I order this shampoo for my daughter who has fine straight hair and a propensity for snarls. This Shampoo really helps the combing out of her hair after the wash. It also doesn't bug her eyes. I can't speak to the other review which was upset about delivery/service as I haven't had that issue. The product itself is the best one of its type.
Johnson's Baby Shampoo No More Tangles Shampoo, 2-in-1 Formula, Thin/Straight Hair, 18 Fluid Ounce...yes that is what i received...wrong shampoo!!! i didnt order for this i ordered the johnson and johnson no more tangles shampoo + conditioner. dont know why amazon will just choose products for customers when u didnt order that product. am so pissed. this is the second time am experiencing this mess!!am not happy.
