This product was recommended by one of my childbirth class instructors. Once applied, it is very soothing, however it is very tacky and must be rubbed & warmed between your fingers prior to application for optimal application. Also, be very careful not to get this onto your clothes, you'll have an extremely difficult time washing it out (if you can) as it leaves a very oily residue.
