Earlyears ABC Shape Sorter

We bought this shape sorter for my 11 month old daughter. Once she started playing with it, we realized the holes where the shapes go are the perfect size for tiny hands to become stuck in. In other words, her hand can just barely fit inside the square, triangle and letter shapes, but she needed our help to get it back out. Because this is made of a very hard plastic, I can see this easily leading to a trip to the emergency room to get your child's hand cut free. A total waste of money -we are throwing ours away, because I do not want another child to become stuck!

This toy is very durable, my daughter has been playing with it for several months now (she is currently 16mo). The colors are vibrant and there's a viewing window to see inside. However, there is also an access hole for removing the shapes, which she uses to put the shapes in instead of sorting the proper shape into the matching hole. This access hole is also too small for my husband's hand to fit which makes it a challenge sometimes to remove the shapes. I would recommend a shape sorter that only has holes to fit the shapes and not an all-inclusive hole which can be used to avoid the sorting/learning purpose of the toy.

BabyTec Baby Bottle & Baby Food Warmer

Warmer makes bottles far, far too hot if left unattended for long at all. I'm not sure how a bottle could be left for more than minutes and even overnight. You have to closely monitor your bottles. Haven't used for food yet. Maybe the one I got is defective? It does not have a temperature control, timer or automatic shut off. I should have spent just a little more to get a much better product.

This is a great warmer. You fill with water just till it won't overflow with a bottle in it, and put on bottle setting. It never lets the bottle overheat, or get cold. It is the perfect temp everytime. Put bottle in about 5-10 minutes before needed, but I have also left it in 20 minutes waiting for baby to wake up, and it is always perfect. No more steam burns trying to get the bottle out of the warmer! It can run all night, and keep bottles perfect temp all night! Love it, love it, love it!!

Melissa & Doug Bella Butterfly Snack Container

I have had this for a few months (along with the blue turtle one) and I am impressed! They don't show any signs of wear, they're a great size for snacks or lunch and my kids love the designs! I am an avid buyer of M&D puzzles and toys. I like the quality and the cute factor. So I tried to branch out and buy more items from them. This is a cute multi-purpose snack box. It is only for dry snacks. It does not seal well enough for liquids, and it's not safe enough for anything hot. So essentially this is a cute and expensive baggie. I would say buy this, if you have nothing better to do with your money.

This is a cute container, but there are opening on the side that if you have anything wet even fruit, it may leak. Also, one of the lids of the two that I ordered did not fit true to the bottom.
