Edison Training Chopsticks for Right Handed Children Pink Rabbit

Edison Training Chopsticks for Right Handed Children Pink RabbitMy 4-year-old daughter has always been eager to use chopsticks like the rest of the family (being Chinese, we eat Chinese food almost every night), but despite her best efforts, she struggled. A friend of mine introduced us to these training chopsticks for kids, and they are fantastic. We have a pink rabbit pair for my daughter and a blue rabbit pair for my younger son.

The two sticks are connected at the top, so the child can't lose a single chopstick. On one stick, there is a loop for your thumb, and on the other stick, there are two loops for your index and middle fingers. Using the loops, a child can't help but hold chopsticks properly and securely. The first time my daughter used them, she was able to pick up individual grains of rice.

Pros: Good product + Easy to use for a kid + Easy to clean

Cons: too expensive for a product like this

Final word: Buy

These are great training chopsticks for kids (and adults ;-)). I would highly recommend for little hands. The loops help kids learn the motions and how to hold chopsticks. The tips are large and ribbed for easy picking up.

My 5-year-old loves them. They are better than the kinds that you just have to pinch. These actually make you hold the chopsticks. A great buy!

Enfamil Infant Formula Powder, A.R.

Enfamil A.R. Infant Formula for Spit-up, For Babies 0-12 Months, 22.2-ounceMy daughter has a moderate reflux problem and this formula was recommended by her doctor. It greatly reduces the amount and frequency of her reflux, and I find that once she had been on the formula for a few weeks she no longer had trouble with constipation. Her doctor advised me to give her 1 ounce of prune juice diluted with 1 ounce of water whenever she went more than 30 hours without having a bowel movement, and that really does the trick to get things moving again. She also said that only 50% of infants have long term constipation issues with the A.R. formula.

The whole point of this formula is to prevent spit up. However, our daughter could not drink it because the powder created too many bubbles once mixed (and we tried all the tricks mixed it with a spoon, kept it in the refrigerator for hours...). We now feed our daughter the ready-to-feed Enfamil AR and it works like a charm. But the powder was not an answer for us.

After switching to AR, our child has spit-up a lot less. He still spits up some, but this formula was a life saver! Hightly Recommend.

We take in kids in crisis and this little one, was having such problems keeping formula down! I ordered this formula and it was a true Godsend!! No more spitting up and we have a very happy camper.

This formula has been a Godsend for my baby with horrible reflux. She was having weight issues because of her reflux and after 2.5 months of using this formula she is very healthy and thriving. She's way ahead of the curve on her milestones and she's 75th% on weight, height and head circumference. I know some people are worried about the added rice and so was I, but I'm confident it was the right decision for my baby. At 4 months she's rolling tummy/back and back/tummy and she's starting to sit up on her own. She vocalizes as good as our neighbors twins who are 13 months old.. So I think the rice has been fine for her because she's developing well and her reflux is practically nonexistent.

Rasta Imposta Banana Bunting

Banana Bunting CostumeMy daughter wears 18 month clothing and I could not find a banana costume in her size. When I got the costume I cut leg holes in the side. I stuffed the bottom of the banana (wear her feet would have gone) with a hand towel. It turned out great! She was so cute and the outfit stayed on perfectly. Also, I live in FL so I did not put long sleeves on her and she stayed much cooler. Some costumes can get so hot but this one was perfect.

Cute costume. Very soft and kept my newborn warm. She wore it over pants and a onesie.

So cute and easy to put on your little one!

Pros: This is such a cute outfit and easy to put on! It velcros down the front so you can just place your little guy (or girl!) in it and fasten it on top of anything (even something heavy) in case it's a cold Halloween.

Cons: A little thin so make sure you bundle them up underneath unless you live in Miami :)

My 5-month old wore this for a very cold Halloween in Michigan. She looked adorable (especially when paired with her brother dressed as a monkey) and there was plenty of room for us to keep her bundled underneath the costume!

We used this as a Halloween costume for our 6 month old. His big sister was dressed like a monkey and they were too cute together! It's a pretty simple costume, but he didn't mind wearing it and everyone loved it when they went trick-or-treating.

ReUsies 2 Pack Snack and Sandwich Reusable Bags

ReUsies 2 Pack Snack and Sandwich Reusable Bags, Skelly BonesI got these for my 3 1/2 year old daughter at preschool for her lunches. She can easily open them and we use them daily. Needless to say, she is neither very neat or very gentle and these have held up to major wear and tear. They have also handled smashed blueberries, crushed oranges, PB and J sandwich messes and come out clean and ready for the next round. The closure is velcro so you don't get the same super seal as a ziploc or something but I haven't found that hours in the bag have lost freshness. I fold it to where it's enclosed. The design is also cute and sweet and not too garish as some others that I have seen. These have been handwashed and dishwasher washed and still show no sign of wear. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought these bags to use in my daughter's lunch bag. They are fantastic! I also bought the smaller munchkin version and they are great as well. I was fed up with always having to purchase ziplock bags for my daughter to use once and then throw away. These are a lot more eco friendly as well as cost efficient. They are very attractive as well. She uses them in her lunch every day and they have held up great. They are also very easy to clean. I just wash them in the sink and let them air dry for use the next day. She gets compliments on these little bags all the time. Would definitely recommend these little bags.

I own several different brands of reusable sandwich and snack bags, and I use them every day. ReUsies are a good size, but they are not a durable as other brands I have used. The stitching comes apart and the edges fray, so I have had to repair them several times. They also retain water with washing more than other brands and so take longer to dry. While I think they are a great idea, and more people should be using these reusable bags, I would recommend Lunch skins as a better, more durable alternative

The bag came as stated. It is a bit hard to dry. With sandwiches I try to wash them each day but they are not ready the next day. You may be able to use a dryer but I have not.

Earth's Best Junior Baby Food Organic My First Soup, 6 Ounce Jars (Pack of 12)

Earth's Best Junior Baby Food Organic My First Soup, Split Pea and Carrot, 6 Ounce JarsMy son is a picky eater, and especially hates eating textured/dry food. Since I knew he liked butternut squash, I decided to try this flavor out and sure enough he loved it!

The soup has meat and grains, so he's getting all of the food groups, and it's easy enough for him to swallow.

If you have a picky eater like I do, I definitely recommend this flavor for your baby!

The product description does not list the ingredients so here they are:

Ingredients: Organic Vegetables (Organic Peas, Organic Carrots), Water, Organic Ground Chicken, Organic Whole Oat Flour, Organic Split Pea Powder.

This is my kids favorite jarred baby food. I make most of the food at home and in a pinch I revert to Butternut Squash bisque, most other jarred baby food are unpalatable. This is creamy and has chicken and veggies. So it's a win

I usually used to buy this from Babies r us, but with subscribe and save plus the shipping home factor has made amazon.com a fav shopping site.

Tip to make this more calorific: once my baby got to 11 mos and wanted more chunkier food, I used to mash up an egg yolk ( boiled) with a splash of whole milk and make it into a paste, pour in warm Bisque and thicken with oatmeal or brown rice cereal . (disclaimer: my kids have never been allergic to milk or eggs and I started them on it pretty early, you might wanna add formula)

My son loves this "soup". The consistency of the soup is basically the same as thick, smooth baby food (it just doesn't have any chunky bits of food in it as most Stage 3 baby foods do, which qualifies it as a "soup" apparently). When my son was 8 months old, he had a hard time adjusting to chunky foods (gagging and choking, etc.), but I needed to buy him some protein-rich baby foods, as we were weaning.

I was also buying the Sweet Potato and Chicken meal (stage 2), but I really wanted the larger serving that this jar offered. Upon comparing the nutritional content on the two jars, I discovered that this soup has as much protein per serving as the actual meal labeled as Sweet Potato and Chicken perfect!

I was slightly concerned that the "cinnamon" might cause him gas issues or digestive discomfort (it does me sometimes and he is a spitter-upper), but he has no problems whatsoever. And he LOVES the taste. He will eat a whole jar in no time flat (at room temperature, me spooning it in).

My son is now almost 14 months old. He is in the 95% for height and 55% for weight. He has never really adjusted to chunky baby food, which I can't explain, as he now eats finger foods, bananas, berries, pb&j, mac and cheese, chicken, etc. just fine self-feeding. But I still use these Earth's Best Soups pretty much daily to supplement his dinner, to make sure he keeps his weight up to how fast he is growing. He eats on his own for awhile and then I feed him a jar of soup. He still loves them and it is great having an easy source of protein on hand.

My daughter likes this but prefers the chunkier texture of the EB chicken & stars. This was good when she didn't have teeth and wasn't a good chewer like she is now.

Plum Organics Second Blends Fruit and Grains Stage 2 Organic Baby Food Plum Berry and Barley -- 3.5

Plum Organics Second Blends Fruit and Grains Stage 2 Organic Baby Food Plum Berry and Barley -- 3.5 ozIngredient list is nutritionally solid, but you can't put strawberry seeds into baby food and expect it to be well-tolerated. I actually give all kinds of these pouch baby food purees to my 3-year-old boy because he loves them and they're good for you no matter what your age. Of the dozens of different varieties of pouch baby foods I've given him, this is the only one he has rejected, saying "I don't like seeds." He is typically pretty tolerant for his age but this grossed him out.

Also obviously the price here is ridiculous.

PackIt Freezable Lunch Bag

PackIt Freezable Lunch Bag, PoppyI've read many of the reviews here on Amazon and since there were quite a few opposing opinions, I decided to try one for myself. First of all, I've seen many negative comments regarding the BOGO offer. Yes, I feel the shipping is a tad expensive but if you try to find these bags for anything less than $19.99 each, you'll be hard pressed. Trust me, I've looked. That means even if you were to purchase 2 of these from Amazon along with their free shipping, you will still be paying close to $40. Through the BOGO, I paid somewhere around $32 and change for 2, still a savings of $8. As for how the bags performed let me preface this by saying that I have a Prius which is rated by Toyota to get 50MPG. I've owned this car for 8 months now and so far my best average MPG has been 47. Close but no 50... I would say the 10 hours claimed by the manufacturers of Packit were gained in ideal testing conditions as was I'm sure the case for Toyota and the Prius. You have to consider this item for what it is an insulated lunch bag with integrated cooling packs. I've used these bag for roughly 5 months now in many different situations, including our kids school lunches, my work lunches, beach outings and different sporting events. What I can say is that I love the convenience factor of not having to worry about separate gel packs and that the bags do what they say for average everyday use. I believe the average person (including myself) tends to pack a lunch in the morning with the intent to eat it 4-5 hours later. If you are in this group, your food will definitely be cold when it is time to eat. If your time frame is towards the 8-10 hour mark, this may not be the best solution as it is close to the upper performance limits of the bag. Take this review for what it's worth as I have not used any scientific methods in testing but instead put it through normal everyday use.

Let me say upfront this works well for what it is. If I have an appt before work in the morning I use these bags to keep my breakfast/lunch cold until I get to work and can eat it or put it in the fridge. But one morning I packed the bags at 7 and left the bags out of the fridge until lunch (about noon). I had them under my desk (not like they were in a hot environment) and the contents were what I would call merely "cool" by noon. They're probably the best solution for kids in school, but if you have access to a fridge, use a fridge.

After 1 month after purchasing the lunch box, I noticed a tear on the inside that made the box unsafe to use. I think that a yogurt container slit the very thin plastic. I called packit and explained the situation. They would not stand behind their product and considered the yogurt container a "sharp" object.

I DID MY OWN TEST ON THIS, I FROZE IT ALL DAY AND NIGHT THEN LOADED IT WITH A FEW ITEMS. MY MAIN TEST ITEM WAS A STICK OF BUTTER. I SET A TIMER FOR 10 HOURS PUT IT IN MY PANTRY (SO THERE WOULD BE NO LIGHTS OR SUNLIGHT ON IT TO CAUSE IT TO THAW MORE QUICKLY (WAS TRY TO GIVE IT'S BEST SHOT.) BY THE 5 HOUR MARK THE BAG WAS NEARLY THAWED AND THE PRODUCTS INSIDE (YOGURT, JELLY AND BUTTER) WERE NOT COLD ENOUGH THAT I WOULD EAT THEM, BARELY COOL TO THE TOUCH. THE STICK OF BUTTER WAS SOFT AS IF IT HAD LAID ON THE TABLE. I KEEP THE AIR SET AT 71 DEGREES IN MY HOUSE, IT WAS IN A DARK PANTRY AND STILL DIDN'T MAKE IT. IT HAS NOW BEEN 8 HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES SINCE THE TEST STARTED AND THE BOX IS ABOUT AS WARM AS IT STARTED BEFORE BEING PUT IN THE FREEZER, I CAN NOT IMAGINE DOING AS THEY ADVERTISE AND HAVING THE KIDS COME HOME AFTER A WHOLE DAY AT SCHOOL AND SAFELY PUTTING THEIR LEFT OVERS IN THE FRIDGE FOR LATER. THEY ALSO SHOW PEOPLE TAKING IT TO SPORTS GAMES AND SUCH, I WILL TRY IT, BUT I CAN'T SEE HOW IT WOULD STAND A CHANCE IN THE SUN OR WARM TEMPERATURES. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, I ORDERED FROM THEIR WEBSITE TO GET THE BOGO FREE OFFER AND AFTER THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING (WAY OVER PRICED) IT COST ME OVER 32.00 FOR MY TWO. I CAME HERE TO SHARE MY REVIEW BECAUSE I COULD NOT FIND ANYWHERE ON THEIR PAGE TO WRITE ONE, KIND OF MAKES YOU WONDER WHY. STAY OLD SCHOOL, IT'S BETTER AND CHEAPER! HOPE THIS HELPS :)

We ordered this for my son to take to school. We were very excited and couldn't wait to try it. We used them for about 2 weeks. Our conclusion? No good. After freezing it for 48 hours, the pack was frozen solid (good). We packed a good lunch, but by the time picked him up, anything left in the bag (like unopened yogurt) was room temp. The ggod thing is they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. But when I called to get return authorization, the customer service rep had 20 questions for me. He even suggested I try adding an ice pack to the lunch bag!!!!! I thought that was the whole purpose of these bags? We are returning them and going back to the plain old lunchbox with a cooler pack.

Jokari Hands-Free Baggy Rack Storage Bag Holder

Jokari Hands-Free Baggy Rack Storage Bag HolderFor the modest price, I didn't expect an elaborate, sturdy device, just something to hold open a bag for filling. Here's what I've found in my testing. My first use was a light sandwich bag. It was not quite deep enough to rest fully on the base and the very thin plastic didn't seem secure in the holders, but for the not-too-heavy slivered nuts I was putting in, it held. Mission accomplished. Second, I used a quart sized freezer bag for some leftover spaghetti sauce. This was a little scary because I didn't want it to spill, but with the ridged top of that sealable bag, the bag was in the holders very securely and worked perfectly as the heavy sauce was poured in.

I also tried it with gallon bags and again with the sealable ridges across the top, the device held the bag strongly and worked perfectly. It was a bit difficult to extend the arms, which gave me confidence that they would stay extended, but I suspect if the arms are extended and pushed back a number of times, they may become stripped as the adjustment ridges aren't deep. I have no idea how long I can adjust the holder up and down before it gives out, but then I may just buy another and leave it in the extended position.

I like that I can fold it flat and slip it in my lid drawer where it takes up little room. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'd been wishing for just such a gadget and this meets my needs at little cost. It will really come into its own when I'm freezing produce from the garden. Last year I had corn all over the place from scooping it into a bag I was trying to hold open with one hand. This will be so much better. I'll be using it with the bags made for my vacuum sealer. They have no ridges at the top but are a heavy quality and I have no doubt they'll work fine making this chore go faster--and it will be considerably neater than last year.

(#1 REVIEWER)When I cook I always have a baggy where I toss bits and pieces that will go into garbage. I don't have a garbage disposal so I need a place to store ends of vegetables, chicken fat, etc. When you cook and your hands are covered with food stuff it messy to keep opening a little trash bag I have on the counter. Now with the baggy holder it is there open and ready for new bits and pieces! I love it!

The holder has adjustable arms so you can hold a short baggy or a tall baggy. I use it with grocery vegetable bags on the high setting. The base is rubber to get a good traction on the counter (but it is not a suction cup). I have not had a problem with it falling over.

This holder can also be used for drying baggies if you want to wash a baggy and recycle.

For storage, this gadget folds flat. But I use it all the time, so it just sits on my kitchen counter.

What a great little product. I always make a huge pot of potato soup, green chili, chili, whatever and the hassle has always been bagging up the excess for use later. The bags always collapsed, I made messes and got "The Look" from "She Who Must Be Obeyed". I never had enough hands. This solves it all!! WELL worth the money!! Saves a lot of clean up especially if you're like me...the classic klutz.

I purchased this in hopes to have an extra set of hands to hold the bag open when filling bags with stuff such as diced veggies. The holder does not have an adjustable width so you are stuck with only enough opening to "pour" stuff into the bag as if you use your hands you will hit the side and knock the stand over. The height does adjust, but only up, making it useless for snack or sandwich baggies. Lastly, the bottom has a non-slip base, but does not suction down. I have found that it works just as easy to use zip closure bags and fold the top over to keep them open as it would to use the gadget.

Want Jokari Hands-Free Baggy Rack Storage Bag Holder Discount?

If you're in the kitchen by yourself without a second pair of hands around, you'll use this thing! I hate trying to scrape a cutting board full of diced veggies into a baggie that I'm also trying to hold open at the same timemore ends up on the counter than in the bag. Presto! This simple little gadget holds the bag up and open plenty wide, and I've never had it fall overeven when filling it with soup. The base is like a nonskid material, so it doesn't move around. When the arms are extended all the way up, it holds a gallon size just right, and fully retracted, it holds a quart size. The ziplock channel catches up in the plastic clip very securely, but I don't know how a 'fold over' type baggie would work. The arms flip down sideways so the whole thing lays flat to store. It's always in the front of my drawer because I use it all the time!!

Summer Infant, Bibbity, Rinse & Roll Bib, 8 Months+, Pink ( Multi-Pack)

Summer Bibbity Bib, PinkI love the bib and have been using this same brand of bib in green for my son (who is now almost 3), so now that my daughter is eating solids I bought her a matching one. The bib is great, fits my 10 month old (and 2 yr old) perfect, flimsy enough to be comfortable but firm enough not to move around, catches all dropped food, super easy to clean (& dishwasher safe) plus added bonus is that she can't pull it off herself. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that this particular ad specifically states that it's a 2 pack, which as other people have also confirmed it only comes with 1 bib.

This is exactly what I was looking for my 9 month old baby

It's very flexible and non toxic

this is the only bib we use for our daughter. it stays on, resists stains, and washes easily. my only complaint is that our baby often reaches under the bib and gets her clothes dirty, but if the bib was longer, it would be hanging on her tray, so i'm not sure what the solution is. maybe a wider bib? in any case, it's a great deal.

Gerber Graduates Fruit Splashers - Mixed Berry 6.75-Ounces ,I would have thought with gerber that I'd get a better product. But these are mainly water, concentrate, and other things, instead of 100% juice. Think I'd rather go to the store than buy these again
