I use this ice pack in an average sized isolated lunch bag, and it just barely keeps things cold enough until my lunch break at 12pm. I love that it is filled with water, so I don't have to worry about it leaking nasty chemicals. I also like the size; it is thin enough to slip in between items or lay at the bottom of my bag. It does not keep things freezing cold, only slightly cold. If only it would last a little longer!
