It's very light and easy to use.

The size is very good for kids but need time to practice for small obj. for kids.

My kids broke the first step chopsticks and needed to buy new ones. This second step chopstick is still cute and help them to advance in their skills. My 4 y/o has no problem with it and my kids fight over who gets to use it.

I purchased this for my niece and I think it is absolutely adorable. Perfect for her to learn how to use chopsticks but she will have to wait a couple more months. I might even buy some for myself because they are just so cute. :) This is a great birthday gift as well as a just because I love you gift. Totally recommend. Only wish they had the pink bear too.

My 5 and 7 year old love these chopsticks and ask for them during mealtimes. Since I use chopsticks, it was very easy to show the kids how to place their fingers. If you do not know how to use chopsticks or have younger children, I recommend buying the Stage 1 chopsticks which have a thumb loop for easier training. (Stage 2 Chopsticks do not have a thumb loop so they would need more instruction.) These Stage 2 chopsticks can be pulled apart for deep cleaning and are great for older kids. I researched and these are the only chopsticks that really teach the correct finger placement. All other "training" chopsticks merely connect 2 sticks and do not teach anyone how to properly use chopsticks. This 2 pack is a better deal than the single pair of chopsticks.
