.

I always bought these diapers for my first granddaughter who is now almost three. We loved them! I have a new granddaughter that I am buying these Earth"s Best diapers for. I feel better knowing she is wearing chlorine free diapers.

I recently tried a few packs of these diapers and was impressed by their performance. They are not as soft as Pampers but that is probably because they are made using materials (or not using as is the case with chlorine) that are better for the environment. They were a good fit on my baby and we did not have many leaks. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a disposable diaper that is more eco-friendly.

I would give this product 5 stars if it weren't for the high price and if the diapers were a little softer.

Tommee Tippee BPA Free Stage 2 Chewther - 4M Green

Gave this to our son when he was 4 months and starting to teeth. He didn't care for it too much. I think it was too big for him at the time. We tried about a month later and then he loved it. It was the perfect size now. It's great when his pacifier is just not enough. The only thing that could make this better were if you could attach a pacifier clip. When my son is done with it, he tends to throw it over his highchair and onto the floor. Otherwise this is great!

It is nice but not worth the $ I spent on it. My son likes it, but I expected him to love this thing and he could take it or leave it.

A friend of mine had one of these for her son and he loved it. She then got one for me, and after I fell in love with it I bought one for another friend who was expecting. The TT chewther is definitely making its rounds among my circle of friends. My son has not taken a bottle or a pacifier since day one and he began teething around 2 months. When he started teething, we discovered that he just did not like teething rings at all. The doughnut shape of teething rings just seemed awkward while he was so little. This chewther was a life saver. Even when he was tiny, he would put one whole side in his mouth and he could sit for twenty minutes just going to town chewing on it. The shape makes it easy for him to hold onto and it keeps me from worrying that any parts will go too far into his mouth. I never worried about leaving him unattended with it. I like all 4 of the Tommee Tippee Chewthers. My son likes to chew on them, not just when he is teething, but any time. They aren't his favorite thing by any means and they don't keep him entertained for long, but they are just nice for a little extra something for him to chew on now and again.

Vital Baby Baby's 1st Food Pots, 7 Ounce, 4 Pack

I wasn't sure about these when I first pulled them from the packaging, but these little pots are great. The lids snap on so tightly that they're a little difficult to get off, but I can hardly complain about that! The lid even stays on tightly through freezing. These are supposed to be top-rack dishwasher safe, but I've had enough failures with other plastic products that claim the same thing that I've been hand-washing these things. Given that, I can't say how well these go through the dishwasher, but I'm very happy with them. In fact, I didn't come back to this page to write a review, I came here to buy more! :)

I just couldn't be bothered to continue hand-washing these, so I'm back to report that these go through the washer quite nicely!

Also, these have quickly become my favorite food and snack storage container. I just love these. Love them. LOVE THEM!!!

The lids are easy to get on and off now that I've used them for a bit, but they are still very tight on the cup. I can give my 7 month old daughter the cup full of Cheerios to play with and there is no way that lid is coming off ... no matter how many times she tosses the cup to the floor. This won't make a great snack cup for her to use later on (I just don't know how a little kid could get the lid off without making a major mess), but it's perfect right now.

Anyway, this has become our go-to cup for her mealtimes and for her snacks (...and mine!).

The only bad thing I can say about the Vital Baby containers (this and the silicone-bottomed ones) is that they scar when microwaved with fatty foods. I don't really count this against the product, though, since this is just an issue with any plasticware that I've come across.

Great bowls, easy to wash and holds items perfectly. The only problem is they hold no where near the indicated ounces. At best these may hold about 4.5-5oz. Still great, would recommend to anyone.

These are wonderful little containers for me to put frozen "plops" of baby food in for my daughter! My favorite feature is that the lids are curved outward in the middle instead of flat across the top. I make most of my own baby food and freeze it in small "plops" on a baking sheet lined with freezer paper. That way I don't have to spend time washing freezer trays or trying to pry out the frozen cubes of food. I can peel the "plops" right off the paper. The curved lids make it so much easier to fit these into the pot since the edges are round. Very nice! The plastic is very sturdy, I was pleasantly surprised to discover, and they have little rubber rings around the bottom so they are less likely to slide around on the table. Handy if you're feeding your baby one-handed! The lids fit very nicely and seal well. Now if you're going to store soup upside down, don't use these, but they do handle a good amount of sloshing and bouncing without leaking so long as they stay fairly rightside up. I did notice that they do fade considerably when washed in the dishwasher, but hold up well other than that. Overall, I'm very happy with this buy and will purchase more of these in the future!

I purchased a different brand when I first started feeding my daughter baby food, but I found them to be too small. I kept running out of containers after making a batch of food.

These containers are a very generous size. As she grows, I won't have to upgrade to a larger size. The lids are great as well; I've had these for a few weeks and no pop off accidents to date!

Wellements Organic Gripe Water for Colic, 4 Fluid Ounce

This gripe water works well for my baby! No longer do we have 20 minute screaming fits 10 minutes after feeding. I'm also super happy that it is completely organic and has no parabens. But here's the caveat:

Gripe Water is designed specifically for infant reflux. It does NOTHING for gas if anything, it can produce more gas. These herbs are the so-called 'hot herbs' that are able to tame stomach acid and curb nausea. Don't you remember hearing that you should take ginger when you had morning sickness? It also contains sodium bicarbonate, which is baking soda the main ingredient in alka-seltzer. This is for spit-up, vomiting, reflux, wet burps, hiccups, and crying and fussiness due to esophageal pain from stomach acid only.

However, if your infant is having severe intestinal pain from gas passing, I can heartily recommend probiotics. Udo's choice worked well for me (http://www.amazon.com/Udos-Choice-Infants-Probiotic-2-64-Ounces/dp/B0010EG6QC), but I'm sure most brands would be good, provided that they have a wide range of acidophilus and bifobacteria types. You can also take a probiotic yourself, if you are breastfeeding.

The one thing I can't recommend is gas drops. Several scientific studies have shown simethicone to have no effect above placebo.

Remember colic is not just one thing! It's a stupid catch-all term. Your baby's cry means something, it just takes work to figure out what is causing them distress. Don't give up if these don't work for you. Even if it is reflux, it might be too strong for gripe water to work, and you might have to resort to a proton-pump inhibitor medication, like Zantac or Prevacid. You can also tell the difference between gas pain and stomach pain by how long has passed since they ate last, and whether or not they are tooting or burping/spitting while they cry.

What a godsend this product has been. My mother used a similar product with me as a child, and I was very fortunate to find this when my son was born. He used to get these bad hiccuping spells, and this was the only thing that worked to calm him and stop the hiccups. It works almost instantly. It also helps with teething misery and gas. He loves the taste of it, so whenever he sees me break out the box, he doesn't try to fight me off as he does when I try to give him cold medicine. I trust this product.

I had to read the negative reviews just to see what was said since I've already bought it. I usually only look at reviews to decide to buy something, and when I check the negative reviews I second guess a product because of that one person who decides that everyone should be as unhappy as they are.

When I used this gripe water, it worked amazingly! My baby had awful gas when she was younger and she would cry and cry, and nurse and cry, and cry while she nursed... For HOURS. As a single mom it's emotionally draining when nothing you do helps.

My daughter has suffered from severe boughts of colic. A friend suggested we use this product as it seemed to help their son, so my husband and I went out and got this immediately. We noticed that, while it did help somewhat,she still had horrible boughts of pain and crying even when we had given her the medicine. Plus, it was hard to get her to take it since it has to be refridgerated. So we were trying to get her to take what seemed like a whole lot of liquid (4 ml or something like that)that was very cold...she wouldn't take the bottles with the medicine in it. It did help her sleep better...but in the thick of her colicky throes--it fell flat.

The First Years 100 Count Pacifier Wipes

These have been a "must have" in my house since my daughter was born. I love them bc they can be used in so many ways...I use for pacifiers, bottles, toys, basically anything that drops or needs a quick clean. Also, no need to get the travel pack bc you can put them in a sealed baggy or I use a really small plastic container that snaps and seals shut. They don't dry out either! My daughter stopped using a pacifier at about 3 1/2 months (she's 5 months now) but I still use them all the time for the above mentioned. Must have!!!! It's also a great shower gift bc that's how I got hooked!

These wipes smell so bad, I can't imagine placing a pacifier in my sons mouth after using these to clean it. I bought this box of them along with a few travel size packs and it was such a waste. My hands smelled horrible after using them. Just rinse the pacifier with water, you'll be better off.

I had previously used Munchkin 36 Pack Arm and Hammer Pacifier Wipes, White, but decided to try these since they seemed to be a better value for the money. I opened the package to clean my baby's teething toy, pulled one out, and as I started wiping down the teether, I noticed the wipe had an awful smell like rotten food! The teethers also smelled horrible as a result. I pulled out another one to be sure, and sure enough, the smell was coming from the wipes. Needless to say, I haven't used any more since then. Just to make sure I wasn't imagining things, I asked my husband to sniff them and he concurred. I'm not sure whether I just received a defective package, since the other reviews seem quite positive. But the product I received is definitely unusable as I can't imagine cleaning my baby's pacifier or baby items (or anything else for that matter) with something that smells like food gone bad. I'll be going back to the Munchkin wipes.

I was looking for an economical pacifier wipe (one that had more than just 25 or 30 in a pack) for my four month old who continually drops his pacifier and teething "tools." I like that these are non-toxic and food grade, and they seemed to work pretty well. There were only two small issues: 1) they get stuck together so I often end up pulling out two, which if you're not paying attention can make them go twice as fast; and 2) they are a little dry. I expected them to be a little more moist than they are, so sometimes for bigger items (like teethers), I felt the need to use two.

I don't know how much cleaner they get the things my son chews on, but I really feel better that I can at least try to wipe down surfaces and minimize his exposure to germs when there's no soap and hot water available. I haven't seen any other products that come close in terms of number of wipes for the same value.

Beaba 2 in 1 Bottle and Nipple Brush with Stand

We use this for our baby bottles. Initially it looked quite large out of the box but fit surprisingly in the bottle mouths of Dr Brown, Maeda and Tommy Tippy bottles. The nipple brush is handy does the trick the circle ring at the top helps your grip so much that it pulls out the nipple brush during routine cleanings not too much of an issue once you adjust your grip. The bristles are soft as other reviewers have mentioned so if you are expecting this to last vigorous cleanings you may want to look elsewhere. The base works more as a planter than a holder as it is quite big works well aesthetically presenting the brush as a flower but the novelty will most likely wear off. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

I dont think is for hard working, for me it is ok I just wash 2 bottles per day. I would think this product for wash a lot of bottles.

We've tried about every bottle brush there is. This will likely be my favorite. First, it's much heavier than any of the others. The bristles are softer, but clean just as well. The spray from this brush when pulling it out isn't as bad because of the softer bristles, especially if you aren't pulling it out too fast. The nipple brush is perfect. It also fits my pump parts, which is a plus. The "pot" that this brush sits in is handy, if you've got a spot for it. Since the brush is fairly big (still fits dr brown bottles) by the time you prop it up in the pot, it does take up more space than other brushes.

Mother's Milkmate Breast Milk Storage Rack (10 Bottles)

A friend turned me onto this product after I complained that the plastic bags I'd been using to store milk were a total mess from the leakage and cumbersome to handle, especially when transferring from the pump bottle to the bag. This system saves me that step and makes the whole concept of `storing milk' a piece of cake. I actually have 2 sets one that I keep in the fridge and one that I keep in the freezer. I particularly love the `first in, first out' method of retrieval, since the bags had a tendency of co-mingling and I'd have to rummage through, wasting time and getting annoyed. Having an infant is exhausting I can't believe I even have time to write this review but I want other moms to know that this product makes life easier. Another blessing is the simple transfer from being able to attach the bottle to the pumping station then to fridge/freezer then to my child there's no extra bag or liner to hassle with the same bottle I use to capture the milk is the same bottle I use to feed my baby what could be better than that?? Especially considering how many times I spilled precious milk onto the counter while trying to pour it into the bag. This is a good one, moms!!! Go for it!

I worked extremely long hours, and sproadic days after my son was born. My current schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri, and weekends as needed. So remembering milk and keeping up with it was very important!

I also had a HIGH supply. I'd often have 10 bottles of SPARE milk in less than a week's time!

This system really worked well for me. It was easy to grab X ammt of bottles for my son to take to daycare, or for his dad to feed him. Once the rack started to get full, I could easily pull out the extra milk and pour it into freezer ziplock bags to store.

I never had any trouble with leaking, but you do need to be cautious to get the lids on properly. the threads are thin, so if you rush you can mis-align them. I love the medela solid caps, but eventually they leaked on me...these never did, long as I paid attention and screwed the caps on properly!

They can be a pain to clean compared to a solid lid, but they didn't break down after over a year of heavy use for me, and that speaks volumes!

The only regret I had was not buying MORE bottles...I definately needed more than 10!!

I'm currently pregnant with my second, and if i'm to continue working, i'll definately be buying more bottles and using this system again :)

This item is GREAT. It came just as described and has made storing my milk SO much easier. I agree with the other review that milk storage bags are messy and take up so much space in your freezer. I was also blessed with very active milk glands and at 6.99 for 25 bags..I was spending upwards of 30 dollars a month on the bags! The price does seem high for this and I wish it came with a few more bottles. However, I am very glad we invested in it. Now that I am working and the hubby is taking care of the baby part time it really helps keep the milk in order. And anything that helps us not waste the "white gold" (as I like to think of) it is worth it. By the way, it does fit the Ameda Purely Yours pump and the Ameda bottles fit it nicely.

(I bought this because I read it is better to store milk in bottles than bags something about the nutrients sticking to the sides of the bags and being lost.)

I absolutely love these bottles as well as the rack system. They fit my Medela Pump In Style Advanced perfectly and have never leaked even though the rack system holds them horizontally. I use these several times every day. I read a previous review that the bottles didn't fit her Medela pump. I find that hard to believe. However, if that is the case, she should contact customer service. I have personally corresponded with the customer service department at Mother's Milkmate and they are extremely helpful, so I am sure they could find a solution to her problem.

ZoLi BOT XL Straw Sippy Cup 9 oz.

I got 2 of these cups after buying 3 smaller ones for my 18 month old daughter. At 2 years old she still loves them! We only drink water out of them so when a little liquid that is held up in the straw drips out it's really no big deal. It does happen sometimes but it's a straw and you can't really avoid it. It's such a great cup but I gave it 4 stars because I find that the thread on the cup is too short. If you don't twist the cap on perfectly straight and aligned with the threads you have leakswhich makes sense. But I think it wouldn't happen as easily if the threads were higher. I think it's great anyway :)

These are the best of the soft straw toddler sippy cups we could find. They are not 100% leakproof, but after trying every single cup on the market I think that is an impossible find. We did buy 3 cups and each one leaks a different amount, which is interesting. For us, the pink one leaked the least, the orange was middle of the road, and the blue was the worst of the bunch, but that is probably not consistent. Anyway, the reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars though was because of all the cups that claim to be leakproof, this is really just two parts!!! some of the cups we tried have many parts that must be aligned properly and it can take 10 minutes to make a bottle. This is "leakproof" enough and only two parts. And I find the straw section (which is attached to the handle in one piece) very easy to clean by hand (it also goes in the dishwasher). We still have to clean up dripping milk from the floor on occassion, but I haven't found a better cup.

I actually have a straw cup from my hospital when giving birth that looks almost exactly like a Zoli (only without the weighted straw) and it was a lifesaver while I was on that hospital bed, as well as recovering at home. As soon as my friend showed me this Zoli cup, I knew it was the greatest solution to avoiding sippy cups. My daughter took a little to learn how to sip from a straw. It helped that I ordered the same color as my hospital silicon straw cup and I demonstrated sipping with my cup, while I gave her her own Zoli one. She picked it up very well. The cup is easy to clean, it's high quality. It leaks a little if you tilt it or drop it. The straw is enclosed with a cross like slit at the tip to prevent too much leakage (or from babies drinking too fast). The weighted straw is a genius touch. I called the manufacturer today to inquire on how to clean the straw and they answered right away and are sending me a free straw cleaner. This customer service is what prompted me to come back to Amazon to leave a review for this product and their customer support.

These cups are fantastic the are easy for our young daughter to hold and to drink from and other than a few drips here and there really don't leak very much.

My only warning / complaint the inside of the straw is tough to clean and can still retain residual funk (such as spoiled milk) after being ran through the dish washer, etc. We have a small pipe cleaner that works when needed, or just filling the cup with hot soapy water, putting on the lid, shaking and pressing on the straw a little causes the soapy water to come shooting through the straw, cleaning out whatever might be in there.

Overall, an excellent cup. I think we have about 6 of them at this point...
