Its a great idea... But the type of rubber or whatever they made the teether out of attracts hair and fuzz really easily. So if you are a mom, grandma, or aunt that is a germ aphobe or the person your getting it for is, this is SO not for you.

This item was definitely not worth the $18 I spent for it. The concept of it is great as a teether, but my baby wouldn't touch it and I don't blame him. The rubber of the pendant attracts lint and dust like crazy! It pulls up stuff from your clothes, furniture and out of the air. I wore this once and took it off 2 hours later because I couldn't keep it clean. And even though my son wouldn't touch it, I'd rather him not chew on something so covered in fuzz and dust...

I bought black b/c it would go with the most things I figured. My baby loves it! It's pretty long for me i'm 5'4" so i had to shorten it. But...warning! The black looks terrible as it picks up every fuzz and lint and just doesnt look shiny and pretty like this picture. I wouldve gone with a patterned one if i had known. nothing helps it look good either ... :(

I bought a couple of these for my 6-year old boy recently diagnosed with anxiety. He kept chewing on his shirt, fingers -anything he could get in his mouth. We call this his "chew ring" and he chews on it as needed. Sometime he wears it, but more often than not he carries it or puts it in his pocket. He chews a lot on the string too which doesn't bother me. Better this than his clothing. I highly recommend this!
