Organic Yogurt Melts Strawberry (8 Count) 1 Ounces

Organic Yogurt Melts Strawberry 1 OuncesMy toddler loves these. Heck, i love 'em. They're delicious, and fairly healthy.

-1 star because the resealable bags don't reseal easily (or at all, for me, maybe others have better luck). I move them to another container immediately after opening, otherwise they can get soggy.

My kids love these things! they eat a bag in 20 mins if I let them. Great healthy snack. My only complaint about them on here is they are more expensive than the regular price at babies r us which is $3.49 here. I really thought amazon would have better prices

Similac Sensitive, Powder, 23.3-Ounces (Pack of 6) (Packaging May Vary)

Similac Sensitive, Powder, 23.3-OuncesI breastfeed my daughter more than bottle feed her but we had to supplement in the begining until my milk came in better. This formula has been great for her.She was very fussy, colicky and gassy and when we switched from the Similac Advanced to the Sensitive, she was a whole new baby! lol. She started putting on weight better, never spits up and is no longer colic or very gassy.Im sure alot of people might disregard my review because i mainly breastfeed, but she does take between 8 and 12 ounces of formula a day and loves it. I recommend this formula to everyone i know whether supplementing like me or only formula feeding. If you sign up on the similac website they will actually send you a free can of the sensitive and the advanced in the new 23oz tubs. its well worth it! plus they send you three $5 off coupons every month!

On July 7th 2011 I paid $124.99, today (07-22-2011) it's over $140. At Target is still $21.09/can. One star for Amazon.

Similac Sensitive is great (no gases and no spit-ups)* and my child likes the taste (belive me we tried many others, including organic brands). Five stars for this product.

* We also use Dr.Brown's bottles and Dr. Brown's Formula Mixing Pitcher.

Melissa & Doug Shopping Cart

Melissa & Doug Shopping CartThe Melissa & Doug Shopping Cart was an unexpected find after going through screen after screen of overpriced plastic junk.

This cart is all steel, except for the plastic handle (which has a steel core), the folding plastic "kids" seat for a doll and the plastic wheels. This cart looks like the real ones in the stores and it's built to last! Assembly is a breeze, too.

The two front wheels rotate 360 degrees for steering and they are mounted on spring loaded "legs". If you child leans into the cart from the front or sides, it will compress causing a rubber "foot" to hit the floor and stop the cart from moving forward or backward. There are also rubber "feet" on the left and right sides.

The only "dangerous" thing I can see with this cart is where the plastic wheels are minimally covered by steel "fenders" for mounting purposes. I can foresee a pinched finger or two in our daughter's future, but you can't shield your children from everything in the world that might hurt them, nor do I feel you should. In this out-of-control P.C. country of ours, we're raising a nation of coddled kids that can't think or fend for themselves. OK, I'm off my soapbox!

One other thing, if this cart will be used indoors (and I'm sure it will be) it will be downright hazardous to your furniture. I have used the padded shipping material to create bumpers for the cart to try and protect our furniture. A little cutting with scissors and a few cable-ties and you're in business.

Buy this cart first, you won't be disappointed!

I love this shopping cart and my kids could play with it for hours. It is well made and is one of the cutest things in the M&D lineup. However, the metal cart scratches furniture and walls more than other plastic carts. Ours also has a place on the bottom where the steel spindle is a little rough and my kids seem to scratch their hands on it when they play with it. If you have good furniture I would opt for a plastic cart, if your furniture is beat to heck already this is a great little cart. :)

This shopping cart looks so much like the real thing it's awesome! Not surprised, coming from the M&D brand. I didn't understand what the straight legs were for, until my dh showed that when you push down on the cart, it actually pushes down, onto the pegs, to make sure kids aren't jumping in the cart and making a car out of it it will just stop and stay on the legs. Genius! I love that it has the folding seat for HuggyBear or Baby, or whoever my little girl loves at the moment. PERFECT toy. My daughter is 2, by the way. Younger than recommended, but I like to think she's a little advanced. :)Great Buy, Great Product!

My daughter had a cheap plastic cart that she demolished fairly quickly with the constant play it received. I bought this cart after reading many reviews and I am glad I did. We have had it for about a month and it is holding up wonderfully. This cart pushes smoothly and can withstand rough play. Very safe.

There are many toys that can make a child feel like he or she is in the grocery store imitating mom or dad, but most of them are meant for mild play at home and don't last for very long. Even though some stores use carts with plastic baskets, most still use carts with wire baskets and metal tube frame. The Melissa & Doug Shopping cart reminds me of the ones used in nearly every store that provides carts for customers to use.

The Melissa & Doug grocery-style shopping cart is so very realistic, we just adore it for our child. The Melissa & Doug Shopping Cart is made of a large gauge wire basket and very similar tubular frame, it has the typical fold out child seat with plastic bottom shield for a child's baby, and the plastic cover over the handle looks just like the ones at stores we frequent.

This cart also has two other features not found on typical carts: anti-tipping riggers and spring-loaded front wheels. Since the cart is smaller it has a narrower wheel base. This cart has anti-tipping riggers with rubber feet to help prevent the the cart from tipping which might result with a hurt child or damaged walls or flooring. The spring-loaded front wheels are a nice 'surprise' feature, too. These springs keep the cart from having such a rigid feel to it. It's too small for my children to get into (by design, I think), but when the kids lean over the end of the cart to get something out (like mom and dad do at the store) the springs allow the cart to lower which prevents the basket from pressing too hard on little ribs and tummies. This feature was an unexpected bonus we never would have missed, but really appreciate.

We like the durability and the realistic appearance, but what makes this toy even better is that the cart SOUNDS like the mom and dad's cart at the store. Plus, this 'toy' is actually very functional and useful. We also bought Melissa & Doug Wooden Pantry Products for playing at home, but this doesn't stop us from taking our little cart on real shopping trips.

We take this cart with us to the store for our little one to shop along side us when we visit the store and use shopping time as a way to teach our child how to be responsible at the store. Our child gets to carry some of the groceries or other items as we peruse and learns how to respect other shoppers at the store and how to handle a babydoll. Another lesson we try to teach is that everything she puts in her basket has to be purchased; we don't purchase what we can't afford. I believe this teaches confidence in doing the things she will one day need to do to provide and follow a budget.

If this were any other type of toy cart, we wouldn't feel comfortable bringing it to the store. Other than it's small size, this cart looks like it belongs in the store. What we have found from this one 'toy' purchase is that we are getting so much more from this than we could have imagined. I believe all of our discovery about how this basket can be sued is attributed to its appearance, feel, and strong construction.

As you could probably tell, we recommend this product if you are looking for something like this for your child.

Skip hop Zoo Plate

Skip Hop Zoo Mealtime Plate - Owl - 252154Very cute, great size. My son and I like it very much. We have the owl bowl also, and tend to use the bowl more. I expect to use the plate more as he gets a little bigger. I plan on buying more of these character settings.

Good for 3+ when portion sizes get bigger than the divided-in-three plates aren't big enough anymore but durability and whimsy are still appreciated.

My 2-year-old daughter received the bee plate as a gift and has eaten dinner off of it almost every night since! A couple of weeks ago it fell off the dish rack onto the floor and broke. I was very happy to find a replacement. I wish it were less fragile but it's very cute and useful.

I bought this plate for my 9 month old daughter and I love it. It is super sturdy, has brilliant colors and is just generally very cute! I like the divided plate idea very much, and was part of the reason I bought this plate. The other reason was that it is an owl, because we love them!

A little expensive, but worth it. Much better quality than wal-mart or targets $2-$4 plates.

We'll be using this one a long time, which I love in this house!

Bumkins Waterproof Sleeved Bib

Bumkins Waterproof Sleeved Bib - Pink SupernovaI couldn't believe how much time I had to spend each day trying to get stains out of clothes. And with winter coming up, I wanted to get long sleeve bibs, which for some reason I haven't seen in Babies R Us or any other store. Every bib I got seemed to have some issue, but I thought it might be helpful for others to see a comparison of the details:

SIZE

Kushies the smallest of the three bibs (sleeve 11 inches from neck, width 10 inches, length 13 inches from neck).

Ikea sleeve (14 inches from neck, including a 1 inch fabric cuff), width (12 inches from one seam to another but another 8 inches that wrap around yea!!), length (14 inches from neck)

Bumpkins sleeve (14.5 inches from neck), width (13.5 inches), length (12.5 from neck)

Tidy Turtle the largest (sleeve 16 inches from neck, width 14 inches, legth 15 inches from neck)

MATERIAL

Kushies and Ikea are very thin, like umbrella material. Kusies folds down to nothing great for a full diaper bag. Ikea folds a little thicker due to cloth cuffs and extra fabric. Tidy Turtle and Bumpkins are thicker and stiffer. Tidy Turtle has a visibly larger weave.

CUFFS

All the sleeves have a 3-inch opening (in diameter).

Kushies no elastic cuff. Food may fall in and drip onto the baby's arms/clothes.

Ikea 1 inch of soft spandex fabric. The cuff opening is just a little bit smaller than the other bibs.

Bumpkins and Tidy Turtle elastic sewn inside the bib material.

NECK CLOSURE

My 20lb baby has a skinny neck. Unfortunately, all of the bibs are about the same size around the neck, regardless of what type of closure. Bumpkins ties together at the neck, and the others have velcro. Even they are supposed to be "adjustable" velcro, they are all about the same size opening on the smallest setting. With velcro, you also have to make sure you stick it together before washing. Otherwise, it will stick to and ruin your other clothes.

In general, all the long sleeve bibs seem too big for my my 1 year old and were too big around the neck area. Sometimes I use a clothes pin to make the neck opening smaller. Aside from that, I feel that Bumpkins and Ikea provide the best coverage without being too big. They are wide and long enough on the bottom and have an elastic cuff to keep Baby's clothes clean. I like Ikea's thinner material and spandex cuffs, but Bumpkins looks cuter (we love Cat in the Hat).

These bibs used to be the greatest, thin silky completely waterproof and fast-drying material. But the company moved production from the US to China and it is just not the same now. I wanted an extra for the diaper bag but the one made in China is much thicker and quite stiff. I thought it might soften up with time, but it hasn't after a few months of daily washings. It is waterproof, but the stiffness causes it to get in the baby's way and because it doesn't flow over baby's lap, more food ends up on the clothes. It also is much harder to wash due to the stiffness, and takes a long time to dry because of the thickness. But if you can find one of the old ones made in the USA, those are great! I had one Superbib for a couple years and then when this sleeved one was so disappointing, I went to a baby store nearby and looked through their rack and they had one sleeved one left that had been made in the US of the better material, and that one is fabulous. The old style is so soft and supple, super-comfy for baby, and a breeze to wash (I just dunk it in dishwater and rinse) and dries amazingly fast.

Buy Bumkins Waterproof Sleeved Bib Now

I was looking for a long-sleeved waterproof bib for my toddler-to-be, and I first purchased this Bumkins bib. However, when it came in the mail, I noticed that it was advertised as lead-safe. Why safe but not free? I e-mailed customer support at Bumkins. They said:

"In the past, the government limits on lead content have allowed us to claim lead free. Because of an increased awareness of the chemicals in commercial products, we now conform to the requirements established by the CPSIA and label our products lead safe. The composition of our product has not changed and does not exceed the established limits. All our products pass stringent testing and are labeled according to the required standards."

BUT Kushies is lead-free. So I bought a Kushies long-sleeved bib for our 2nd bib (we like to have 2 to alternate between using/washing). Both have their pros and cons. Here are Bumkins':

PROS

1. Neck-tie strap, makes it easier to adjust to my baby's narrow neck and prevent food from falling between his neck and the bib. Also prevents him from pulling the bib off.

2. Thicker material (feels studier, but maybe that's why it's not lead-free?)

CONS

1. Not lead-free (but BPA/PVC/phthalates-free)

2. The lining stains easily and is VERY hard to clean (I scrubbed it a lot and it's still stained). Kushies' lining is made from the same taffeta waterproof fabric as the rest of the bib, whereas the Bumkins lining is not, so the Kushies one is way easier to clean.

I really wanted to like the Bumkins one (and I do love the neck tie) but Kushies gets my vote for lead-free. And the easier to clean is a big bonus for busy parents as well.

Product is advertised as being lead free, however it is "Lead Compliant" which means there is still lead. Had I known this, I would not have purchased it. Lead does not belong in any childrens products, especially ones that a baby-lead weaning child may eat off of.

This bib is wonderful. I have a toddler who self-feeds and is MESSY. This bib keeps her completly clean and even has elastic at the wrist to keep food off of her shirt sleeves. I either wipe or rinse the bib off when finished and lay it out to dry. They are also machine washable. I highly recommend this product, it is well worth the money.

Thermos Ice Mat, 6 Cube

Thermos Ice Mat, 6 CubeI bought this to use in my lunch bag and they work great. They are flat, so they don't take up much room either in the freezer or the lunch bag. They were still cold after an eight-hour day.

I bought several of these at the start of the school year, figuring that if I got even a few months out of each one, they'd be worth the price. Well, now at the end of the school year, I'm still using the first one I opened no leaks, no problems. It's survived a year of daily lunch box use, as well as use on the weekends. The 6 cube mat slides in nicely in the Vera Bradley lunch tote, and works just as well in a Pottery Barn lunch box with plenty of room to spare.

Buy Thermos Ice Mat, 6 Cube Now

My old Blue Ice packets were inadvertently thrown out by my movers, so I came here looking to buy some new ones. As I was looking around, I noticed these Thermos Ice Mats, and thought, hey, that's new and looks pretty cool! I ordered 2 of the 6-cube mats and 2 of the 9-cube mats; I also purchased a Blue Ice pack just in case these didn't work out.

My initial impressions of the cubed mats were mixed. I really like how they are able to be folded around an object, however, the individual cubes are filled with waaaaaay too much water. They have soooo much water in the little pockets (with no air) that the plastic is stretched to maximum capacity and it feels like they are about to burst. This is bad for a few reasons...

1. Water expands as it freezes, need I go further?

2. Unlike the Blue Ice packs that are filled with a water mixture that stays cold longer than just water, the Thermos "cubes" are filled with water.

3. Folding a packet around an object is impractical when the individual cubes have so much water in the them.

4. The cubes are rounded so you are unable to have a great deal of the cold surface area be in contact with your items.

5. If something jabs the cube when it's stretched out so much, it has a MUCH greater chance of rupturing. Think of blowing up a balloon with just a little air, and then tap it with a fork. The fork will just push the balloon into itself. Now, blow that same balloon up to where it's just about to burst and tap it with the fork. Chances are pretty high that you just popped that balloon. That same principle is going on here. Thermos could really solve a good many problems with this product if they'd just decrease the amount of water in each cube a little.

I froze both mats, put them in my lunchbox and went to work (FYI, my Blue Ice mat was the same relative size as the Thermos mat.) At the end of the day, the Thermos mat was melted and cool, while the Blue Ice pack was still half-frozen. I think the reason the Thermos mat was still cool was because it was in the box with the Blue Ice. Regardless, I was stunned at how poorly the Thermos mat performed.

On the second day, one of the cubes on the Thermos mat ruptured. On the third day I used a different Thermos mat and a cube on that one ruptured as well. On the fourth day, I threw them out.

The last Blue Ice packs that I had I used for YEARS, and had little problems with them leaking. Every now and then one might leak, a little, but it wasn't to the extent that I'd have to throw them out since they would stop leaking and I could still use them. I think it wasn't so much of a leak, but rather, some blue dye would eventually work it's way through the heat seams and get on something that made it look worse than it actually was. This is not an issue for me because it's so minor that it's almost not worth mentioning.

The Blue Ice packs are SIGNIFICANTLY more durable, you can even feel it in the thick plastic vs. the thin plastic of the Thermos mats. **Also, and this was new to me, but when I got my Blue Ice pack, I noticed that the dye they are using in them is MUCH lighter in color and is now a gel instead of a water-like substance.** For the last 20 years or so they've been that same deep, dark blue that everyone knows, but now they are a very, very, faint baby blue. If it were much lighter it'd be clear. So, for those that didn't like getting the dark blue ink on themselves if/when they leaked, that's not really an issue anymore. It's a good change.

Anyway, I'm not saying you should buy Blue Ice packs, but I am saying don't waste your money on this junk. I read the reviews about these leaking and thought people were rough with them, but no, they really are just that bad. It's a shame too, because there's really only 2 things Thermos needs to do to dramatically improve these ice mats, and it's exceedingly simple. Implement some quality control on the amount of water that goes into each cell so they are all the same and not filled to 110% capacity, and use a slightly thicker plastic.

**If you really want to stick with this same type of product and stay away from the Blue Ice chemicals, Flexi Freeze makes some ice cube packs that are MUCH better. They have the same amount of water in every cube, they're not overfilled, and the plastic that they use is tougher. All-in-all, everything that I've said Thermos needs to do to improve their product, Flexi Freeze has already implemented. You also get way more for your money.**

*************************************** Update *********************************

It turns out that I still had one of these packs left in my freezer when I threw the others out that were leaking. I'm a long distance runner and after a run I ice my knees for 20 min. I decided to give this ice mat a try in doing that and I have to say, it worked quite well. I still keep it in the plastic case, which I hate, but I know if I take it out it won't be long before it starts to leak. So yeah, even though it does work well for icing body parts, a 99 cent bag of frozen peas does the same job, if not better, and won't leak. Even though I have a new use for this product, it's still a 5-star concept with a 2-star implementation.

Read Best Reviews of Thermos Ice Mat, 6 Cube Here

A well-made ice pack. Seems to be sealed well, and though I haven't owned them long I am hoping they will last longer than most freezer packs without leaking or breaking (which tends to happen with cheaply made packs.) The design is great for most lunch boxes, but the 6 cube pack is fairly small, so you will want a few of them at least, or perhaps some of the larger versions as well. (I initially ordered 1 6-cube, and 1 9-cube for a lunch box scenario and found myself severely lacking in cooling power and needing to pick up a couple more.)

I would currently recommend this product to anyone needing some ice packs, and I will update this review if anything changes.

Boon Squirt Baby Food Dispensing Spoon, 2-Pack

Boon Squirt Baby Food Dispensing Spoon, Orange 2-PackOur 8-month-old loves these. The spoon is the right size for her mouth and there is no bowl or package to distract her while she is eating. Cleaning up is easy. The container is also perfect for short-term storage or visits to the grandparents.

Overall this is a nice product with a couple flaws. The food squeezes easily onto the spoon for quick feeding and less squirmy time between getting the food on the spoon. It's also really easy to clean.

The things I wasn't a huge fan of was the cap for the spoon and the squirt factor when the food is low in the holder.

It's a great idea to have a cap on this when your baby doesn't finish their food or you're packing it in a lunch box for later but it's so small that I lost both of mine the first week.

The squirt factor is not cool for the baby. Trying to squeeze the food onto the spoon when it's low or with air bubbles is a bad situation... it squirts all over your baby's face (and as you might imagine, they don't like that).

Klean Kanteen 12 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle (Kid Kanteen Sippy Cap in Bright Green) - All Colo

Klean Kanteen 12 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle - Living CoralMy 1 year old is glad to have his own kanteen just like everyone else in our family.

I really like these things. We are using the green spout it came with. It works; I encourage him to use the ring side down near his chin because it is a little strangely designed. It gets in your noses way if you drink through spout ring side up. Hope that makes sense. In the past we have used the attachment neck piece that adapts the aventi spouts. I prefer these; just haven't gotten around to replacing a lost one.

My wife and I love these kanteens for our little guy. He throws them on the ground and they hold up no problem. A few dents here and there, and maybe some paint chipped on the bottom. But it adds character. We have them in many different colors. We even use them for our selfs for a quick drink of water or whatever. With the changeable tops, these kanteens will see many, many miles.

My 2 year old son always wants to drink out of dads water bottle so I got him a miniature version of mine. He loves it. He drank 2 full bottles right away. The valve inside of the lid works well and has not leaked during a violent shaking from my son. If you can get over the fact that the black coating will chip off or get scratched if you drop it (adds character) then this bottle is for you.

Skip Hop Zoo Bib

Skip Hop Zoo Bib, OwlI love skip hop and own lots of items by them. This is one item that I am completely dissatisfied with. The bib is cute ( bought the ladybug version) but that's about it. Not only does it allow foods to leak through, the design is coming off as well. And that's only after about three uses or so. Don't waste your money!

This bib is great! We had the monkey version, and liked it so much that we recently bought the owl. It has all of the things I normally look for in a bib--it's big enough to cover a meaningful amount of her chest, it washes easily, and has a big pocket to trap dropped food. The velcro is the soft, non-grabby variety. (Why don't all baby items feature this velcro? It's awesome!) I wouldn't exactly call it waterproof, but we've also never had anything soak through--she's eaten extremely soggy frozen/thawed strawberries in it, and none of the sticky red mess ended up on her shirt.

But the thing we love most about this bib is it's portability. The whole bib can be tucked into a pocket on the back. The resulting package is really small and light. And because you turn the pocket inside out to tuck the bib in, any mess on the bib gets completely contained. So it's perfect for throwing into a bag. I have one in my (very small) purse at all times, and because it's turned inside out after use, I don't worry about what is on it when I throw it in the bag. I have no idea why other companies haven't copied this design--it's so brilliant!

The only downside of the Skip Hop bib is the price--it's considerably more expensive than some cheap-o bibs you might buy. But we've never regretted buying them. We use them 10 times more than any other bib we own, because they're so much better!

Buy Skip Hop Zoo Bib Now

1) not very absorbent baby drool leaked through within the first 5 minutes. The bib is very lightweight almost feels like nylon but for that reason, it seems like it's not very absorbent.

2) doesn't fold into the pocket like it's supposed to no matter what we did, we could not get it to fold neatly into the pocket like the picture on the package. It rolls up, but it doesn't stay tucked in.

3) pretty expensive, for what ends up being kind of a decorative bib

Maybe this bib would be better only for feeding? Not sure, but it isn't a very good drool bib. But did I mention that it's absolutely adorable?

Vital Baby 24 Piece Freezer Pot Kit, Orange

Vital Baby 24 Piece Freezer Pot Kit, OrangeI absolutely LOVE the Vital Baby freezer pots! They are awesome. I just freeze my homemade baby food in them, and take it out to thaw the night before usually. They are small and convenient and fit right into a small bottle cooler with a bottle and some spoons. I love these for taking our baby food with us to babysitters, because it is already portioned out and you can feed it right out of the container.

Or if you want to freeze and thaw a different way. They have an awesome silicone bottom that allows you to easily 'pop the frozen food out'

Especially for Baby 4-Pack BPA Free Snack Cup with LidsI love these containers. I was searching for something BPA-free for my elementary and middle school kids lunches, and these are perfect. I use them mostly for goldfish, pretzels and nuts/trailmixes. The colors are fun, but not distinctly "baby"ish. I have washed them just a couple times each so far, and they have held up fine.

For the price I was expecting a better quality. The lids are very thin and flimsy. I can't imagine bringing these for outings as the lids would fall off quite easily and make a mess in the diaper or lunch bag. The bowls are cute though which I would use them in the house instead.

They are supported on the bottom within the fabric by a plastic disk to give the cake extra oomph/stand-up-straight power (unlike the "Lillian Vernon" brand of fabric cupcake which I saw once in a Goodwill). Plus, these babies are machine-washable, people! Only one cupcake comes with a "how-to-care-for" tag, so that's great if you or your kid is complusive about removing tags from items. Here are the four care symbols translated (in order on tag from left to right): wash at 30 degrees/cold water, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not iron. Outer material is 100% polyester. My daughter plays with them everyday either outright or in some small way.

I'm not sure who enjoys this toy more, me or my daughter. She enjoys serving the cupcakes to her cousins and grandmother. I have bought many of the food items from this company and the quality is excellent. The cupcakes are also very detailed. Too cute!

My 3 yr old thinks they are really fun. I think they are beautiful. My infant thinks they don't hurt when the 3 yr old throws them at her. :)

Bought this to go with my daughter's tea set. They are very cute. I'm not sure the point of having the paper cupcake liners though ... they'll just fall apart but can be replaced with the real thing from the kitchen.

I guess the price could be a little high, but we are very glad we got this. My 2 and 4 year old daughters play with these little cupcakes all the time. They arrived just as described. They have helped my kids to learn colors/flavors, as well.

Plum Organics Bistro Bowls, Beef, Barley and Wild Mushroom, 6 Ounce

Plum Organics Bistro Bowls, Beef, Barley and Wild Mushroom, 6 OunceMy 20 month old hasn't been eating more than a few bites of food at a time the last month or so. These are a expensive but I grabbed one at the store just to give it a shot. He dove right in and licked the bowl clean! literally picked every last piece of it out, and then went after any bits that fell on his tray! I'll be buying more very soon :-) It was a good amount in the bowl too. I though for sure it would make two meals for him.

green sprouts Safari Friends Travel Lunch Set

green sprouts Safari Friends Travel Lunch Set, Red Monkey, 12 MonthsI love this bag and lunch set! My son goes to daycare occasionally so I wanted something to travel back and forth and this is perfect. My only concern is the stitching around the snap is starting to come loose. I don't know if we just got a bad one or if this is common.

green sprouts Insulated Accessory Bag

green sprouts Insulated Accessory Bag, Blue, SmallI was looking for a small, snack size insulated bag to send my Kindergartner's snack to school and keep it cold. Most lunch bags are just too big for an icepack and small snack. This however is incredibly small! Outside it measures 3" diameter and 2.5" tall. Even my smallest snack cups wouldn't fit. I'm not sure what would fit...one jar of baby food maybe and no ice pack? The label on the package says "Pacifier bag-pink argyle-stage 2+" but why would you need an insulated bag to put one or maybe 2 pacifiers in? It doesn't make sense to me. Therefore it is going back. It would've been nice if the mftr included dimensions in the description. The print is cute though.

Just big enough for a pacifier or two. Good for that use but the clasp is wimpy and keeps falling off.

A bit smaller on the inside than anticipated, not for the larger jars, just the small ones. It is now an expensive pacifier holder.

I bought this to keep portions of my hemp seeds good and fresh when I'm on the go or on a trip and have to eat out. It's a great size and I'm glad that I can always bring an extremely healthy food supplement with me when I'm not at home. It does the job and I am highly satisfied. Looks like the perfect size for baby food and small snacks as well.

I keep the pacifiers in this little pod and I always know where they are. It's insulated so it could be used for lots of other things. It's super cute too!

Apple Park Book No. 2, Bunny's Garden

Apple Park Book No. 2, Bunny's GardenLove the book but it fell apart in the first 2 days. Binding problem I guess. Can I get a replacement?

My little ones love this book, especially the beautiful art, done by an artist whose name you will not recognize at first, but with a little research, you will see that he has done many masterpieces that you know well.

Ella's Kitchen Organic Very Very Tasty Vegetable Bake with Lentils Baby Food - 4.9 Oz Pouch

Ella's Kitchen Organic Very Very Tasty Vegetable Bake with Lentils Baby Food - 4.9 Oz PouchOur daughter loves this dish and never turns it down. We started giving it to her at 6 months and she still likes it at 7 months. My husband likes it too; he thought it tasted like vegetable soup. To me it tasted more like a pureed baked vegetable casserole. We both thought the flavors of tomatoes and lentils were the most noticeable. This is a good option for helping your baby learn to enjoy flavors that aren't sweet so they won't be solely interested in sugary treats later. The developmental window for getting acceptance of newly introduced flavors closes around 1.5-2 yrs of age and doesn't reopen until much later in childhood. Often little ones will refuse to eat foods they haven't learned to enjoy before that age so, it is good to get them to appreciate a wide variety of flavors including savory, tart and vegetable flavors as early as possible.

My son and I love Ella's kitchen fruit and veggies mixes. They are tasty and toddler has no problem with eating whole pouch.

But the "very tasty" vegetable bake with lentils is inedible; my 21 months old son, me and husband spitted it out. Out dog liked it so he scored with organic food;)

Kidco Healthy Snack Frozen Treat Trays 2 Pack

Kidco Healthy Snack Frozen Treat Trays 2 PackThis product looks very sturdy and I love the portion size, (small) but I have a problem. Where are the holes? Mine did not come with holes in the sticks. Nobody else seems to have this issue, so it must just be the ones I received. I think this is important because the sticks come out and leave the popsicles in the trays :(

I really like the size of these popsicles for my toddler, but the handle is so short that it is really hard for her to hold. Other than that, the trays work great.

These popsicle forms are small enough for toddlers and are eco friendly! no more popsicle sticks to trash. Just made cantaloupe, vanilla yogurt, agave sicles for my grandkids and what a hit. The forms are easy to fill and easy stand up nicely in the freezer. I'm a happy customer and my grandkids even happier :-)

I am very disappointed with these popsicle trays. I read the relatively good reviews and ordered 2 sets of these. When I tried it, I repeatedly found that it was difficult to remove the fully frozen popsicles from the tray. They kept getting separated from the sticks! Thank goodness the kids were not around, anxiously waiting for their treats. I even took the time to run warm water on the outside of the mold before removing it and I was only able to successfully pull out 1 out of the 8 popsicles while it was still attached to the stick.

I went back online to read the reviews to see if I missed something. I realized that the Kidco popsicle trays that I received did not come with the HOLES ON THE STICKS like it is pictured online. It may seem like a minor detail but it makes a huge difference in function since it helps keep the popsicles attached to the stick when you pull it out of the tray.

I've been corresponding with the manufacturer regarding this problem. Kidco has been helpful, and they are in the process of sending me the older model as a replacement. I'm hoping that this replacement set will work.

UTENSILS GRBR TDL K CUTL SET3CT

Gerber NUK BPA Free Kiddy Cutlery - BlueOur 22 mo old loves this cutlery. They make it very easy for her to eat by herself due to the chunky handles. The fork is sharp enough to stab food but not too sharp. The spoon is adequate for scooping and the knife cuts soft food.

green sprouts 2 Pack Silicone Feeding Spoon

green sprouts 2 Pack Silicone Feeding Spoon, GirlI agree with the previous reviewer from a few days ago. I have many Green Sprouts products and like them, but these are poorly designed and unhealthy. At first, they seem great, but moisture gets between where the silicone spoon attaches to the plastic handle and can't escape, so mold grows. Very poor construction. REALLY disgusting. Trying to return, but seems ridiculous that I need to send moldy spoons through the mail.

I love Green Sprouts products and these were my favorite spoons for awhile. They are very light weight, soft and easy to handle. However, mold began to grow were the spoon attaches to the handle and it is impossible to clean out. Then I noticed the "Green Sprouts" logo flaking off. Not something you want so close to your baby's mouth. It makes me worry about the other "Green Sprouts" products we have. The quality of these spoons is really poor!

I actually really like the feel of the spoon, the ergonomic curve, the bowl of the spoon. The only problem is the way it is put together makes it so you can't/shouldn't use it. The bowl of the spoon is a separate plastic piece from the handle. As far as I can tell, you can't remove it, but it almost looks like you can. There are crevices that food collects in and you can't easily (if at all) get it out. Obviously I won't be using them to spoon more food into my daughter's mouth. Too bad, b/c other than this, I like the spoon.

This spoon cannot be washed throughly and that's the major problem on this spoon. The problem is on how this spoon is made... Basically this spoon is consist of 2 parts; the bowl part and the handle part. The handle part has a space and the bowl part is pushed in to the space to click. no glue there. I think you pull them really hard, these two parts can come off. I read some reviews here that this connection gets mold. I could imagine that there is some gap between the bowl and the handle. but i figured that if I throw them in a dishwasher, it won't be a problem since it uses high heat to kill some bacterias and such. I kinda guessed that these people probably hand washed them, so the spoons couldndt get dried properly, therefore causing the molds. So, now I throw them in a dishwasher, it did seem that it cleaned... till you look into the gap or the connection. It is impossible to get rid of the food residues in the connections... there is no way the dish washer can get rid of them. Even if you hand wash them, it is pretty much impossible to get rid of all the foods in there unless you use a tooth pick and taking 30 min for each spoon... impractical. For the best result, you probably need to hand wash them using tooth pick (to get rid of the foods in the gap), and them throw them in a dishwasher to completely dry. ummm no thanks to me. Another note that I should mention is that, this edge of the spoon is rather on the sharp side and not really round. You can feel on your finger and you can feel on your face if you try to scoop the food as if you do it on your baby's face. It is not that sharp to scratch baby's face or anything, but it might not be comfortable or gentle. Anything good about this spoon? I'll say the size of the bowl is great. It is not as wide as the other spoons out there. That was the main reason I got this spoon. and the material of the spoon is great. It's just that I don't know how I can maintain this clean for my baby... Do I buy this again? definitely not. I'll look for a solid one piece spoon.

These spoons are a good size with a silicone tip. My son likes to chew on it as much as he likes eating with it. Good size for little mouths.
