Johnson's Nursing Pads (36-Pack)

My baby is 5 months old and I've tried a few different pads. These are my favorite disposable ones. The built-in tip for your nipple, I could do without. In a thin bra/shirt, it can look like the headlights are on. But they're thick to contain any leaking and soft enough to be comfortable. I now use washable pads most of the time (organic and purchased from Amazon) and these disposable pads if my other pads are in the laundry.

These are, by far, my wife's favorite. We've tried many brands and even some washable types, but these are her favorite. They don't 'migrate' like others tend to do. Other brands would actually come unstuck and fall out of her shirt at times. These stay attached and are the most comfortable for her. She also has an occasional issue with sensitive nipples while nursing and these don't irritate her like other brands do. I'll recommend them, not because I use them (ha ha!) but because my life has certainly been improved my my wife using them...

I have had 7 kids. I have tried several nursing pads, but none compare to Johnson's. The pads are very absorbable. They are comfortable, and just the perfect thickness. They have a sticky pad on them so you can adhere them to your bra, but I never use the sticky pad. They have always just stayed in place for me. I will not use another brand.

There are lots of bra pads out their for us nursing moms, but these are the only ones that are completely hidden under your clothes. Many of the other brands are noticeable either by the crease or by the edging. These are 100% unnoticeable!

Dr. Sears Flatware Set, Green/Orange, 9 Months

My 2yo loves these! They are fun and easy to use. Plus they are a lot softer than others so I don't have to worry about him hurting himself. My only problem is that he loves them so much I may have to buy another set or two because we'll wear these ones out.

I bought these for my 14 month old daughter since she is starting to feed herself. They are adorable. The only complaint is that the fork is pretty dull with flat-ended prongs so it is difficult for her to stab and pick up any food with it. It's more like a spork! If you've ever used one of those you know what I mean!

Work well, color does not chip or fade in the dishwasher, only problem is that they look like toys so your tot may like mine try to grab them to play with them rather than allow you to feed them. But great item !

I like these better than the Take n Toss bowls because of the shape and size of the bowls. They would be nicer if they came with lids. They are sturdy, but not heavy and held up well in the dishwasher and microwave. Also there's no lip at the top to trap water and make drying them harder like the Take n Toss.

Klean Kanteen Kid's Stainless Steel Bottle with 3.0 Sport Cap

I am happy with my klean canteen purchase. It was a struggle to find a water bottle that could also serve as a sippy. This was my second attempt with stainless Steele and by far the best purchase. It does not leak, there are guards to protect the mouth piece, and it is dish washer safe.

Like the overall product, only downside is that my 3 year old still has a hard time opening the spout on her own when I send this with her to school.

I try to keep things in my life small. Wasting space is far too prevalent in our society, and it just saddens me to no end. I carry an XS Timbuk2 Bag to work, and need to fit water in there on hot summer days. This kid-sized bottle fits the bill perfectly. Love the pretty colors, but got mine in plain stainless for durability reasons. Have yet to use the sport cap, and am instead using it in conjunction with the All Stainless Loop Cap, which seems to be the smallest (and simplest) cap available. No leaking issues, and while the bottle is not insulated, it still does a reasonable job of keeping drinks cool (perhaps not cold, but cool, yes). Fits my tiny bag with room to drop a piece of fruit on top, and that's about all I could ask for.

I really liked this product. My kids thought they were cool, we ordered 2 in different colors. Each cup was only used by 1 child, but after 1.5 months the black silicone mouth piece had a ripped spot on both cups. This has not happened before to any of my kids other cups, so I don't think it was their fault completely. I have ordered replacement caps for their cups to try again before I move on to another cup. I liked that these were metal, but if they keep breaking it won't be worth it to me. Also, I never put them in the dishwasher, but some of the paint is rubbed off on the bottom. I expected it because the kids take them out of the house to playgrounds and such so it wasn't an issue for me.

These work just as well as the Medela brand but were cheaper, even with the shipping. They were shipped quickly too. Highly recommended.

while the product fits not all of them fit well.... that is the membrane does not bounce back to the flat position touching the yellow valve. The pump becomes inefficient if the membrane doesn't stay flat to the valve. Only 2 out of 8 of mine were "Excellent", 1 of them was "acceptable" and the rest were garbage.

These membranes served their purpose perfectly. They weren't too stiff or too flimsy. The definitely lasted the recommended 6mths, which is how often they are supposed to be changed. Whoever invented pouches is brilliant!! It's like applesauce for veggetables. My 15month old loves them! Not only are they lighter than jars (which I long ago stopped using) but she can assert her fledgling independence and feed herself. And she gets a variety of veggies that she'd never get on such a regular basis.

I am so thankful for these vegetable packets. My child is an extremely picky eater and it is tough to get him all the needed servings of vegetables. He likes the carrots and broccoli packet and I often use it as a mid morning snack. I also love the convenience of bringing them along for his snack when we are out and about. Highly recommend!

My 14 month old loves having a pouch when it's snack time so I figured with this product, what a great way to get veggies in! I first tried the Squash and Sweet Peas and it was a hit! He also likes the Pumpkin and Spinach though this one seems to be a little thicker and takes him longer to finish. They are not as sweet as the fruit/veggie mix pouches, but that's obvious when you are ordering this item as it's not advertising any fruit added. I tried them both myself and they are both very good. In our opinion, great product!

Bugaboo Snack Tray

I am returning my tray. It does look good, but that's about it. Bugaboo should have designed it to clip in both slots, not just to one side. My daughter kicks it off with her feet and the snack tray part of it comes undone and goes flying and of course all the snacks are spilled all over her and the stroller. So I'd take the tray off and leave only the cup holder for her sippy, which works fine, but a baby cup holder for $40? Seriously, mine was $25. So unfortunately i am returning it, which is a shame, i was really looking forward to getting it once it finally came out.

P.S. from 05/07/2012I just wanted to say I bought a Tray Vous for my cameleon and it works great, my daughter loves it. So if you are looking for a snack tray try that instead. Purchased it on ebay.

It is a very thin piece of Vinyl. It is not what I expected at all. When I out it on the ground it was curled, it last about a week, then I just threw it away. You could just throw a garbage bag on the floor it is pretty much the same thing.

I knew I wouldn't be getting much for the price, but I didn't expect a printed piece of clear vinyl that is little more than a drop cloth that slips and slides around on both floor and carpet. If, somehow, we are able to get all the folds out, and maybe use velcro or double-sided tape to hold it in place, it may do the job as advertised. Otherwise, we're gonna have to ditch it. Save your money for something else.

This mat is cute, but almost completely ineffective. It is made out of very thin plastic, which means that it has no weight. It is nearly impossible to sweep which means that you have to pick it up and dump it into the trash after every meal or wash it in the sink. It is also VERY slippery and the only time it stays in place is when the high chair is directly on top of it. Even then, the corners fly up making it difficult to keep in place.

In hindsight, I would have saved my money and bought something more substantial.

This product is a glorified trash bag. The plastic is flimsy and doesn't lay flat as pictured the creases are still in it from the folds for shipping now weeks later. I wish it were more durable, it's a great idea just a cheap execution. There are so many better solutions not the least of which is wiping off the floor every night. Sheesh!

However, I found the silicone to be thin which after about a month of washing became easy to tear and I had to throw them out. I did like that it had some texture to the nipples, my babies appeared to like them. Also, the nipples did not drip. Perhaps I washed them too aggressively but I still think they enlarged the opening too easily.

Mother-Ease One-Size Cloth Diaper Cover

I use this diaper as a cover over our disposable night diapers to prevent leaks and I love it. My 18 month old was leaking out of her "extra protection" night diapers at least 3 nights a week. It was so frustrating and I tried multiple different brands. Found these diaper covers and decided to give it a try. She hasn't leaked since and that was a few months ago! They are super thin which makes it perfect for over the bulky disposable, but have a nice wet proof lining on the inside. The snaps work well for growing bellies and legs. We ended up getting the large instead as the legs seemed a bit small for her despite her weight being 25 lbs. Would recommend to anyone.

I wish I would have realized I could have gotten free shipping on the single cover that I ordered if I had ordered it directly from the shipper's website (9G Health Foods). Could have saved $2. I ordered the orange Savanna 2 cover and it's not nearly as cute in person as it is on the website. The orange color is more fluorescent and patchy colored. It just looks way different than pictured. Otherwise, this is my 6th Airflow cover and I've been using them for awhile and love them. I love Mother-ease one-size fitteds and covers. You can even put them on when your baby is flipped over on their belly.

I LOVE the Mother-Ease fitted diapers, but resisted getting these covers for a long time because they just didn't have enough pizazz for me. However I finally decided to give them a try and I have to say I REALLY like them. They are very soft, softer than any other PUL covers I have, and the leg gussets are very gentle. The whole cover is made in a way to fit a little bit looser so that it breathes moreit's not supposed to be skin-tight. So it initially looks quite big but it actually smooths out very well under clothes, and I NEVER have leaks with these. I mean NEVER. So these are great for any time of the day or night, and you can adjust the snaps for babies with a smaller waist and chubby thighs, or vice-versa. It's very adjustable. I DO wish Mother-Ease would jazz up their covers a bit, get some funky prints, but the pink and yellow are nice colors. GEN-Y makes similarly styled covers (side snaps) with darling prints that I also really like. But I have to give props to these covers because they are the most leak-proof and very soft.

This cover is by far better than many of the other popular brands in terms of fit, comfort, and effectiveness in containing blowouts. I thought these would be a big fit and didn't seem customizable like the Thirsties where you could adjust the rise, as well as the waist. These are actually a better fit because there are three size settings for the thighs and two for the waist. Most diaper covers don't have that. Only for the waists are they adjustable. Being able to better adjust the thighs to your baby's size makes it less likely that there will a blowout. The PUL is extremely thin and softer than the other brands, but great at containing leaks and messes. These are the first pair of covers that didn't leave red marks on my daughter's thighs. She could also be in a sitting position a lot easier with these on than the other covers because there was more room in her butt. The only guilt that I have with cloth diapering is that it's a lot bulkier and cumbersome for my baby. But these covers keep it pretty trim.

The tips are soft on my baby's gums, yet rigid enough to use as a "scraper" to wipe the food from his face. These spoons are wonderful. They are not the hard plastic like some of the baby spoons and have a little give to them perfect for a baby learning to eat. The spoons hold a decent amount and have been great for our baby from 6 months on. She is a year old now and still loves these spoons.

I bought these spoons originally at the suggestion of my daycare provider; however, I never really cared for these spoons. Although they work well enough, I wish I had gotten different spoons for my daughter.

These are the issues that I have with these spoons:

The bowl of the spoon is too long. My eight-month old now insists on taking the spoon from me to feed herself. But since the spoon is too long, she has difficulty getting it into her mouth, and if she does get it in she gags on it because it goes too far back into her mouth.

The little bump to keep food off the table is worthless. I always manage to get food on the bump, so I never want to put the spoon down, as I would get food on the table.

I really don't need a flat-edged spoon to help get food from around my baby's mouth. So this is another wasted feature.

I do like the material of the spoon, and they are easy to clean, but since I had to go out and buy new spoons, these were just kind of a waste of my money.

I absolutely love these spoons! I already had 5 of them but they are so great I ordered more. The shape of them makes it very easy to wipe the food off of my 6 month olds mouth and face. Plus he can actually get all of the food off the spoon unlike regular round spoons.
