I do not have human children so I can only comment on how this works for my furry kids. I have a cat with severe pancreas/GI issues & he has steadily lost weight over the past 2 years.He cannot seem to absorb enough nutrients from his foods. He is on B-12 shots & prednisolone to help calm the inflammation & spure his appetite but sometimes the ONLY thing he will eat is this chicken baby food. He has also eaten the ham & turkey versions of this brand but lately...........just the chicken. He's fussy & has always been a "drama queen" & he also has allergies in the Autumn that affect his willingness to eat (if a cat can't smell the food a cat won;t eat the food) so getting anything into him is helpful & the baby food is good for both nutrition & for hydration.My husband & I will do most anything to keep him happy & enjoying his quality of life for as long as possible & this baby food helps us do that for him. Our other 3 cats also enjoy this as a sometimes treat so it works well for our family.

My vet gave me this tip. I have had two cats with digestion problems, problems that they liked to make mine! My vet suggested 1/2 jar for a 10 lb or larger cat, 1/4 jar for a less

than 10 lb cat...per day or every other day. For some reason this settles their stomachs.

And they stopped purging on my carpet or my down comforter! They think it is a kitty treat.

I think it is a miracle.

I have a cat with a heart condition that takes meds. twice daily. This is a little loose off the shelf, but after refrigeration it is perfect to wrap around a pill and feed him off a spoon. You want to use the least amount of food possible so the patient will lick it up in one bit, never noticing the hidden pill. I have also tried other varieties that are very soupy and are to messy for babies or pets.

One of our ferrets has lymphoma. We give him a mix of the chicken, the ham, a little of the apple, peach, & banana, a touch of Ferret Vite, his prednisolone, and a bit of warm water out of the Zojirushi. Stir it up and watch him gobble it up! He does not like the beef, nor will he eat other brands like Beech-nut. And when ferrets don't like it, ferrets don't eat it. Anyway, 9 months on this diet and he is still hanging in there.

We have an elderly cat that is hyperthyroid, which leaves her often sick to her stomach. She absolutely HATED her prescription food from the vet for her condition--she hated it so much she would rather not eat at all then eat that food, and she was already skin and bones. So--we had to find an alternative food and continue giving her thyroid medicine. We've taken her off all corn-based feed and put her on Blue Buffalo, which has decreased her vomiting. We supplemented her food with the Gerbers Chicken & Gravy, 1/2 jar once a day. It is a treat for her and she isn't sick of it yet. It also seems to settle her stomach--she hasn't vomiting once after eating it. She has also begun to gain a little bit of weight, which is great. Buying the food from Amazon is a bit more expensive than getting it in local stores, but I like the delivery to the door, since I am disabled (and this vendor sends the food SUPER fast) .

VTech - Lil' Baker Smart Kitchen

My son received this toy around 5 months immediately he loved to chew and play with this toy. He's now 11 months old and its still one of his absolute favorites. We've bought other Vtech toys but none have keep his attention for as long as this one. I think its due to the fact that not only does it light up and play music and teach lessons about the kitchen, but its one of the few Vtech toys that has pieces for him to pull out and actually play with. He still hasn't figured out how to put the shapes in the holes or pull down the dishwasher door on his own, so I know this toy will keep his interest for more months to come, as he continues to explore. The only down side to the toy is its easy to flip it over, but it really isn't too much of an issue since he loves to explore and play with toys in different ways, we just make sure to lean it up against the wall and he usually plays nice with it. I would highly recommend this toy if your baby loves to chew on and hit things.

Babies/toddlers like it, but the sounds and music will annoy the heck out of parents. When switched on it will start playing songs even when nobody is near it. But the really annoying thing about this little kitchen is how easily it falls over. Our youngest gets so mad every time it falls over, which is about every 10 seconds. They should have made this in a shape that is a little less easily toppled by a toddler. It's also really hard for young ones to open the oven door. For a toy that is supposed to keep a kid amused, it sure demands a lot of attention from an adult.

Our daughter really loved this little kitchen. She got this for her first birthday and would play with it for VERY long periods of time. Normally if she plays with something for longer than 5-10 minutes, its a miracle. She is a really, really busy girl. She paid with this for over 30 minutes at a time sometimes. She played with it for several minutes every day until she was about 16 months old. That's a long time in our house.

Its not very big, but there are a ton of things to do and it plays lots of songs. The voice is a little annoying but the music isn't too bad. All the parts and pieces are fun to play with. My daughter loved the shape sorter and stirring the bowl. I think it helped her learn to grip her flatware and use spoons and forks to pick up food to eat with. The shape sorter also helps with motor skills and learning shapes.

The toy is very durable, she's picked it up and dropped it many times and thrown the pieces all around, chewed on them a bit too. Everything still looks brand new.

Its easy to clean the small parts with soap and water, the electronic bits can be wiped down with a Lysol wipe and are good to go!

My son first played with this at a friend's first birthday party when he was about 8 months old. He loved it! I didn't think much of it until we saw it at a store. He gravitated to it and couldn't stop playing with it even when we were waiting in line to pay for it. He plays with it ALL the time. We got it when he was about 10 months old, and he is now 18 months old. He still plays with it more than his bigger kitchen that he got for Christmas. He loves sorting the shapes and pressing all the buttons. He figured out pretty quickly where all the sound trigger tabs were for the pot and the shape sorter. He also likes to bring us "soup" in the spoon to taste. I would definitely buy this again and have recommended it to other moms.

My mother-in-law got this for my son when he was 18 months old. I thought it was really cute, especially for him to play in the kitchen with while I am cooking. However, the first one stopped working after not even a day. He hadn't really been rough with it all. I changed the batteries to see if that would help, but it didn't. Luckily, she had purchased it at Walmart and they exchanged it no problem.

However, we had this one for a couple of months and it stopped working too. I don't know what the deal is. Could I have gotten two lemons? It's possible but not likely. Again, I changed the batteries and it still didn't work. (I tried two sets of brand new batteries to make sure I wasn't crazy.)So as my four year old said, "We'll just have to pretend with now." Yep.

The little pieces with it were often scattered around the house but I think it could have been a cute toy. I haven't seen any other complaints about this by anyone else but for two to do the same thing, makes me think it's not an operator error. We have SO many toys that we don't have any problems with. Innobaby Keepin' Fresh Stainless Steel Bento Lunch Box/Food Container

I bought this for my preschooler's lunch and just came back to buy a second for my older son. Of all of the stainless steel containers that we have tried, this one is by far the most user friendly.

Most importantly, my 4 year old can easily open and close it on his own. That means that I can use my preferred container without driving the preschool teacher bonkers who can open lunches for 24 kids at once? Also, he can close it firmly by himself so I don't have food sloshing around in his lunchbox to clean at the end of the day.

The silicone seal is removable, but seems to be seated really well. The interior stainless piece is removable, I usually toss that in the dishwasher and wash the lid quickly by hand.

I could live without the exterior plastic part that the stainless "box" sits in, but the lid doesn't work without it. Overall, it's not a hassle at all and doesn't come into contact with the food.

Update 4/2013: Our 2 containers are still going strong after 6 months. They go to school every day, bounce around in his backpack, then go through the dishwasher every night. The seals are still holding very well overall they're just like new. We've been washing both pieces in the dishwasher for a long time with no problems at all. If we ever need more, I'll be back for these. I don't see a need to replace these for a long, long time.

I got this product for my 3 yr old . I was easy for her to open and close , it also holds rice with sauce it liquids. I loved it but within 2 weeks one of the plastic closing tabs just broke.

I bought this in a local store for my 18 month old daughter. I love it way more than I thought I could love a container!

I was looking for something stainless steal with a non-toxic plastic lid. I like that lid is clear so that you can see what is inside. But the main reason I love it so much is that it's truly air-tight. Whenever my daughter eats avocado she only eats half of oneleaving the other half to turn brown no matter what type of container/baggie/plastic wrap combo I tried, but one day I put the uneaten half into this wonderful little lunch box and that avocado stayed green for 3 days! (until I decided eat it.)

So if this container can keep a cut up avocado green then I really trust it to keep other fresh fruits and veggies FRESH too!

I bought two kits from this listing because I thought the product would work for both. I was wrong. The tubing could not fit the other pump I have. I then came to check out the photos of this listing to realize that I needed to purchase another kit Maymom Breast Pump Kit for Pump in Style Advanced Sold Before July 2006; for my pump at work. The key is the difference in the connection ports, one has a little stem in the center while the other does not. Get the right one for your pump in style!

Why 4 stars? Although no impact at all on the function of the kit, the finishing edge of the yellow valves is not as good as the original Medela valves. But for the half price I paid, it is only a small cosmetic imperfection that I can live with.

Baby Bee Shampoo and Wash

Our son had dandruff after we tried using Johnsons & Johnsons for the first few washings. We then switched to the California Baby brand and while it fixed the flakes, our son smelled like a 35 year old European man ready for a night at the discotheque. We couldn't find the fragrance free so we went with the Burt's Bees brand. The smell is of mild honey comb and it doesn't upset his eyes or skin.

They changed something about the formula because the last few bottles we have purchased on Amazon have had a much thinner consistency when compared what we used to get. Still works well, we just go through more since it seems like it has been watered down.

I love this product for my toddler. Great smell and perfect for bubbles in the bath as well as head to toe cleansing.

Yes, Burt's Bees has been bought by Clorox. But don't over react people.

Do some reading and you will find that Clorox is making a big effort to clean up their act and their image. They are teaming up with the Sierra Club on a whole new line of safe cleaning products. Give it a chance, perhaps Burt's will redirect Clorox, instead of the other way around.

first they sent the 96% pure formula, then they sent 99% pure in a clear bottle, which i liked better. sadly, last time they sent the 96% pure again. i thought they phased those out, but i guess not. good stuff, but the smell is way too strong and totally unnecessary. i like it but i would use another one if i could find a better one.

I have been using this for a while now on my 3 year old daughter. Since she was born, the poor thing is plagued with terrible bouts of excema. I have tried EVERYTHING on her; plain water (which doesn't work well on a marker-filled toddler), Aveeno, baking soda, corn starch, Dove, you name it, I have tried it and every single thing I used made the excema itch and irritate all the more; except Burt's Bee's! I love the smell, and she loves it because she can still enjoy her beloved bubble baths and it absolutely does not irritate her skin or her horrible excema. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Nestle Cerelac, Apple & wheat With Milk, 400 Gram Can (Pack of 4)

My daughter didn't like it much at first (she preferred the plain wheat and milk) but after a day or two she ate it without a problem, it doesn't seem to give her constipation or gas etc. This is much better than the bland and tasteless rice, oatmeal etc cereals you find in store. It smells good, tastes good (even for adult taste buds!) and has similar nutrients.

I was so happy when I found this product on Amazon, because in Europe this is a common cereal babies are given. I was in Hungary in spring so I bought a couple of boxes but those did not last long. My son just loves this for breakfast or dinner. I could not understand why Gerber cereals are so common they tastes so bad especially mixed with water. And I am not giving formula to my breastfed baby.

So, I am really really happy that this product is available online. Saved my baby's and my life :)))))

One of my friend got Cerelac for his little one and I just had my son taste it at her place. He just loved it unlike Gerber and Best earth cereals and foods which I have to mix with Breastmilk; else he wont eat it at all. With Cerelac its so simple; just need to add water and its great in taste and has the required nutrition.

And being available online its so much simpler and easier to buy and get it delivered at my doorstep.

I have a 9 month old baby girl and she is a very picky eater. Nestle Cerelac is a very popular brand in India and I was not able to find this in any of the Indian stores nearby. KidCo Complete Natural Feeding System

This kit has made making my own baby food so easy. The motor is plenty powerful for everything I've put in it. The "turbo" button made me laugh when I first saw it, but is very helpful on harder foods like asparagus. I love that the food that comes out of the ice cube tray is perfectly shaped to fit the feeding dish. It has been pretty easy to get everything out of the tray too. The servings are 2 oz sizes, unlike the other baby food trays that make 1 oz cubes. For me, this is really nice and I bought more of these trays and only use the competitor's trays for ice. The spoon clamps onto the feeding dish, so I am never without a utensil. The manual food mill rocks! I used it on an airplane while flying under high security conditions that wouldn't allow me to bring other food aboard. I was able to make my daughter a great meal from onboard food, serve it to her from the food mill (it acts as a bowl) and the cleaning is so easy, I did it in a coach class bathroom. The carrying-case ensures you have all your parts. I am will now be getting everyone this for their baby showers. I signed on Amazon tonight to buy this for a friend who is expecting and saw no one has reviewed this before. I knew I had to be the first because it really is awesome. If you know anyone who is going to be an organic mom, cloth diapering, natural laundry and the such, this is the perfect baby shower gift.

edited: I noticed others have said that the cubes are hard to get out. Keeping the lid on, turn the tray up-side-down and run it under warm water for a few seconds. The cubes pop right out of the tray. Just twist a little until you hear the cubes hit the lid. Then they are still firm enough to put into zip-loc bags. I make a week's worth of food at a time this way, only cooking on Sundays and I mark the bag with a sharpie, so it writing stays on in the freezer.

At first, I was delighted with this kit. But then reality set it.

1) The feeding dish warped in the dishwasher and no longer closes (it was on the top shelf of the dishwasher). It is now worthless. This did not happen to the freezer trays. DO NOT PUT THE FEEDING DISH IN THE DISHWASHER!

2) I frequently had problems opening the electronic mill after processing food (the lid would get jammed, and I would have to rely on my husband's strength to force open). Also, the second time I washed it in the dishwasher, I noticed a hairline crack in the plastic. It does not affect its performance, but I worry that it is going to completely break anyday.

3) The food mill is very difficult, if not impossible, to take apart to clean.

The electronic and manual food mill are both very effective, so no complaints on the performance front, but I wish I had invested in a regular food processor and plain ice cube trays instead of purchasing this kit.

I love the mill, it's easy to clean and small enough to carry with me on small trips -although my baby (7mo) doesn't yet like the consistency of the food, it's not very smooth, so I'm still using the food procesor a lot more and it's also great, again, it's easy to clean and to use.

After reading the other reviews, even the "not so favorable" ones, I decided to by the whole kit anyway. I had no trouble removing the frozen food from the plastic trays. All you have to do is run hot water over the bottom of the tray and they pop out without any trouble no twisting the tray, nothing like that. It's not rocket science!

I use the food processor every day. It is so convinient, efficient and easy to clean. Just make sure to cover it right otherwise the cover will stuck and hard to get it open. other than this, it is a great product. So far, I haven't use the hand mill yet. I will use it later.
