These boxes are smaller than the size I normally buy in the store but I think that's a bonus. They stay fresh longer since they are sealed. Great product.

When we switch my daughter from nursing to eating her first solid foods we started with rice cereal. The misery that caused will be forever emblazoned on my memory. Colic, gas, and it backed her up right proper.

My wife and I started researching alternatives on the Internet. We found a bunch of references to how Barley was easier on a tummy. That Barley soup/broth is often what is given to people recovering in hospitals etc... I went to every local store looking for some. Family and friends that had used it used to buy it locally. I couldn't find it anywhere. I found it here on Amazon and bought this pack of 12 boxes.

We found rather strongly that this was much easier on my daughters tummy. She continued to eat without distress after we made the switch. We started using it just as cereal and then as she got older we started using it as a thickening agent and filler when mixed with pureed vegetables etc... She liked things better when they were less runny and we liked things better when she was happy.

We will be ordering more here shortly for the twins that have now joined our family. For us it worked great. I really do recommend it as a far better option that rice cereal.

Calming Shampoo/Body Wash from California Baby

I have been using this since my son was born. Have had no problems so far and it is gentle enough to use for baby's sensitive skin.

I ordered this because we love California Baby and we love the "Calming" shampoo and body wash the most. I would give the product 5 stars, normally. BUT, I found a ***19oz*** bottle at Target for only $19.19 (including tax)! I paid nearly $4.50 MORE for a bottle with 1.5 ounces LESS! I have to suck up this error because Amazon would charge me to return it, and it's obviously not worth the $5 shipping to get my money back.

Gerber Juice, 4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 24)

I bought this product for the fiber in prune juice to aid in my son's constipation. Compared to regular prune juice which has about 1.5 g fiber in 4 oz this juice has 0 g fiber in the same volume. The ingredients just list apple and prune juice but don't list how much of each. Clearly it's more apple than prune. If your kid likes to drink apple and prune juice then this product is fine but if you're looking for something to help with constipation you should look elsewhere. What a waste.

These bottles of juice are good for constipated babies that don't like prune juice. They taste a little better than straight prune juice, and since they are small, you don't end up wasting half a large bottle of juice. I like having a few stocked in our pantry.

My son can be constipated very easily. We tried everything. Lots of fiber and lots of water by themselves don't to the job for him. With prune juice is bingo! A must to have for us. Sadly I got a note that Amazon will no linger care prune juice by Gerber so, we tried pear juice and it does the same job for our son.

Earlyears Lil Shopper Play Set

My folks bought this little bag of groceries for my 8-month old son, and it has been a huge hit ever since. He loves playing with everything in the bag--the banana you can "peel," the chiming apple, the crinkly cabbage, the orange that opens--even the bag. His absolute favorite is the milk carton, which is smooth and smooshy and has a little mirror. I think it feels good on his gums (he's teething ferociously).

Highly recommend for a gift for little ones!

We bought this as a half-birthday present for my six month old son. We live in a small house and don't have a whole lot of room for a ton of toys, so when we shop for him, we make an effort to find toys that will keep him busy for a long time without taking up too much space.

This set definitely fits the bill. It's small enough that I often carry it around in my backpack when we're out and about during the day. For him, it's really six toys in one-he'll play with each of the foods individually, then play with the bag.

The foods themselves have a lot of play potential. My son is still at the stage where he mostly likes to chew on them, crinkle the crinkly bits, and whack things with the foods. But as he gets older, I expect he'll start exploring the objects a little more, starting to find things like the mirror in the milk container, the way the banana peels, etc.

The only thing I _don't_ like about the set: the material that covers the apple is a sort of nylon, and as my little guy chews on it, it's starting to look distinctly fuzzy. Still seems safe, but I'm surprised how worn it looks after relatively little play. (This is not a problem with the other foods, though, which all still look great.)

Overall, I'd definitely recommend it for a 6 month old, and I think a 1 year old would still have fun with it as well.

This product is great. The toys all have different feels to them, different functions, and some make noise. My 1-year old loves it and she carries the bag around everywhere. I would definitely recommend this product.

The toy itself is super adorable. The grocery bag is brown felt, the orange is a corduroy type material that opens to reveal the 'inside' of an orange. The banana is felt and the little peel has Velcro on the ends so you can peel and unpeel it. The apple is this silky spandex type material that has a sweet little jingle on the inside. The cauliflower has those crinkly leaves that babies seem to think are a drug because they just can't get enough of the sound, and the little milk jug is vinyl which opens up at the top to reveal a little mirror. So sweet and adorable. And we don't let our daughter play with it because it has a horrible smell of formaldehyde. My mom got this for her last Christmas (2010) and it STILL smells. We have allowed it to 'air out' for months. It makes me so darn sad because I know she'd love it. I hope I'm the only one with this problem.

I never really used this for formula, but rather to put multiple snacks in the diaper bag. They are easy for a toddler to hold.

I've been looking for a narrow formula dispenser with a spout that will fit inside my son's narrow-necked bottles. I was excited when I found this online and couldn't wait for it to arrive. When it did, I was still excited, until I finally got to wash, dry, and prepare my son's formula. A big plus is that each section can easily fit 4 scoops of formula; I can fit in 6 scoops, but have to carefully tap so the milk settles. Unfortunately, the purple part makes a really squeaky sound when attached/detached from either the blue stack or the orange cap. Also, the cover (which I love, by the way; keeps the spout clean!) is a little loose. I'm not sure if it's meant to be like that, so you can open it with one hand, but I'm just extra careful when we bring this out to make sure it doesn't accidentally get opened in the bag.
