Wean Green Garden Pack Lunch Cubes Glass Food Containers

Within the last year I discontinued using plastic containers and made the switch to glass. However, I was in need of small "travel size" containers for salad dressing, yogurt, as well as children's snacks. The cubes (and bowls) are perfect for my needs! These little gems are perfect for our on-the-go family of 5. I love the Garden Pack because with 4 colors I can easily keep track of any missing containers. I "assign" a color to each child (and hubby) so if I notice a certain color is missing then I know who to go to!

I bought one of these containers at Whole Foods a while back and absolutely love it. I decided to get this four pack and unfortunately they have added this, for lack of a better description, big smelly rubber band thing that goes between the glass and lid for it to seal. If you take it off (which you would to wash it) it is quite difficult to get back on. Sadly returning these but hoping I can find the previous version that was great as it was!

I love all of the Wean Green glass snack containers and was excited to replace my son's Lunchbot with this sandwich container. Well, I can fit half a sandwich and some carrot sticks in theWean sandwich container. It's cute, but it really needs to be larger to be a true sandwich container.

These are perfect sized containers for kids. They do hold a "regular" sized sandwich if you cut off the crusts (which works out well since my kids don't like the crust much anyway we just crumble it up and feed it to the birds). With that said, I don't typically send my kids with sandwiches. Instead I fill half the container with veggies and the other half with a little rice and meat. A kid sized, balanced meal all in one container. I really prefer the multi-colored four packs because I can designate a color for everyone (makes keeping track of them very simple). I also have the coordinating cubes and bowls these smaller sizes are great for so many things.

It's just like the ones from Medela and it works great. Why spend the extra bucks to order the ones from Medela. This is one of the items you can't purchase from babies r us. I bought this because my friend gave me the pump. I purchased the personal shield and returned them after giving birth to my baby girl. The hospital gave me a kit which had everything including the tubes which were for the newer system. So I would wait until after birth to purchase accessories.

It fits the medela pumps perfectly but how much can you say about pump parts. It does the job I needed done.

I think I must've tried at least two other different kinds of pads and finally settled on these. They fit perfectly the little indentation for the nipple is sublime and kind of cool and the little adhesive sticker, though not necessary, is a great little addition. They aren't super bulking and they aren't "all encapsulating" for my average breasts. They're great. I'm planning to get a box for my sister when she starts to breast feed.

Sassy Baby Powdered Formula Dispenser, Colors May Vary

I really feel this product was a waste of my money.

The dispenser I purchased had compartments that only held 2 scoops of powder formula, which made a total of 4 oz bottle when added to water. Unfortunately, my baby outgrew 4 oz before she reached 3 months, making this dispenser useless to me.

I also had trouble getting the power out of the compartments. When I attempted to empty it into a bottle of water not all of the formula came out. The shape of the dispenser prevented it from emptying completely. The lid should be somewhat rounded to direct the formula out the hole. Instead it is flat, trapping powder contents before making it out the hole. Shaking & taping the dispenser didn't help.

I bought another dispenser similar to this one that works much better. The inside dividers are removable leaving it a cup. They say it converts to a "snack cup", but I fill it with dry formula & scoop it out as needed. It works much better than this dispenser & will be useful a lot longer!

This is a great item and has made life much easier. But, I was VERY disappointed to discover that this item is carried in stock at Babies R Us for $3.99. I thought Amazon was much more competitive with their prices than that.

Each section only holds enough formula to make a 4oz. bottle. The formula also moves from one section to another.

Nuby Hot Safe Spoons

I just finished sealing up the box to send these spoons back to Amazon. I received them this afternoon and opened the package, only to be surprised by the sharp flashing around the bowl of all the spoons. Maybe I don't feed my baby the way other parents do, but I scrape my daughter's face many times with the spoon throughout a feeding session. I won't be able to do that with these spoons without scratching her delicate baby skin. It's hard to believe that Nuby would not make sure the factory smoothed away the flashing as part of the manufacturing process. Perhaps this is just a case of bad quality assurance, but I don't care to try with another pack. Back to the Munchkin spoons...

These are the first spoons I tried when my baby was ready for solids and I absolutely LOVE them. I had received a pack of the Gerber spoons with the metal handle and a pack of the Munchkin spoons. I did not like the metal on the Gerber and the spoon was not deep enough. The Munchkin spoons are not comfortable to hold and the plastic that goes into babys mouth is sharp. Plus they're ugly! The Nuby spoons are so comfortable and I love the long handle-so much easier to feed baby. Also the curvy shape of the spoon makes it easier to get to the remaining food at the bottom of the bowl. The colors are nice and even though I serve my baby's cereal at room temp, I like that the tips turn white if too hot. I'm sticking to these and getting more!

The handle of the spoon is like holding a tooth brush handle. The handle is too heavy for most bowls and falls out of the bowl easily when you try to put the spoon down and the spoon usually ends up on the floor. After much frustration, I usually go get a different kind of spoon. This is the last spoon that I choose when getting one out of the drawer for feeding time.

I was surprised when these came in because they are way bigger than I expected. They are about twice as long as the little gerber spoons, and very thick. The stem is curved downward pretty far and the spoon is deep, but not too deep. These work really well for feeding a young baby, but don't think they'd be good for a toddler.

OXO Tot Bowl Set

We bought these for our twin girls and couldn't be happier. They are great for storing/transporting food. We have stored very liquidy foods such as applesauce and have never had them leak ever. We use these to feed our kids out of daily for every meal (we use them with the OXO spoons) and we also take them on the go for meals on the run. The bowls are durable and have survived numerous drops and the lids always stay tightly attached even with falls. I was a bit worried about the white plastic in terms of discoloration, but they have maintained their whiteness and resisted staining from everything --mashed up carrots, tomatoes, even blueberries.

Bought these bowls in each of the three colors and love them!! They come in very handy for storing snacks, eating cereal out of and bringing along for travel snacks. My toddler loves having breakfast in them and I love how it helps him be independent. Only one concern, two of the lids do no longer fit the belonging bowls but the other once are ok. The two lids one green and one blue both for small bowls are to tight to put on the bowl. Once you force them on they pop of by them selves.

I have owned these bowls for awhile. I don't really use them a whole lot but the other day I was heating up some black beans in the microwave and within 5 seconds the bowl started sparking! I quickly shut the microwave off and the off gas smell was horrible. I threw the bowl and the beans away. These bowls are NOT microwave safe. They state in the description that they are, but they are NOT. This just reaffirms why I never put plastics in the microwave. Don't know why I decided to do it this time.

I have three sets of these bowls, two red and one blue. I love these bowls more than the Tommee Tippee set that I have. They are weighted so the don't knock over as easily and the lids fit well on mine though others mentioned a problem with this. I only handwash mine which helps keep the shape and prevents the plastic from wearing earlier than it should. I love the silicone on the bottom as it grips the table nicely to keep the bowls from sliding all over. Many reviewers say they are small but I would like to point out these are for toddlers, who should eat about 1/3 of a regular adult serving size, so the size is very appropriate.

So much better than the take'n'toss bowls. These are sturdy and wash up so well. I love that they come out of the dishwasher dry because they don't have all the little areas to trap water like other bowls. Definitely worth spending a little more money for these!
