Little dude really likes this flavor. Wish they made a bigger squeeze tube--he usually wants a second one after he sucks the first one down. It seems like these "pouches" can be nearly completely emptied (no food stuck at the bottom). The pouch completely collapses (like a CapriSun) when it is empty.

Plum organics is the only baby food my picky little 9 month old will eat. From the cereal to the purees, she loves them all. I love this mish mash as it is good for her and tastes great.

Baby Cubes Fresh Feeder

this thing looks like it is made from cheap plastic. and the lock is not child proof. baby can pop it open 3 hours after using it.

Highly recommend this feeder. Much easier to clean than mesh feeders and has a great handle that's easy for baby to hold on to. Have not had any issues with baby being able to open latch. Only complaint would be that it'd be great to have a little bit bigger size (comes with two feeder sizes, but they are quite a bit smaller than mesh ones). The size and relative stiffness of the silicone does make it much easier for baby though. Definitely the best feeder I have tried.

Have used this item for 3 months and we love it. Easy to clean (the mesh ones are awful) and the handle is safe to chew without going far into the throat like some other silicone models. We put all kinds of fresh, frozen and cooked foods in it. Love it. Have had no problems with latch opening.

So far, I've had no problems with this feeder. Comes with a large and small silicone pouch. Makes a little bit of a mess, but that's to be expected. Have not had any problems with the latch opening. Fairly easy to clean. My little one loves it.

Naturepedic No Compromise Organic Cotton Classic Lightweight Crib Mattress

The mattress I received had a strange odor. Not a chemical odor, just a strange odor. Couldn't put my finger on where I smelled it before. I called Naturepedic, and at first they said it could be the organic cotton, but I know what that smells like and this is not it. Then, they said it could be the peroxide that is used to whiten the cotton fabric. This made sense, so I examined the mattress in bright light and I noticed that the fabric is definetly whiter in the middle of the mattress where the smell is coming from. I know that peroxide is non-toxic, but I was expecting better quality. I am waiting on a replacement. Hopefully this one is odor-free. I had high hopes for this mattress. Hope Naturepedic doesn't disappoint.

Update: Received the replacement mattress, and it is great. Still smells a bit, but it is the organic cotton smell. I can deal with that, knowing that it isn't a toxic chemical. Naturepedic customer service was excellent. Very friendly, patient (I asked a ton of questions), and helpful.

My 16 month old has the Seamless Classic and has been sleeping on it for about a year now We've been nothing but pleased with our purchase. I'm due in a few weeks with #2 and was looking for another mattress. They didn't have the lightweight last year so I stumbled upon this one and was SO happy because my only complaint about the Classic is the weight. So if you're on the small or short size like me then this one is for you. Plus, the lightweight comes in the seamless wrapping for the same price as the regular Classic, so no upcharge for seamless. When we knew that we were going to have another child, some of the choices were made easily for us. There are a million things to tell you about why I love the Naturepedic Mattresses, but I can give you most of that in their bullet points. Honestly from me though, the things that excite me about how great it is... I can just wipe it clean if there is a diaper overflow. We cloth diaper and our nighttime routine includes a fitted diaper and wool cover. Which most nights wakes up dry, but there is a night or two where she's just a bit more damp than normal. Or there are day time naps, where the wool cover was omitted and that's just asking for trouble. Then there is the sippy cup water spills, and now there is newborn spit up! No matter the issue, there is always the ease of remove the sheets, wipe it down and use again! No need to worry about it hurting the mattress and causing bacteria and things to grow.

The weight, or I guess non weight of this mattress is awesome. Even immediately postpartum I could lift it and change the sheets. No more waiting on the Enginerd to help out with that particular one (the other one however, I leave to his responsibility...) Then of course, I love the fact that it's organic and nontoxic. Those are always nice things when you're talking about your babies.

I love Naturepedic mattresses. I have one for my older child and love it, so I decided to try the lighter weight version for the 2nd child. The mattress is just as firm as the heavier version but the difference in weight is outstanding. I finally don't have to struggle to change a crib sheet due to the weight of the mattress. There are no seams at the edges so it wipes clean easily. This is the best organic mattress on the market!

Boon Snack Box

I purchased two of these for use for my twin girls' lunches. One arrived with a slightly bent lid that never sealed again after being opened. The other appeared to be straight upon taking it out of the box, however I was still unable to close it after opening it the first time. I tried everything -pushing on multiple sides at the same time, turning it upside down on a table and pushing it down, and trying to get one side closed and then the other. Nothing seemed to get this thing to close again. I just ordered two replacements and I'm hoping that these work because the size is a perfect fit for their lunch bag Dabbawalla Bags Blushing Monkey Lunch Bag, Magenta/Pink/Grey

Edit 1: Just received a replacement for one of the units, and it too is defective. The lid does snap on, however, there is a lot of wiggle room after pulling it off and on one time. In addition, there is a defect/slight cracking in the blue plastic rim around the edge of the top piece.

Edit 2: Just received my other replacement unit (4th item), and it is also defective. There is a ton of wiggle room on the lid and it just doesn't seem to stay closed. The tolerances for closure are way too low (it just barely has enough overlap to click on, and even then, it does so without enough gripping power to stay put). I contacted the manufacturer to inquire about a defective lot or manufacturing problems and they weren't aware of anything. They suggested returning the items through the seller (already done, thank you Amazon!). Interestingly, the manufacturer has no other snack boxes in stock currently and their next release date is scheduled for July (hopefully, their processes are updated between now and then).

This 2-piece box is very cute and perfect to keep lunches and snacks separated with one big lid. But, it is bigger than I imagined. It is 9.1 x 2.5 x 7.8 inches! I guess I was expecting something a little smaller, so check your child's backpack to see if it would fit.

I won this product. I must say I was skeptical and would have never purchased it.

After 6 months of use, I LOVE IT. My son LOVES it, age 22 months. We take it on all outings. I own both styles. One I fill the night before with cold food and put it in the fidge. No it does not keep things cold but it does help. I use the other for dry foods. We take them on planes, in cars and in the stroller. Yes at 22 months he is still learning about keeping it in his lap this is not a fault of the product more a learning curve for my son.

I know give it to every parent for their childs first birthday. It is a wonderful fun way to eat food.

FAO Schwarz Baby Chef Cooker Food Processor

My baby was born in September of 2010 so I didn't start using my maker until early February 2011. Since then I have gone through two machines and the third one just broke two days ago! I never had any issues with the steamer part of the machine and it preformed as it was intended with no issues. All of my hatred towards this product is focused on the blender part; which in my opinion is the most important part of the machine! The first two machines I returned to the store (Babies R Us) was because the rubber ring seal came out of the blender during food processing and was chopped up into my baby's food. Wasted time, money and endangering my baby. The only reason I knew it happened was because I ran the food through a sieve and found the plastic pieces. After the seal was gone I still tried to use the machine but, of course, it then leaked everywhere every time I tried to process purees. The third machine, that broke two days ago, is now thrown in my garage! I went to snap the blender into the base for processing, as you have to use the blender because of a safety feature, and the doggone tab snapped off rendering the blender completely nonfunctioning! This whole experience with this product has been a costly hassle! I've since switched to a stick blender and the microwave for making my daughters food. It's actually less clean up, costs way less and is a heck of a lot less likely to break or ruin my baby's food. Don't waste your time with this product. But a $16 emersion blender!

When it comes to nutrition, I want the best for my son. So when I saw this baby food maker, I had to have it. Being on sale at Babies R Us was a plus! Originally about $150 bucks, I scored it for about $40. I used it last night and it is amazing. I sliced up some apples and placed them in the steam side, they were done in about 10 minutes. Perfectly fork tender. Then I placed them in the blender side and added some canned pumpkin to make pumpkin apples sauce. Its delicious, although my son is still getting used to the pumpkin taste.

Then for bed time I used the bottle warmer option and that worked perfect as well. The bottle wasn't too hot and it wasn't cold.

You have to read the directions though, there are a lot of parts to it. The water in the steam side does get hot so be careful. The blender side is a bit noisy, but it works well. Cleanup was easy. I cant wait to use it again!

Sadly I had the same issue others did...the plastic tab broke off the blender housing. Actually, it blew out spewing hot baby food in its wake. Wish I'd have read these reviews before I let my mom buy this for me as now it's been too long to return it.

I have done tons of research of home baby food systems, and was excited to find this also warms baby bottles. This is a feature not a systems have, and with my son still taking 3 bottles a day I was excited to find a "three in one" system. It warms bottles up in a short amount of time, and other than a small amount of brown residue left in the chamber from water deposits I am pleased. In the same chamber there is a steaming basket that allows you to steam vegetables before processing them. This process works well, all though it does require your attention as the water seeps up into the basket while cooking which shuts of the steaming. You have to carefully take the basket out, empty the reservoir back into the chamber, and put everything back. The processor works great on all fruits, and soft items. If you are working with something a little firmer, it takes a little shaking back and forth during processing to keep things going. I ended up letting avacados, carrots, etc. soften almost to "mush" before adding them and haven't had a problem since.

Overall I enjoy this system, but if I could go back I would have purchased the Cusinart baby food steamer, processor, and bottle warmer. The steamer, and processor is all in the same bowl, so it eliminates a step.

I have used it twice and the tab on the food processor lid broke. I didn't think it was a big deal. I couldn't be the only person to have the locking tab break. I have scoured the Internet and can't find a place to purchase just a new processor lid. this is ridiculous!! I like the steamer part, but have dual sides is useless now. I have to break out mt Cuisinart blender to finish preparing my baby food.
