First off I love the shape of the bowls they're not perfectly round and easy for my daughter to hold. Also, they fit enough breakfast cereal and milk without overflowing and causing spills.

The best part is that you can put them in the microwave without fear. And the icing is that they come in decent colors and wash and wear well. Have been using them continuously since I bought them and they haven't suffered any obvious wear and tear.

I love these bowls. The shape is slightly oval. It is deep enough so it's easier for my toddler to scoop the food. It's glossy on the inside and frost on the outside. It has fun designs on the outside, similar to the Munchkin multi-bowls. But this is microwavable, which I love.

I exchanged my Sigg bottle for a Klean Kanteen and I'm glad I did. They are just so much easier to clean due to the wide opening. I also think they look better. I had read about the sports top causing some, well, noises, but I thought it couldn't really be that bad. Well, it is. Most of the time it doesn't matter, but there are instances when you just want to drink quietly (say, when you're proctoring an exam!). So I got a regular cap as well, no big deal. The regular cap is also leakproof. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I love the reef blue color.

Perfect size for a toddler and easy to drink out of. Only complaint is that the sipper lids leak when set on their side.

I was disappointed upon receipt because the color was deceptively different in appearence in the picture online. The actual water bottle was a much duller shade of blue. Also, the bottle makes obnoxious squeaking noises when drinking from it. It is embarressing drinking it in public.

This is a very well made stainless water bottle, compact, good insulation, does the job. It is a bit pricey but if you don't mind paying a bit more, it is built like a tank so it will last, has good looks, and of course is BPA free just in case that stuff really does turn out to be carcinogenic. Importantly, it doesn't leak. This was a gift and turned out to be exactly what my aunt had wanted.

Munchkin Fresh Feeding Set

I like the masher a lot. It does very small amounts of food easily, so the baby just gets a little of whatever we're having beets, sweet potatoes, peaches, whatever. This is way easier than making separate baby food, and more interesting for him. Plus, if he doesn't like something, I didn't have to make a blender-full to find that out. (For whatever reason, current dislikes include carrots who'd have guessed?)

The mesh feeder is more hit-or-miss; the baby will mouth the food end a bit and then settle into chewing the plastic ring end. Perhaps this will improve as he gets the hang of it. I've heard these are difficult to wash but we have not found it so. (We've just avoided putting banana in it, which I hear is the worst culprit for sticking to the mesh.) It's been used so far with cantaloupe, watermelon and apricots without trouble. The feeder does need to be hand-washed; a dishwasher will not get the bits off.

I had high hopes for this food grinder. The fresh food feeder is okay--my 8-month old likes eating cantaloupe from it. But I was very disappointed by the grinder. Here's why:

1) The grinder is shaped awkwardly. You have to hold onto the upright middle part of the grinder while pushing downward so the food gets pushed up to the grinding blade. It can be hard to apply enough downward pressure to do this, and it's fatiguing to push down with one hand while grinding with the other.

2) It takes a lot of effort to grind just a little bit of food. It took me about 2 minutes of grinding to get less than 1 ounce of ground green beans. 8 minutes of grinding by hand to get a 4-ounce feeding while the baby is hungry? No thank you!

3) Ground food is too course for my 8-month old baby. I tried feeding him two bites from the grinder, and he gagged so hard he almost threw up. Maybe it's okay for babies eating "Stage 3" foods, but not for younger babies.

4) The grinder is hard to disassemble. During assembly, you rotate the metal disk into the base of the bowl so it doesn't come loose while grinding. But there's no easy way to get the metal disk back out for cleaning. I ended up having to use a fork to pry/rotate the metal disk out.

I'm taking the grinder back and getting a food processor instead.

Both products are excellent and easy to use. Cleanup however is not so easy. The fresh food feeder seems to be a one time use. I have soaked, scrubbed even used the dishwasher but I cannot get the banana out of the mesh. Big disappointment because my daughter loved the independence it gave her to eat on her own. The grinder cleans up easily as long as it is done immediately after using it. Although clean up is a pain I would still recommend this product.

I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. You have to get the food really soft and cooked before you can use it and I ended up just using a fork to squish it. It was a total waste of time and money. If you have a blender then you dont need this...or just a fork for mashing. Save some money and just use a fork or blender.

I bought this grinder planning to mash up some simple foods for my daughter to try on a meal by meal basis. I did not intend to use it for mass food production.

It's awful! The handle keeps getting stuck, the grinder jams easily, it's a mess. I'm not happy with it at all. It's too much work to clean and use. A fork works better.

The feeder is okay. I've used it once, but can see it being more useful when my daughter gets a little bigger.

Basicly, this device does an excellent job at making baby food and every new parent should seriously consider getting it. It does however, have a few minor flaws. If you skip to the end of this review, I'll detail a list of pros and cons. Otherwise, read on for a detailed description of how it works and where some minor issues lie.

My wife and I use this device all the time. To cook the food, you place what you want steamed in to a slotted cup, pour in a "guestimated" amount of water, put the vented dome on it and press start. This thing cooks by heating a little hot plate in the water resevoir and just continuing to boil away until there's no more water. There's a clever little catch pan to keep all of the water from just falling back in to the hot plate compartment. This catch pan can and does overflow, especially if you're cooking "wet" foods such as yellow summer squash. So the water resevoir really needs a wipe down after every use. Not a big deal, the plastic and the metal hot plate are both easily cleaned and debris doesn't really stick to them. So the steam function requires a little playing with to decide what water amounts work best for different foods, but it works quite well. The box and manual both claim that the steamer compartment can also function as a bottle warmer. They lie! Technicaly, this works. It just works very poorly. It tends to take far far too long and the water resevoir needs emptied when you're done. This requires unplugging the device and hauling it to the sink. Just skip this feature all together and you'll be much happier.

---The blender. This side is essentially just a Magic Bullet that's been repackaged. You have to be carefull about adding liquid to the stuff you've steamed. This little blender, much like a full sized blender, is going to struggle on thick substances like steamed sweet potatoes. Just add water or milk if it's struggling and try not to expect too much out of the little rubber clutch that spins the blades. A lot of reviews on this sight make a complaint about the gasket or the clutch not holding up. I'm not sure what these parents are blending, but I'd be willing to bet that they are simply overburdening the blender. Take it easy and this thing's going to last.

---As a side note: USE ICE CUBE TRAYS!!! So the wife and I tried some cheap, disposable 2oz plastic containers to store our food in the freezer. They'd shatter very easily. We started looking at various baby-specific food storage and were rather aghast at the prices. Well, my wife read a review which suggested dishing the food in to some ice cube trays and just emptying those in to labeled ziploc bags. This little tid-bit of information has saved us countless dollars and headaches. Now we just load a few cubes in to a bowl, maybe even mixing and matching, and zap that in the microwave. Yes, we check the temp and have found that about 1min 15sec is perfect for 5-7 cubes. Now for the review breakdown:

PROS:

---Steams quickly with a "set it and forget it" feature that lets you walk away.

---Has a catch pan in the steamer that lets you add the nutrient-rich drips back in to the baby food. Yay!

---Beeper lets you know when steam resevoir is empty and automatically turns off heating element. You'll want to wait another minute or two, letting it cool.

---Entire device is rather stain resistant and foods wipe off with little to no scrubbing.

---Blender is fairly sturdy and, providing it has enough liquid, blends food to a smooth consistency quickly.

---Blender cleans easily and is dishwasher safe.

CONS:

---The amount of water needed for each food is a bit of an art. There's plenty of room for error. Under-steamed? add water and go again. Over-steamed? lesson learned, baby will still eat it. You learn quickly, so this is a very minor complaint.

---There should be warnings about not making food too thick. If you try to run the blender with thick foods, you will break it!

lastly...

---THIS IS NOT A BOTTLE WARMER!!! regardless what packaging and manual may say, this is a terrible feature and is only added to the labels to make the machine appear more impressive. I'm providing a 5-star review anyway, because I love this thing and pretend that this feature doesn't exist. If you do the same, you should be quite pleased with this product.

I was making my 6 month old food the old fashioned way, steaming it on the stove and then running it through the blender. Problem with this is you cannot get rid of the chunks on some food, you have to babysit the food while its steaming and washing out the blender was a pain. This is an amazing machine! I can steam my fruits and veggies, meats, pastas, blend them til they are smooth(no chunks), warm breastmilk for daddy to feed him and thaw and reheat the baby food I made...all in one machine! The clean up is a breeze-wash with soap and water! It takes up little space on the counter and it is a nice looking machine too. With the price of baby food these days and not knowing even how to pronounce some of the additives, this is a great investment. You know exactly what your baby is eating. No preservatives needed...just make and freeze(or make as needed-its fast). I have ziplocks full of cubes of food in the freezer. I am having so much fun making the food my husband asked where we are supposed to put our food since 2 full shelves in the freezer are full of food and bottles...lol! But we have a happy, healthy baby boy and you cant replace that feeling of making and feeding your baby wholemade food.

The first time I used this machine, I was making a banana and formula puree, it busted. The rubber seal wrapped around the blades.

The product sounds very promising. I would love to have a working one. However, I called Kidsline and they told me they would need to talk about it and get back to me. What?! They never called back. So, I called Amazon who had me send the machine right back for a new one or a refund. Thank you Amazon! I will take my refund!

The product may not be a zero or a 1, but Kidsline is definitely a zero in my book. I will never purchase another Kidsline product for fear I will have to deal with costumer service!

First off, for those that had the rubber band problem... it's a really easy fix. Just inspect your product before using it. If the band is not fully snapped in, run your finger over it and it snaps back into place.

Now for the product review: pretty good stuff. I like that it's one system for multiple uses. Previously, I was steaming veggies on the stove in a steamer basket, then processing the food in the big food processor. It seemed like a lot more work with all that stuff. With the Baby Food Maker, I can do all the same things without the hassle of wrestling with the big processor and big stock pot. Still the same amount to parts to clean up but the mess (because let's face it, making baby food gets messy!) is much smaller.

The only complaint I have is that I'd like to make a large batch of food all at once and freeze the excess and with the Baby Chef Ultimate Baby Food Maker, you can only make about 3 servings at once. But that's really a minor detail.

Overall, I'm really happy with it and happy to use it regularly.

We've had it for several days now and I have to say I was skeptical. No more. It works, and it works well. Compact, simple to use and clear instructions included. Tested it out right off the bat with a batch of carrots, about ten minutes later popped them in the blender portion and bingo! Good blend, great consistency. I've used it to warm up bottles as well and it works well at that.

This placemat sticks really well to my wood table and doesn't smell plasticky. It works well with the ingelesina high chair. But it is hard to clean. Everything sticks to it and I can never seem to get it clean. I'm keeping it but not super happy.

Without this mat plates and bowls would be sliding all over this place since she refuses to sit still and is up and down the entire time she eats. Also she likes to clean up after herself when she is done so luckily with ceramic bowls and plates it creates a little suction which she has a hard time to lift the item up, enough time to let us jump in anyway.

Wow, that is some serious overpricing! Walmart sells these babies for 2.50. Buy from them, they are the best little snacks to give to your kids. The healthiest? No but they do taste really good, our entire family likes them. Nice to leave in the diaper bag so you bring them out when little ones get cranky.

I had previous got them for my daughter when she was a baby and she loved it, but my son did not like it at all. So it really depends on your child. I tasted it, I think it's delicious.

The First Years Soothing Breast Wipes, 30 Count

I used these just towards the end of our journey. They smelled a tad fruity and it reminded me of otter-pops. They were soothing which felt nice after a pump session. I don't know if they really cleaned anything but the point was to sooth after using what i called "the torture device" and these worked great for soothing. I would highly recommend them. :)

These wipes smell soo good! I actually tasted one too, and it is yummy! Instead of just wiping my breast, I fold them up and place them in my nursing pads for a few minutes, and I do notice a soothing feeling. It is nice knowing that they are food grade, and safe for my baby.

I use these a lot with breast-pumping. I like the fact that they're made from food-grade ingredients, and I sometimes use them to wipe my daughter's teething toys when we're traveling. My only complaint is that they leave a slight film (but I guess that's to be expected, with food-grade ingredients). They also dry out easily, but are still definitely worth having.

These wipes do the job; I use them before and after breastfeeding to soothe and clean. They are not overly moist though, so I only give them three stars.

So I bought this thinking it would help me. When in reality all it did was irritate me. The wipes are so dry instead of soothing my nipples this irritated them! The only thing this item is.. is a waste of money !

Fresh Baby So Easy Baby Food and Breast Milk Trays

These trays are nice, but the lids don't fit very snug. Once the food freezes though, I stick them in labeled Ziploc baggies. If you want snug lids, I recommend Tupperware brand ice cube trays. Also keep in mind that if you are making foods that don't freeze solid (like apricots and prunes), it is impossible to remove the food in these trays. For those foods, I recommend flexible trays and just carefully wrap plastic around it. Overall, great price though and it does work good enough for me. But because of the lids, I won't rate it higher.

I have 4 of these trays and have been using them for 3 months to freeze baby food. They are fantastic!

MEASURINGEach cube is 1T, which is great for measuring. For example, for lunch my baby gets 2 cubes of meat, 2 veggies, and 2 fruit. Some people complain that the cubes are too small, but if they were bigger they would take longer to defrost. I think the size is perfect.

QUALITYSome complain about warping or poor fit. I haven't had that problem at all and I use these a lot. I wash them by hand in hot soapy water. I couldn't fit them on the top rack in the dishwasher if I wanted to...all those darn baby feeding bowls and bottles!

EASYPut frozen cubes in labeled zipper freezer bags. If they don't want to come out of the tray, just turn the tray over and run some hot water over it for 10 seconds. I take what I need out of the freezer and put them in little bowls the night before and they're thawed for the next day. If I forget I just microwave for a minute.

GOOD FOR BABYI love the variety my baby gets. Many parents give just 1 or 2 different foods to baby at a meal so they don't open too many jars. With all choices I have in my freezer, my baby gets 4 different foods at each meal and I know exactly what she's eating. I don't have anything against jarred food, but I feel better (and thriftier) giving her homemade.

This product is just simply a standard ice cube tray with lid, only with smaller rectangular ice cube compartments. Each cube compartment only holds 15ml, not 30ml as advertised.

When I received these trays in the package of two, one was defective from the start. The lid would not seal onto the tray before freezing. The plastic on the lid was somehow defective and after trying for 30 minutes to get the lid to stay on the tray, I gave up and returned the product.

If the the lid actually stayed on, and each cube compartment really held 30 ml (not 15ml), it might be a good product.

I'd advise that you just buy a regular ice cube tray or a silicone one from Ikea and use that.

The lids warp even if you hand wash and dry them. They do allow you to cover your home made food but sometimes the frostbite still seeps in after a week.

We used to own the old Foogo style Thermos cup. My four year old had the cup about 2 years when the top was broken off by baby sis. This was no fault of the thermos, just the reason we had to get a new one.

The old thermos foogo was great. WHY did they have to go and mess it up?? My biggest gripe is that the straw leaks. I have seen comments stating that you should expect liquid to come out of a straw. Well, guess what? The old foogo did not leak. Your child would have to suck liquid out of the straw for it to come out. I thought this was great. This is marketed for toddlers so you should expect cups to get knocked over. Why they felt the need to take away such a great feature is beyond me. In fact, my son knocked his new cup over at his lunch table in preschool. Apparently it made quite the mess. This would not have happened with the old cups. They redesigned it with the same straws in the funtainers, clearly intended for older children. In fact, that pretty much shot any point in getting this instead of the funtainer unless you just need to have a smaller cup.

The other new feature was not a big deal to me, but it may be to others. They changed the size of the cup. Instead of being narrow all the way down, it is now shorter with a wider base. I guess this was done to help fit the cup into lunchboxes better. However, it may not fit well into all cupholders. For instance, it does fit fine in my son's carseat cupholder (graco) but does not fit in my daughter's stroller tray (sit n stand).

The Thermos claim-to-fame, of course, is that it keeps everything super-cold for a super-long time. If there were any other cup out there that did this, I'd give them a shot.

I got this container to keep my son's milk cold while he is at day care since they do not have a refrigerator. It does a great job of keeping liquids cool, and when the cap is screwed on properly, it has never ever leaked. I was worried that it would be heavy for my 14-month old to hold, but is is very lightweight. Also the outside does not get very cold to the touch when it is filled with a cold liquid (another worry I had pre-purchase).

Within minutes of the first use, my son threw it on the floor and the open lid came off. However, it wasn't broken and easily popped back in. I think it may actually be designed to pop off easily so that it does NOT break. I will say it has been through dozens more tosses (my son is in that phase!) and has not separated again.

One thing that DOES separate is the base of the straw from the cap. I will try explain this. When you open the top cap of the bottle, you see the blue screw top with a clear silicone straw sticking up through a triangular hole in the screw top. The straw is actually connected on the other side of the screw top to a larger, round piece of silicone which is the size of the bottle. Where the straw meets this round piece is a triangular silicone base which fits the straw to the hole in the blue cap. So, it's all one piece: straw to triangular base to flat round piece. And that's what creates the seal to prevent liquid from spilling out.

There are two issues with this design: First, the triangular piece can sometimes push BACKWARDS through the hole in the blue cap which means that the seal preventing liquid from coming through is no longer 100%. When this happens, liquid can leak out of the base hole that the straw comes through. The second issue is that it makes the straw difficult to clean because the part where the child sucks is on an angle down to the round piece. From there it "turns" to come straight down to connect to the actual straw inside the bottle. So, the mouthpiece is like an angled "L" shape (and, of course, has a very small opening) there's nothing you can really fit inside to clean it, so you just have to run soapy water through it and hope that does the job. It doesn't do the job for thicker liquids (like a smoothie), and I have found myself digging in with a Q-tip.

However, I would give this bottle top marks for generally not leaking, keeping liquids cool and being very easy for a child to use. Plus, the stainless steel inside and wide mouth make it exceptionally easy to clean the interior. I clean it by hand as that works best, but it does well in the top rack of a dishwasher, too. Would recommend.

At first, I was so happy with this product. It's great to have a way to keep milk cold so that you don't have to rush to the fridge all the time.

BUT . . . the straw disintegrated under my son's teeth, and Thermos has terrible customer service. The rep said that they don't warrant the straw and that I should throw it away and buy a new one. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it but instead transferred me into a voicemail.

Purchased this when my daughter was about 1 year old, liked that it was stainless steel and insulated. It is my preferred cup for milk, in case it gets left out for a little while or we want to take it anyplace, it stays nice and cold for hours. Considering it is sold as a baby item in the sippy cup category, too bad it is just a straw cup, there is no valve to prevent the liquid from dripping out of the straw pretty quickly if it is tipped over. Fine if you pick it up right away, but if my daughter abandons it on its side and I don't notice it right away, it makes a really big puddle within a few minutes. I actually found that the valve that belonged to a Munchkin straw cup I had that I didn't like anyway fit this straw (search for "Munchkin replacement straws" and you can pick up a pack of valves for just a couple of dollars--they are the valves that fit the "Munchkin Stainless Steel Straw Cup" or "Munchkin Mighty Grip Flip Straw Cups"). I cut off the longer, narrower end of the valve that turns into a flexible straw, leaving just about a 1/2" of it, and that end sticks inside the top of the lid; the other slightly wider end fits over the straw. I had to trim the straw from this cup to compensate for the added length of including the valve. With this added valve, now usually only a couple of drops escape if the cup gets left on its side, just whatever was in the top of the straw above the valve. My daughter probably has to suck with a little more force, but it doesn't seem any harder for her to use than regular straws.

The cup has held up well to 8 months of daily use and top-rack dishwashings. All pieces come apart to wash well. The cup has dropped from a height onto our laminate floors and the flip-top lid popped off, but easily snapped back on--nothing cracked. Liked it enough that we purchased the similar "Funtainer" kids cup (and again did my modification of adding the valve)--really no difference between the cups, the Funtainer is just slightly taller for a larger, 12-oz. capacity. If this baby cup version came with a spill-proof valve, I'd give it 5 stars.

this cup is our favorite, but it wasn't until our son got a little older. we like it because it's not completely vacuum sealed to make it leak proof and, therefore, the liquid inside comes out a lot more easily. if you've tried drinking from a leak proof straw cup, you'll know and it takes a lot of energy to drink out of them. i found that my son drinks more and more easily from this cup than some of his other completely leak proof cups, and my theory is that the liquid comes out more easily. it has a tiny air hole on the top to let air in when you drink, which means if you tip over the cup while the top is open, liquid will spill. if the lid is closed, it is completely leak proof. often, i throw the (closed) cup in my bag and i've never had a leak.

i think this is less of an issue if you have an older toddler who understands that you have to hold cups upright or they will spill. my son is 27 months and he gets that. we still have some spills but i'm ok with that if it means my son is drinking more milk. other leak proof cups also do leak if you put in cold liquids like milk or refrigerated juice as the liquid warms to room temperature, except those leak out the straw, and that is way more irritating for me than the foogo.

we use both the stainless steel and plastic and we love them equally. the stainless keeps liquids cold for hours--really impressive. you just need to make sure the inside of the cup is cold before pouring in the cold liquid. the plastic one is great for everyday use. we've had one cup for about a year and added 3 more to the rotation. they all look new. none have broken so far. the silicone part of the straw does wear down, especially with kids chewing on them, but they don't wear down as quickly as some other popular straw cups. overall, this is a fantastic cup for toddlers!

I was very nervous about these. I was afraid the plastic would be inferior, and that the ziploc on the bottom wouldn't hold up against a toddler. I bought the 10-pack.

I WAS WRONG!

This is a great product! My husband tried to squeeze it (while full and capped) to see if he could get it to bust open, but the ziploc held firm. Granted, he probably wasn't using his full strength, but certainly more than could be expected from a toddler or sane adult. The plastic is heavier than I expected as well, and the cap screws on quite tight.

I have experienced some leaking when stored in the fridge for more than a day, but found this to be easily fixed by storing them cap-down. They don't stand upright on their own anyway, so I used a plastic container to keep them together.

This is a fantastic product. I was weary about buying this product because I couldn't find any reviews in early July 2012. I had a coupon from another store, so I decided to take a chance and buy it. This product includes so many things for this price. You receive the motor base, 2 blending cups and a batch bowl, a sippy cup lid, a batch tray with a lid, 3 of the 2 oz storage/feeding cups a grinding blade and blending blade plus two lids for the blending cups. I have used it several times and am very happy with it and would highly recommend this product over the higher priced ones on the market.

I intended to purchase the Baby Bullet system but decided to go with the Baby Rocket instead since it's half the price of BB. I don't regret buying it, it's fast and easy to use, and the clean up is pain free. To my suprise it feels better quality/thicker plastic then BB.

This little blender is awesome, it purees so well you would think the food came from a jar. It also grinds coffee and it is the only kitchen tool that was able to grind hard Parmesan for salad. Clean up is super easy, the freezer cups are perfect to make a batch and freeze it and then i put it in plastic bags. I love it and will keep using it even after my boy is doesn't need it it anymore.
