My son loves this, he is 5 months old and has been teething since two months. I needed something besides rubber chew toys or frozen washcloths. Bananas are hard to clean out of the mesh, but are completely worth it to give him relief. I also put partially frozen cantaloupe in it and he loved that too. The lock is pretty hard to open so I don't see how a baby could open it. I am thinking about buying two just in case one is in the dishwasher.
My cat suffers from hairballs in the spring shedding season. I had read that squash and pumpkin baby food helps add fiber to the cats diet. She likes the spoonful I add to her food and it does seem to help with the dreaded hairballs. I know most people reading this will be concerned about human babies-but my furry kid is important to me.

I am actually someone who will buy baby food and eat it just to get some extra serving of vegetables. I put them in smoothies and to add flavor to soups as well. This one I tasted cold and it tasted like squash, nothing artificial and the texture was perfect. Very smooth and creamy which is one thing that I really love about it. Another thing I love is it being organic and GMO free. These are packed with nutrition perfect for growing babies. I did notice however though when I heated it up the taste changed which I found to be strange. Heated up it tasted like spaghettio's which was kind of a turn off to me. I dont know how the babies feel but I am sure they wont know the difference. I think that I will stick to buying cascadian farms frozen winter squash. That has a better taste when heated up. But for smoothies and soups, possibly even to put in bread to moisten I will be purchasing this from Earths Best.
These bottles are terrific or maybe it is just our terrific baby but we do not have a gassy or fussy baby. We really like the glass bottles because they stay sparkly and can be sterilized. We use the plastic bottles when traveling on day trips and for daycare because they are lighter and won't break if dropped. Overall, best bottles ever. Make sure you screw the lid on right. Center it and twist away and you should have no leaks. We learned the hard way. Wish we used these with our first baby who went through loads of mylecon. Poor guy.

They don't interfere with nursing!! Also, mine don't leak. I think some folks might be putting them together in a way that does not allow the seal to work. There are little tricks to keep these from leaking, which the directions cover. I think if you follow the instructions and then just get used to the bottles, since they are a little different, you'll have an overall good experience. Love, Love, LOVE this bottle!! I finally found "THE BOTTLE" with no leakage problems!! I don't know what the previous mother is talking about but I used to use Medela glass bottles (4oz/8oz) and it was HORRIBLE!! The plastic nipple collars are poorly made! When I seal the bottles with the collars milk drips down! I would turn to seal it again and more leakage! Other times, I would turn the collar to seal and it would snap loose and I would have to secure it again. I would have to play around with the collar several times in order for the bottle to not leak. Sometimes I would have to replace the nipple/collar! It was a pain especially since I was wasting breast milk! After 5.5 months of this nonsense, I switched over to Weil Bottle and the collar nipple part is so well made and very sturdy! I have not yet to have any leakage problems what-so-ever! And I have saved so much time!! My husband and I couldn't be happier!!
I've had these for about 4 months. Given the all other high marks I know I'm going against the grain, but I'm not as satisfied as I'd hoped to be. I use these in my 4 year olds lunch box. Uneaten food, especially fruits like strawberries and grapes, leave stains on the inside that WON'T come out making them look rather dirty. Food particles, crumbs, etc., get stuck in velcro which is kind of annoying. They are dishwasher safe, but have never come out of my dishwasher not in need of additional cleaning. Good idea in theory, but now I want them to come with zippers and an inner lining that won't stain so easily

I like to use the small one to carry my tissues in rather than buying those small packs. And the biggers ones are okay for crackers or chips if you aren't worried about crumbs. I like that there are different sizes. They smell like plastic.. it took awhile for the smell to go away. And they all have openings where they fold. So sandwiches may not stay so fresh.
We love these leak proof kid size containers. I use them for soup every day and sometimes it's still a little warm at dinner. I cook her soup at 7 a.m.!

I appreciated this product b/c it was one of the only variety packs of Gerber baby foods available. It wasn't tons of choice (apple banana strawberry, applesauce, banana), but most of the time you can get 18 count of a variety pack from Gerber.
Our 9-month old son loves his oatmeal and it does not have the problematic arsenic that's in all the brown rice cereals, even the organic ones. We're very happy with this purchase!
The fork is great and was the main reason I bought this. Not too wide and not too sharp, but sharp enough to get food easily. The spoon is way too wide much wider than the fork and shallow so food falls off easily we don't use it. I will try to buy the fork as a stand alone item next time.
