We just started giving our 7 month old baby boy this cereal and he LOVES it. I mix formula with it and it is sweet but not overpowering. This cereal is also nutritionally dense as is required for babies this young. Just a note, you can get this much cheaper at your local Walmart than at Amazon. It is $3.12 at Walmart and even with taxes 6 cans of this will come out to be less than $20 (compared to $26.60 at Amazon)

We started our son on solids with this cereal at about 4 months old. He seems to really like it. HE eats it all up, with no problem. Nestum is a wholesome cereal for infants or growing children, as well as adults with eating challenges. It is not too sugaryand provides much needed protein and vitamins and minerals. It can be mixed with water, milk, soy milk, or juice.
I add mashed fruit to mine, as I am an adult with eating challenge having my upper jaw and teeth removed by surgery.
Nestum is also a good snack when prepared in small quantities. If an adult has little appetite, Nestum can help, and be
nutritious at the same time, encouraging better appetite. I hope more grocery stores and vendors will carry a large supply of NESTUM 5 CEREAL FOR INFANTS. The cereal in the can does not "go bad" when in the cupboard for a few weeks, which is a plus, since children and adults like variety.

I think this is my favorite Nestum as far as the taste and the different type of grains that make up this cereal. Most of all my baby loves it. I began to use Nestum because the Gerber one constipates him. This works better at addressing the constipation issue and has a little more fiber than the Gerber mixed wheat.
