Made For Mom Baby Snack-Trap

Made For Mom Baby Snack-Trap, Lavender FlowerWell, first of all they didn't ship a blue giraffe, they sent a pink flower. Not very unisex. Perhaps just a mistake but it's such a bother to send it for a return, I guess we'll just keep it.

Within 30 seconds he had figured out how to spill his snacks all over the floor. Maybe it's just my kid but this thing doesn't really contain snacks at all, now there's a huge mess of Os to clean up all over the carpet.

We'll probably get some good use out of this anyways because of the suction cup bottom, we'll just make sure he snacks while sitting in his chair.

We like to give our toddler a few snacks to keep him quiet and occupied, especially when in the car. The problem is he gets things scattered all over and then can't retrieve them because he's strapped into his seat. So, we got him a small Munchkin cup with a flexible lid that he could get his little hand into and retrieve a goodie without spilling of the contents all over the place. It worked well for a couple months until he lost it.

Next, my wife bought another and this time it was a Made for Moms Snack Trap. It works well and the guy has no trouble at all operating it. He gets his little hand in, grabs a Cheezit or whatever, and munches away. Now and then he gets too greedy and grabs a handful and manages to scatter them about. What are you going to do? By and large, it really cuts down on the scatter. We also appreciate the fact that the cup is made of plastic and won't break when dropped or thrown onto our stone tile floors. Out model is exactly the same as this, except that it is maroon with a green frog on the side. It's a very useful aid.

I haven't used this kind of snack cup but purchased b/c of the lid you can purchase separately so your snacks wont go stale. Is just like my other snack cups... except this one does have a suction cup on the bottom.

Our twin girls are 6 years old now, but a friend recently had a baby and this was one thing I made sure to buy for her. When my girls were little we used these all the time. We live about an hour outside a major metropolitan area and at least weekly would drive into the city. We used to fill one of these for each girl before we left and there was little mess if any. We used Annie's bunny crackers, freeze dried fruits and vegetable, and cereals and it was great. My only complaint is that it does not just come with the lid, I don't know why anyone would want it without the lid, and you have to buy it separately. With the lid if there is unfinished food you can leave it in there until the next trip. Even now, just this past week, the girls had day camp in the city, and in an effort to have them wait until we got home to eat dinner I brought a snack for the long car ride home and I used the snack traps, filled them with Frosted Mini Wheats and Kix and freeze dried bananas and the girls ate it all up and I only found three Kix on the seat afterwards, and they didn't even feel like the Snack Traps were too young for them, so that was nice too. Anyway, highly recommend!

Nice item, but pretty easy to "pour" contents out. The lid is a bit hard for little soft hands, but overall, pretty good. Great in the dishwasher.
