This mat is a great size! It's large enough to collect all the food that falls off of a high chair. If your kid is throwing food a distance, that's another story but this isn't for that. You can either wipe it with a sponge when done or throw it in the clothes washer and dryer and it cleans up great. The quality is great and it looks like it will last forever.Read Best Reviews of Prince Lionheart Multi-Purpose Catchall, Beige Stripe Here
I've been using this for about 3 months to protect the carpet from all the food my almost 1-year-old son drops, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I use it under our high chair and the size is perfect. It catches all the food my son drops. Lately, he's been trying to use a spoon to feed himself and often times he ends up throwing food all over by swinging the spoon too hard, but it still catches everything. After a messy meal, I simply remove the high chair, roll up the mat with all the food, walk to the trash can and dump it all off. When there's stain, I wipe it with a wipe and it cleans very nicely. For crunchy food that got stuck, I recommend using the Boogie wipes. Every couple days I throw it in the washing machine and dryer (cold water, low dryer setting) and it comes out perfectly. It is also very light weight and folds up pretty compactly, so you could totally tuck this in a pouch and take it along when you know you're going to be eating at someone's house. Recommended to my sister and she loves it for her almost 3-year-old too.Want Prince Lionheart Multi-Purpose Catchall, Beige Stripe Discount?
Disappointing! This is thin plastic-like material like a shower curtain liner. I can buy a clear shower curtain liner at many local stores for less than half the price. I'm not sure what this brings to the table that is better. The pattern is more vibrant than the picture lets on, and I don't care for it. It is gray and yellow stripes. On carpet, the chair makes it sink into the carpet around the legs so it is very wrinkly. Doesn't lay flat, so it's a bit of a trip hazard. Not great. If I could return it, I would.
