Warmer makes bottles far, far too hot if left unattended for long at all. I'm not sure how a bottle could be left for more than minutes and even overnight. You have to closely monitor your bottles. Haven't used for food yet. Maybe the one I got is defective? It does not have a temperature control, timer or automatic shut off. I should have spent just a little more to get a much better product.
This is a great warmer. You fill with water just till it won't overflow with a bottle in it, and put on bottle setting. It never lets the bottle overheat, or get cold. It is the perfect temp everytime. Put bottle in about 5-10 minutes before needed, but I have also left it in 20 minutes waiting for baby to wake up, and it is always perfect. No more steam burns trying to get the bottle out of the warmer! It can run all night, and keep bottles perfect temp all night! Love it, love it, love it!!
