I think this is a great product and will be putting it on my baby "must have" list for future mommies. Easy to clean if you don't let the food dry in it just remove chunks, rinse, and put in the dishwasher. You'll run into trouble if you let the food sit in it for hours removing dried banana is like removing cement, but even still its doable. I haven't had any problems with it untwisting and my 1 yr old is pretty rough with it. I mainly use it for bananas and melons but just about anything will work. Its great for on the go. We used it on some road trips, she used it in her car seat while I sat in the back with her to supervise.

We bought this purely out of curiosity, and absolutely LOVE it. Our daughter (5 months when we got it) always wanted to have some of our fruit. This is a safe way of having her join in the fun we've tried apple, banana, peach, pineapple, pear, and mango; strawberries are next on the list as they come into season. This definitely beats trying to give her pieces if fruit, with our hands or on a fork, to suck on and constantly worrying about her swallowing and choking on pieces.
