OXO Tot Plate

We really like these plates. They are heavy on the bottom, rubberized so they don't slip, and easy to clean. I also have the OXO Tot Bowl Set, Aqua. The big thing to remember is that you can't microwave these. Otherwise, they are pretty much perfect.

We like this plate. It's also a nice size to get to take to the restaurants with us.

However, I might have missed the fine print, but you can't put this seemingly plastic plate in the microwave. The couple times we have in 2 different microwaves it has put off sparks.

I love this plate! I like how it has a non-skid bottom so it doesn't slide all over the tray. I also like how it has a removable ring so it's easier for little fingers to pick up foods, or I can leave the ring on to help guide food onto the spoon when little ones are learning to use utensils.

As an Oxo junkie no surprise to me, these plates are excellent! Contrary to what another reviewer said, it states on the package that they are microwavable. They are the perfect size for little ones trying hard to get their food to stay on wobbly spoons and forks.

Great plate for a toddler meal and for a toddler learning to use utensils because of the curved lip. My kids haven't tried to take out the green lip on the plate, but I can easily take it apart to wash. I like that it's a bit weighted and that it has a nonslip grip so that the kids can't knock it around easily. Kids can easily lift and flip this plate if they want to though :-) Love that it's dishwasher safe. If there's a tomato based sauce in it a handwash alone might leave red red residue on it, but dishwasher usually takes it out. I cut food directly in it so there are little scratch marks all over but that doesn't bother me. Only thing I wish is that it was microwave safe too.
