I was really excited for this product, because I enjoy making my own baby food. It is really hard to open and takes awhile to cook the food. Ill be returning it and buying a similar product from Pampered Chef.
In using this product I have noticed some negatives.
1)The steamer is difficult to open. This may be due to the fact that it gets very hot. It takes several minutes to pry off the lid after cooking. The plastic get very hot, so I need to run it under cool water just to be able to touch it. Cool water fixes the issue, so its not so bad.
2)It does not come with instructions on how to use it, so first time users may find this frustrating. It was basically trial and error at first, figuring out how much water to put in, and how long to cook. I begin most vegetables at 1 min 30, check, and add more time as needed. A small amount of water covering the bottom seems to do the trick for the steam.
3)It sometimes feels as if I am boiling the vegetables instead of steaming them. I would prefer if there was a raised bottom(with holes for the water to go into), so the vegetables rested above the water instead of directly in it.
As I said, the product does what is is supposed to do. It is not terrible, but it could be better.

It is Plastic 7 which is the kind that leeches toxic chemicals when it is heated. add water to just cover the bottom, fill with veggies... my frozen brocolli turn perfect in 2 min, fresh carrots 1 1/2 min... after two min it does help if you hold it under running cold water, it gets hot ( dah...). and one more thing, i cooked for toddlers and grownups. it holds perfect two portions. for one year old baby steemed food would be a little crunchy.. i'm glad i gave it a try after reading negative reviews.Save 50% Off

This is one of the most useful items I have bought. I bought it for my son (our first baby) at 7 months old as we were planning our first long trip. Really, it was so nice to have a chair with us for wherever we were, whether at a restaurant, or just at his greatgrandmother's house where there's zero baby equipment. We like to find local "hole in the wall" places to eat, and no matter what the old style of table we were at, this chair clamped right on. Easy to use (the screwing on/off of the clamps sometimes feels like it takes forever), easy to clean, comfortable. One reason I bought this over other similar style chairs was the amount of padding, the ability to remove the cover for washing (even a first time mom knows that is necessary for a baby item), the storage bag. We tried a chicco chair, the cool rotating one, but the clamp arms were soooo long, it did not work on any of our tables. This chair has worked on everything we've tried it on, including my breakfast bar which only has a 8" overhang. I have a regular freestanding highchair, and it got quickly packed away because this chair not only saves an incredible amount of space, it also lets our son actually be at the table with us. The only downfall was how easy it was to lose food between the edge of the table and his belly, the tray on a regular high chair is nice for that. But I recently bought the Summer Infant Tinydiner Place Mat with the little pouch, and it works great with this chair (a tip, use the fat paper clips or the small little black paper clamps to keep food pouch from sagging). Overall, one of the best baby items I have. We use it regularly in the house and decided to buy a second one for the car especially as summer comes and we'll be doing more picnicing and deck BBQs, this chair will be able to adapt to whatever table we're eating at.
Here are the frustrations: I was hoping we could travel with this this to restaurants, friends houses, etc. instead of using their high chairs but the install takes too long to be used for that purpose. I wish it had an easy snap-on feature, but there are long "screws" that you have to manually use to secure it, so it is not something that you want to regularly take on and off. Second, the material is not easy to clean like plastic is. Every couple of weeks I have to completely take it apart and wash it. Third, there is a pretty big gap between the chair and the table so when baby drops food, it falls on the floor rather than stays on a table or a tray. We lose a lot of food this way!

I can't say enough about how great this seat isit has changed mealtimes for the better for our family, both at home and when we go out.First, it is incredibly easy to attach to tables, and it's light enough for us to take with us when we go out. Our 9-mo old is small and doesn't fit well in those wooden restaurant high chairs (we would inevitably end up passing her backand forth on our laps), so this is perfect. She very happily will sit through the meal now and eat along with us, in her own chair.
More importantly, our baby is so comfortable in thisit allows her to sit upright, close to the table. The seat is padded and the back is snug, but there is plenty of room for her as she gets bigger.
I use it at home, attached to the kitchen countertop, where she happily plays while I cook. I wasn't able to cook with her in the kitchen before because she lost patience in the regular high chair after about 5 min. Now, she is up at eye level and can see what's going on.
It is a quality product, obviously well made and sturdy. Convenient, portable, looks nice/stylish.
I never write reviews, but felt this warranted one because it has been such a game changer, making our lives much easier!

Ok, so our son isn't even here yet; however, since there are ZERO reviews on this product (I'm SHOCKED!), I simply cannot wait to write a review. I want ALL you moms and dads out there to have the opportunity to benefit from this AMAZING highchair choice.We have a rather small dining area in our house. I wanted something for our son that would be comfortable for him without taking up any extra space. I also really didn't like the look or idea of the typical highchairs with their large statures and cumbersome trays keeping babies far away from the table. This chair answered all our prayers AND THEN SOME! Before I forget, I LOVE that it fits inside our booth type table. Our little guy will be able to sit in-between mommy and daddy rather than far away from our table.
On top of it being eye catching (we got the red one and it's beautiful), it is very easy to install AND take down, thus making it a portable chair as well. That's right... you can take this to the grandparents as well as restaurants etc.
It is far superior in the padding department as well. The seat is super comfy (sturdy hard bottom with nice padding on top for baby's bum). The back and sides are also padded. The top bar is doubly cushioned making this seat's comfort unsurpassable in my opinion. The seat bottom is the same dark charcoal color as the arms. The buckle is just tough enough to keep the little guys and gals from being able to undo themselves, yet not frustrate the parents. It also has a red (matching whatever seat color you choose) flap that velcro-closes over the buckle so no pinched fingers!
I seriously set this up in under a minute and it fits our rather thick table top (about 2 1/2" thick) with plenty of room left to grow.
The pocket on the back of the chair is great for bib storage or if on the go, a spoon and a few dishes perhaps.
As if all of the above characteristics weren't enough...Inglesina did us one more HUGE favor. They ATTACHED the handy carry bag TO the chair. It folds up nicely and is kept under the seat. WOW!!! These guys are geniuses! Do yourself and your child a favor, BUY THIS CHAIR!

I was really excited about this chair when I found it on Amazon. We have a counter-height table so we wanted an attachable high chair so our daughter could be at the same level as us. We looked at other brands, but unfortunately they would not work with our table for one of two reasons: 1) we have a 3 1/2" skirt around our table (which cancels out the Phil and Ted Lobster chair) and 2) we have a butterfly leaf (which means the Chicco chairs won't work). It appeared that this chair would work, but unfortunately we had to return it. We were able to attach this chair, and our daughter fits in it now (she's 6 months old), but as soon as she gets taller her knees would hit the skirt around the table.I will say that it appeared this chair was of very high quality. It seemed very sturdy and well made. The material seemed like it would be easy to clean as well. If you have a table that works with this chair it would be a good buy. I think a table with up to a 2" skirt would work just fine.

When these came, I was super excited only to be disappointed. Since these are divided plates, you would expect the lid to prevent food to move between dividers. There is a good amount of space between the lid and the dividers. Poor design. Other than that, cute and Better than plastic!

I purchased this for my granddaughter who is just shy of 2 years old. She played for it for hours! She loved stacking them and then taking them apart and stacking them inside each other or a combination of both. Every time she stacked them high she'd squeal "Big Cake!" She recognizes her numbers already so even if she'd stack them out of numberical order she'd turn the cake until she could see the number and say what number was on it out loud while stacking it. This is a great toy for number recognition as well as learning colors and coordination. Definitely reccommend it!It has now been 2 years since I purchased this. Honestly I wish I had known about these spoons a long time ago when I attempted at solids when she was 4 months. Now that she's 6 months I've decided to try solids again & with these spoons it really makes a difference. Originally I got the Gerber temperature spoons and I always noticed how my baby would either not eat all the food off the spoon or how difficult it was to even get the spoon in her mouth. The angle of those spoons are all wrong. However, these Boon spoons scoops the food into tiny amounts and it fits really nicely in her mouth. She loves eating off of these spoons and I think it's because of the shape. I haven't used the other side (metal) yet to scrape food bits, but I'm sure in due time I will. I am really happy with it. The pendant has a very smooth finish, especially on the edges, and the size is great, not too large or too small. The bird silhouette is cute. I wear it 24 hours a day! My son holds it while he nurses, instead of repeatedly snapping my bra, which was very annoying. He loves to chew on it. I like that it is always with me, so I can occupy my son any time, especially while we are out.
The pendant is pretty and stylish, it doesn't look like a teether. I have gotten quite a few compliments on it. The best part about it? I just bought this, and the heart shaped pendant (same company) for my 7-month old twins. I bought them because they want to eat my regular necklaces. This is a pretty piece of jewelry, my boys enjoy playing with the shape when I'm holding them, it fits nicely in their hand (probably about 3 inches from beak to tail) and I guess it feels nice on their sore gums because they like chewing on it. They are cutting their two top teeth, and everything goes right in their mouth. No faces, so I guess the taste is good. They also enjoy turning the necklace around and playing with the tied end, that would normally go behind my neck. Naturepedic Organic Cotton Changing Pad Cover
I was on the hunt for an extra cover to fit the LA Baby 32" organic cocoon changing pad that I bought from Costco.com (which I felt was better value for money than the Naturepedic changing pad, and I felt better value for money). This one fits great it's not super snug (there's a little extra material), but because there's elastic all around the edges it's fine. The material is very soft and thick feels high quality. And it's nice to know that it's organic, given how many hours my baby has spent on this.EDIT: After 10 months, this item has held up great. Washes well and still looks new, as compared to other changing pad covers I bought for half the price that are now pilling etc. Initially I thought it was a little pricey and not particularly good value for money, but I have since amended my review to five stars as I think it's worth the extra cost.
It really is contoured, so it fits the Naturepedic organic changing pad much better than its cheaper cousins. It's also much thicker than your average cover (although still quite soft) and has held up really well through multiple washes and 'oops' incidents -in fact, it still feels new although our twins have put it through heavy use these past few months. Yes it's expensive but well worth it if you have the NP changing pad.

i received both the Naturepedic Changing Pad and two Changing Pad Covers from my registry. the covers are nice but it's impossible to keep them clean for any reasonable length of time (especially with a newborn who is constantly needing changed). other than being a little cozier than the bare changing pad, there really aren't any other benefits to outweigh the frequent need to launder the absorbent covers.the changing pad is awesome since it's waterproof and can easily be wiped down with soap and water or with a baby wipe when accidents occur.

We love this cover despite its high price tag and even debated buying two for when one is in the wash. Ultimately we bought a healthy supply of American Baby Company Organic Waterproof Quilted Lap and Burp Pad Covers that help keep this pad cleaner for a longer period of time. We use the lap pads to protect several other baby items, like his bouncer, so it was a natural fit for us.The Naturepedic Organic Cotton Contoured Changing Pad itself does not have a soft cover and without this cover I assume the waterproof layer of the pad is rather cold and uncomfortable for a baby's tushy.

It's great as a cover for the changing pad soft, warm, organic. I just don't think we needed it. We only used it for the first two months. I think what did it was the fact that if it gets poop or pee on it, ya gotta wash it, whereas the pad itself is waterproof and easily washable in 5 minutes. After two or three of those episodes we just stopped putting it back on.

ReSnackIt Reusable Snack and Sandwich Set, 2 Pack
These certainly serve their purpose as they are reusable and are cute patterns. However, I also bought Kushies brand which come in three sizes and many colors and patterns and the outer material is more wipeable and I can tell will last longer. The ReSnackIt's are like recycled cardboard...they aren't soft and they don't wash well or they will wrinkle and take forever to dry. The Kushies are the same material as Superbibs which are designed to be washed and wiped down hundreds of times. The ReSnackits are no cheaper and you have fewer selection. I'd definitely order the Kushies brand if you are debating. They are awesome and the three sizes serve every purpose.
