Happy Baby Organic Baby Food 1 Starting Solids, 3.5 Ounce (Pack of 16)

Happy Baby Organic Baby Food 1 Starting Solids, Fresh Mango, 3.5-OunceI switched to Happy Baby after learning that Earth's Best and Gerber have bpa in their baby food lids. These pouches are bpa free. My daughter loves them. I usually mix the mango in with oatmeal to sweeten the oatmeal naturally. My daughter doesn't like to eat oatmeal plain. I usually use one package over two or three days this way. They are also great on the run. I can throw a couple pouches in the diaper bag and take it out when needed. She has eaten pouches on the subway, park benches, buses, etc. She just sucks them up with no mess.

This is an awesome product from an awesome company! My daughter loved this (as well as the Stage 1 mango). We only stopped buying it to switch her to the Happy Baby Stage 2 products. This product has a good consistency and mixes well with cereal (she didn't like it in yogurt).

Some things you should know about Happy Baby:

Organic ingredients

BPA-free packaging

Many Vegan choices

Gluten free snacks

Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pouches are Kosher

No GMO's

Allergy conscious (no soy, gluten, dairy, or added sugar, and processed in a nut free facility)

My daughter and I are gluten and dairy free. We are always on the look out for easy snacks with no refridgeration needed. These were terrible. My daughter, her friend and I love mangos, but these tasted nothing like mango, and had a funny after taste.

I know why--these things taste GREAT!

I love the screw top pouches--all I do is grab a spoon, and squeeze a mouthful size amount into the spoon and feed it to my son. I don't need a bowl to keep the product clean from baby spit.

If anything, when he's done eating (if he doesn't eat the whole thing) all we're left with is one spoonful of food that is wasted.

My baby loves the mango baby food. I make most of his food, but I can't find organic mangoes around here, so I was happy to find it available to buy. I bought a ton of it when it was on sale, and even if he outgrows baby food, the adults of the family will use the mango baby food in smoothies!! Delish!

LunchSkins Reusable Sandwich and Snack Bags Set - 3 Pack

LunchSkins Reusable Sandwich and Snack Bags Set - 3 Pack - Green Pear, Mango Slices, Aqua DotsI've had these for about 4 months. Given the all other high marks I know I'm going against the grain, but I'm not as satisfied as I'd hoped to be. I use these in my 4 year olds lunch box. Uneaten food, especially fruits like strawberries and grapes, leave stains on the inside that WON'T come out making them look rather dirty. Food particles, crumbs, etc., get stuck in velcro which is kind of annoying. They are dishwasher safe, but have never come out of my dishwasher not in need of additional cleaning. Good idea in theory, but now I want them to come with zippers and an inner lining that won't stain so easily

These are sturdy and very stylish little pouches! The Velcro is extra heavy, the fabric of the pouch is strong and durable! My only problem with them is that a sandwich is wont to slide about inside the pouch, dislodging fillings and generally making a mess. My son has 1/2 sandwiches for lunch and those really fly apart in there. I've taken to putting a toothpick through the sandwich, but I don't really like to do that as I'm sure he'll impale the roof of his mouth one day even with the little curly cellophane toothpick identifier. Still, I love the pouches for holding other snacks and I'm glad I bought them, but I'm in the market for a reusable wrap that will hold the sandwich more securely.

These bags are great for my weekend hikes because they are easy to clean, lightweight, and take up minimal space in my backpack. One thing to know is that these bags do not create an airtight seal.

I like to use the small one to carry my tissues in rather than buying those small packs. And the biggers ones are okay for crackers or chips if you aren't worried about crumbs. But they dry bread out and aren't good for wet things.

I like that there are different sizes. They smell like plastic.. it took awhile for the smell to go away. And they all have openings where they fold. So sandwiches may not stay so fresh.

I bought these when they were on special about a month back. Bowls are cute and I like that they can be connected together. The lids fit good. I just wish they were a little bit bigger. Had they been slightly bigger I would have given them 5 stars.

The product is much smaller than expected. The cost was great at $2 but the shipping was ridiculous for the size and weight of them. I would not recommend this product for the price compared towhat you get.

Snack Stack Stainless Steel Tiffin - 1 - Container

Snack Stack Stainless Steel Tiffin - 1 - ContainerI bought this snack set from the manufacturer since they had a sale. This is the perfect size for my bento lunches or any To-Go meal. I can pack a lot in each tier: leftover dinner in the bottom and a big salad in the top. This fits in my messenger bag or my backpack when I'm on the go. The stainless steel is high quality and cleanup is easy. I've read bad reviews on the latches, but I have had no issues with them. You can transport food or store food in these containers without worry about staining or chemical interactions. I hand wash all my stainless steel containers and sometimes I forget until the next day with no problems with rusting, marring of the finish. One good idea borrowed from Happy Little Bento Box is Taco Rice Bento: "green lettuce leaf in the bottom, followed by a scoop of rice (it happened to be black rice, but you can use white or brown rice as well), then topped with taco-seasoned ground meat of your choice, shredded cheese, chopped onion, tomatoes, and cilantro." This would be in the bottom tier. The top tier contains several fruit.

I love the size of this container. The other tiffins have such enormous volume I could feed myself and my husband out of them. This one is actually more size than I need but it's good to have two compartments to separate foods. I use it primarily as a reusable takeout container. Easy to open/close and wash. Just keep it upright if you put liquids in it. Or don't put liquids in it.

Quinny Yezz Stroller - Blue Loop

Quinny Yezz Stroller - Blue LoopI received this stroller as part of a giveaway great timing, as we're just starting to look around for an umbrella stroller to complement my existing Britax B-Agile. Overall, I like this stroller a fair amount however, there are some flaws in the design that still need to be worked out, perhaps since it's a very new product.

The big selling point of the Yezz is that it's very lightweight and can fold down into a compact package that you can then sling over your shoulder. This is definitely true -its light (around 11+pounds) and when folded, looks like a big metal tripod. The design is pretty ingenious and it's definitely carry-able. The Yezz is also incredibly maneuverable (better than almost any other stroller I've tried out) you can steer easily with one hand, and it makes a tight almost 360 degree turn. That, coupled with the Yezz's narrow and compact vertical profile, makes it very easy to maneuver around corners or people. On a smooth stretch of road, it feels like you're practically dancing with the stroller! I was also originally concerned that it might be flimsy, and that the seat would be too "floppy" to properly support my child. However, the frame seems sturdy, and the canopy is stretched taut in such a way that the seat seems comfortable and fits around the baby in a snug hammock-like effect. This is definitely a plus my baby is still a little small for my full-size stroller and tends to slump to one side, the Yezz appears to correct this problem. However, once the ground gets uneven or gravelly, it's a bumpier ride. I did feel that it ended up being less bumpy than I expected, given how light and compact the Yezz is, and my baby didn't seem to mind. I wouldn't suggest using this on sand or extremely rocky roads though. The Yezz has a very nice canopy cover, with a clever drop-down visor that helps cut out even more sunlight. I do wish that there was a mesh "window" in the cover so that you can see your baby though it. The material is a lightweight nylon that seems easy to wipe, and good for warmer weather. You can even switch out the color of your canopy if you'd like, which is a cute customizable option as the Yezz has really gorgeous bright colors that really make it stand out in a crowd.

What I don't like about this stroller -the opening up and folding down motion is EXTREMELY STIFF. This is a major problem for me, since it defeats the whole purpose of being able to handle the stroller one-handed. The instruction videos online makes it seem like it folds out very easily, with just a small push of the leg. NOPE it takes a lot of strength (even my husband had problems) to push the foot bar such that the stroller would latch open. The solution we've found to make it slightly easier (still hard though) is not to use your entire foot on the bar, but only to perch your toes right on the horizontal lower bar (this will make more sense if you actually see the Yezz). For some reason, this changes the angle of the force you exert, which makes the Yezz easier to open. Same difficulties with folding it down -I can't do it with my foot alone, instead, I need to crouch down (with my hand on the "push" button on the handle bar) and push the mechanism close. After you get past that initial push, it's relatively easy to fold down the frame and tuck the canopy away, but wow, it's really quite a chore to get it going. So much for the one-step fold. I really hope that over time and with more use, the mechanism will get looser and make the YEZZ easier to use. Another problem is that the brake (on the right back wheel) doesn't seem very strong in "locking" the stroller in place -you can essentially dislodge the braking mechanism if you start pushing the stroller forward. No storage area, except a pocket at the back, which you can only use for small things and be careful that it doesn't dig into your child's back. I also wouldn't dangle anything off the stroller handles. Another small peeve of mine the Yezz's crotch strap is a fixed length and doesn't adjust -you need to change the shoulder straps to fit your baby. This is somewhat annoying because as your baby grows older, the buckle will have to go lower and lower, and it's a bit of a tight fit.

Overall, I like the stroller enough to keep using it and to put up with the difficulty of opening and closing. But if you're buying for the convenience of the over-the-shoulder carry, and the maneuverability (huge advantages, especially for urban city-dwellers and frequent airplane travellers), just be prepared that getting it open and close is a real hassle. I'll update this review after I've used it for a while to let you know if the stiffness improves!

WOW! Stylish, functional, and lightweight! I truly LOVE this stroller and I wish I would've bought this first instead of wasting my time with the cheap umbrella strollers. This stroller is worth every penny. It pushes like a dream...you could steer it with your pinky finger. I love that you can buy different colors if you get bored of the color or it gets too dirty. You just clip the new "colored" part onto the frame. It is easy to set up out of the box as it comes assembled. The color is a true aqua. In my opinion perfect for a boy or girl. I also like the fact that the wheels don't get worn down easily by rough pavement or stones. Great purchase!

Fantastic stroller! I was looking for something that I could use on a month long vacation in the city with my 3.5 year old (38 lbs). Something that I could haul on the bus and train that wouldn't be heavy, awkward and time-consuming to manage. This stroller is exactly what we needed. It is so incredibly easy to open and fold, that I could practically close it up and sling it over my shoulder in a single fluid motion as I entered the subway turnstile. And it is so light! I got so many compliments and inquiries as moms from Boston and NYC watched amazed at how quickly and easily I was able to fold it and reopen it. I figured I should write a review here with hopes that more moms and dads would find out about this awesome stroller. And it is not just great for the city. Now that we are back from vacation, it's still our go-to stroller when my son feels like riding around the neighborhood. If he's happy, I'm happy!

Angry Birds Rectangle Plastic Storage Box

Angry Birds Rectangle Plastic Storage BoxIt is very cute and just the right size but for my 4 yr. old grandson, actually for me too, it was really hard to open. i purchased it for him for homelunch but if he can't open it then there is no use for that. Just kept it because too busy to return.
