We love these cup. We use them as feeding bowl for our daughter. The size is perfect and the best part is that they fit in our bottle warmer (Advent Philips). Which make eating food super convenient.The only negative is that they don't stay well on top of each other. I wish they did. Sage Spoonfuls does sell a rack which is probably why.
Step 2 Sizzlin' Shapes Kitchen
I like Step 2 products in general. The big components of their toys are still made in the USA and that is a big plus for me. I bought this for my daughter's 1st birthday. Its cute, but she never really showed much interest in it.Although, now that she is almost 2, I think she plays with it a little more. She cracks me up with some of the things I find tucked into the microwave or in the refrigerator. She enjoys putting things in the sink and refrigerator and watching them tumble out and the shape sorter is a great. Her favorite thing about it, naturally, is thedifferent noises it makes.
Overall, a nice product from a good company. I would have given it 5 stars if it held my daughter's attention a little bit more, but I think it just depends on your kid.

Both our twins love this one right from the start but it's not loaded with lentils (see ingredients below). We introduced it when they were 7 months old and now they're 10 months. I'm glad they are eating something green because we couldn't get them to eat the one with peas when we tried at 7 months, but we got them to eat the peas later at 9 months.Their favorite vegetable is sweet potato and we've also tried sweet potato with cinnamon. They love all the fruit varieties.
I'm glad they love this one because lentils and brown rice form a complete protein, although a view of the ingredients shows that lentils is not one of the prime ingredients.
This one also has carrots and I've heard all babies like carrots. I don't know if they would like it without the carrots. I haven't seen this one lentils and brown rice in our local stores, so I'm glad to get it here. Along with some others, we get this one with the subscription. Of course, with twins one is forced to buy more in bulk and we're so busy that it's great to get these delivered.
The packaging is excellent. I've ordered an unbelievable number of cases of jars of different types and only had one jar arrive broken.

This has 70 calories, 10% protein, 100% vitamin A, 4% vitamin C, 2% calcium and 4% iron.

This is a meal that babies around the age of mine are probably almost all going to love instantly. Almost all babies love sweet potatoes for starters. Add apricot puree and there's really not much one could do to discourage babies after that. I recommend this flavor brand.
Ingredients per label: Water, organic sweet potatoes, organic apricot puree, mechanically separated organic chicken, organic brown rice flour.
The rice flour absorbed the water and gave it a real nice consistency, and the sweet potatoes gave it a nice color.

I liked getting this one for my twin 10-month olds because it has such interesting ingredients, particularly the zucchini and the garbanzo beans. I like the fact that it's vegetarian yet I believe it has a complete protein since it also has brown rice. This list of ingredients looks excellent and it's a green color naturally.The babies liked it. They have liked everything that has carrots.
I have the subscription for this one as I really like the ingredients and the fact that I'm giving the babies food that is naturally green.

Baby loved this one, but as he has progressed I had to cut this one out because it is too runny and if I have to move the spoon quickly out of the way of his grabby hands, it is all over! Earth's Best Turkey Vegetable Dinner hits the spot with apples with turkey. You can add cranberries if you want to take it to the next level. I just can't find non-sweetened and non-dried cranberries even at the better food stores.Apples, carrots and turkey taste good to my 10-month old growing twin girls. Babies love carrots since they're sweet to their taste, so that made a great addition. The whole barley flour absorbs the water to give it an acceptable consistency.
The ingredients per the label: Water, organic apples, organic carrots, mechanically separated organic turkey, organic whole barley flour.
In addition to 12% protein and 50% vitamin A, it has 6% calcium and 4% iron.

Vulli Sophie the Giraffe Teether Set of 2
My son loved Sophie to an unreasonable extent so I have been buying this toy as a gift for any baby showers I attend. Two of my cousins were having babies (due the same day) so I went ahead and bought the double pack. I was disappointed that both toys were shoved into one single package. I hoped they would each have their own box. I ended up using one of the toys as a decoration on the top of the wrapped gift, so that worked out fine, but I wanted to warn anybody else who was wondering the same thing.
The only drawback is that it closely resembles a dog toy so our dogs are always aware of where Sophie is because they as well would like to chew her up! Our pretty aggressive chewer did get ahold of her once and she survived so she's one tough Giraffe!
If Sophie gets wet the squeaker will stop working temporarily just let her dry out and she'll start squeaking again!
This is our go to baby shower present now! I'm a bit of a shopaholic and have tried ALOT of baby products out, this is by far our favorite (so far)!

Every parent I know who has a Sophie absolutely loves it! I give it to all of my friends for baby shower gifts. My daughter is just over 3 months old and loves her Sophie. Not only is it a great teether, it's also useful for younger babies (like mine) who can suck on it.
Munchkin White Hot Safety Spoon, Colors May Vary
I purchased these spoons and the plastic Nuby spoons and these are far superior. Both have the feature that changes color if the food is too hot, but I don't really use that because I'm just not going to put something in my baby's mouth that has been heated without testing it myself first. The thing that sets these apart is the shape of the actual bowl of the spoon. It is very shallow which allows my little guy to learn to get all of the food off of the spoon with each bite. The others had a bowl that was way to deep and made it hard to get any food from the spoon into his mouth. The shape of the tip of the spoon is also perfect for getting the last little bit of food out of a small crevice in the container. It fits perfectly in his mouth and the handle is comfortable for me to hold. I also really like that the spoon is wrapped so that it isn't just metal when the baby bites down. I have been using these spoons for over a month now and haven't had any issues at all with staining. I just put them in the silverware rack in my dishwasher and they come out good as new every time. They are great!
Unfortunately, the spoons stained after only one use with a colored food. I used a spoon to serve my baby carrots -plain mashed carrots -and the spoon was permanently stained orange after that. It doesn't detract from the spoons' heat safety feature, of course, but it does make the spoons look kind of cheap and gross.
Also, it might be my imagination, but it seems like the spoons are not equally sensitive to heat. Some of the spoons seemed to turn white when the food is just a little too warm and others seemed to turn white only when the food was scorching hot. I still find myself touching each spoonful of food to my own lip before giving it to the baby.

I first used the Munchkin White Hot Safety Spoons at my daughter's home when feeding her son. I really liked the shallow spoon bowl which made it much easier for her little one to learn to eat from a spoon. Because he was used to sucking his bottle, the baby spoons with deeper bowls proved to be very frustrating for both baby and adult. It took awhile for him to get the technique associated with spoon-feeding, but the shallow bowl on the Munchkin spoon was very conducive to easing his transition to eating solid foods. We do pay attention to the color change and wait until the spoon stays its original color before feeding heated foods.There has been no problem with the spoons staining, even the lighter colors clean up very nicely in the dishwasher top shelf, of course. The spoons have been used for broccoli, prunes, yellow squash, green peas and blueberries, so if they were going to stain these foods would have done the trick. Of course, we do rinse them before putting them in the dishwasher, so that may help prevent staining.
I would urge those who need baby spoons to consider the Munchkin White Hot Safety Spoon for its helping transition your little one to solid foods.
