I thought this purchase was a splurge, but since I bought them, I use the ALL THE TIME. Here're the best things about them:

they don't get stained by food (don't become red from carrots, etc)

if you freeze these, they fit perfectly into Beaba Babycook for defrosting

I use these to feed the baby and know exactly how much he's eating

The sizing is just right the larger containers would hold several portions made ahead of time (for a 9+ mo old baby) and the smaller containers are perfect for 5+ mo olds.

If you can afford the splurge, I highly recommend this set.

We use these containers frequently for our daughter. They were perfect when she was a baby and we were making her food. Now we use them to hold snacks like gold-fish. She can carry them around, and we can easily see how much she has left. There is no fear of them breaking as they are a really solid construction. The lids fit well and stack easily so that they don't take up a lot of space in the cabinet. She loves them now because they are "her-size", and we love them because they have held up for over two years and still look brand-new.

We do not own a Beaba but still love these container to feed, carry and store our baby food. The small ove fits perfectly in our bottle warmer to heat her food. The bigger one is perfect for larger portion or leftover in the fridge. The plastic is very thick and we never had any leakage issue and we use them daily from home to daycare. The caps are sometime hard to snap but I prefer that than a loose one.
