I would highly suggest this product. One Medela breast shield runs around $10 + shipping. You get 2 shields for $16 and it's free shipping with an Amazon Prime membership. The valves are shaped just slightly differently for copyright purposes, I assume. This doesn't affect its function at all. The actual shields look exactly the same, but again, the dimensions are just slightly different. I have these and Medela shields, and I often use them interchangeably one on each breast sometimes because you can't really tell them apart unless you look closely. Save yourself a few bucks and get these instead of the Medela.
About half the price of the OEM Medela's. Works just fine. One slight hitch for us. I found the valves a little more difficult to remove (because of the shape). I would recommend buying OEM valves, or at the least do not let the valves dry on the shield after pumping.

Great extra set to have for the house. they don't come apart so they are good for keeping in the house, and not for work. but great set to keep at home.
