O3 Kid's All-in-One Pre-School Backpacks with Integrated Cooler

I ordered this for my son who was starting kindergarten. I was a little bit worried that it might be too small for carrying what he needed for school but it's worked great. It's a great size for him not huge on his back not too small either. And it fits a standard size school folder just fine. {He has not needed to carry anything bigger for school. It might not fit a 3 ring binder I haven't tried.} He also has room for extras like his sweatshirt or his show & tell item. He takes a Skip Hop Zoo Insulated Lunch Bag to school and it fits just fine in the insulated cooler part. Very happy with this purchase.

Great backpack for smaller kids. It has space for all the things he needs for daycare. He loves the lunchbox section. Its plenty of space for pullups, wipes, changing clothes, and his favorite book. Everyone who sees wants one for their little kid. I bought one for my 6 month old daughter in pink also. When she is ready, she will love it, too. Great buy and totally worth the money.

Firstly, I did not buy this for a kid. I'm 33 and work in a corporate office building constantly lugging netbooks, tablets, etc...and a lunch bag. Now I lug NOTHING. It all simply rides conveniently on my back. Not too big like thise giant laptop bookbags for my 5'6 frame and not too small to fit everything. The earth tone camo print keeps it adult-friendly, so it's cool but not childish.

arrived very quickly and it is a fun little backpack.My daughter is 5 and she loves the colours because it is so bright and unique.I like too because she is easy to be spotted in a crowd (she did not want to go with a typical girlie girl backpack colours :-)).

The backpack has a chest strap but the only thing that I was surprised not to see was a waist strap on it that would help the kids wear it better especially on a field trip.

Regarding the lunch pocket: it is insulated but because of the size of it , even if I included 2 average size gel packs in it, it did not keep the food cold for more than 3-4h which is enough if it is purely used for going to daycare and having the lunch kept in the fridge there.I believe though that 2 gel packs it is quite a high number of gel packs to include in a preschool lunch bag(it adds weight too) as I usually use just one for 3-4h on my adult lunch bag so I assume that the preschool one doesn't insulate that well.

So the lunch pocket can be used purely for school if they have lunch there and not for a field trip where you need the food to be kept cold for longer most of the times because there is no fridge to be used....

Overall I am happy with the purchase especially that it has almost all the features that I wanted in a preschool backpack.

Updates:

I have had the backpack for 3 months now and it broke down at the handle already...The fabric that holds the back of the backpack to the handle came apart and soon it will not be suitable to be used ...

So sad and disappointing..

It was too expensive to ship it back internationally to have it fixed or exchanged but O3 company was willing to ship me a new one without getting the damaged one back(I just sent a picture with the damage to them).

I am very impressed with the high level of customer service and I have no hesitation to buy from them again....

My 10 month old daughter LOVES this teething ring. She has played/chewed on it for months. The string and clasp is fairly cheap, but is easy to shorten by cutting and retying. You can get a replacement cord for just a couple dollars, so you could use it at different lengths if you wanted.

It is a very thin piece of Vinyl. It is not what I expected at all. When I out it on the ground it was curled, it last about a week, then I just threw it away. You could just throw a garbage bag on the floor it is pretty much the same thing.

I knew I wouldn't be getting much for the price, but I didn't expect a printed piece of clear vinyl that is little more than a drop cloth that slips and slides around on both floor and carpet. If, somehow, we are able to get all the folds out, and maybe use velcro or double-sided tape to hold it in place, it may do the job as advertised. Otherwise, we're gonna have to ditch it. Save your money for something else.

This mat is cute, but almost completely ineffective. It is made out of very thin plastic, which means that it has no weight. It is nearly impossible to sweep which means that you have to pick it up and dump it into the trash after every meal or wash it in the sink. It is also VERY slippery and the only time it stays in place is when the high chair is directly on top of it. Even then, the corners fly up making it difficult to keep in place.

In hindsight, I would have saved my money and bought something more substantial.

This product is a glorified trash bag. The plastic is flimsy and doesn't lay flat as pictured the creases are still in it from the folds for shipping now weeks later. I wish it were more durable, it's a great idea just a cheap execution. There are so many better solutions not the least of which is wiping off the floor every night. Sheesh!

When buying this product I was expecting a heavier weight plastic to go under the high chair. The mat is a very light plastic that does not lay flat. When you lay it down it does not stay in place and is very slick when you out the high chair on it or if anyone steps on it.

I just wanted to add a positive note about these spoons. I have owned a lot of baby spoons, and yes these spoons stain easily and the color change is sutble. But most spoons have the same flaws. What I love about these spoons, is that they are totally lightweight, super soft, hold the perfect amount of food for a growing baby's mouth, and the shape and curve of them take all the awkward angle off your wrist. Someone knew what they were doing when they designed the angle and curvature of these spoons. They are ergonomically friendly on your wrist. So I would say if comfort for you and your baby outweighs stains then these are a great deal! And check the temperature of your baby's food yourself and don't trust a color changing feature! :)

I love these baby spoons! they are soft and rubbery so they do not hurt my sons mouth like some harder/plastic spoon can and they hold the food well. We got some of these as gifts from my wife's baby shower and after using several other spoons, these are the only ones that I want to use. It is true that they may be prone to some discoloration because they are white and rubbery, but they are very functional. Great for shoveling pureed turnips and sweet potatoes along with other foods that babies need to have.

These so far are the best baby feeding spoons that I have tried. Yes the staining is really bad, but really does that matter all that much? The spoon part is a good size and is not too deep or too shallow for my 9 month old. The handle is not too heavy as another popular type that I have tried, these spoons sit nicely in the baby dish and does not flop out and make a mess. If it werent for the staining, I would have given these 5 stars. But as I stated before, while the stains are unsightly...it doesnt affect the performance of the spoon at all. I recommend these for a baby 5 months and up.

Love these spoons.

Pros:

1: They are BPA Free

2: The color disappears from the spoon if the food that I have warmed up is too hot for the baby's mouth. Let's be honest, would you really know if it were too hot? Maybe so, but not this mommy. I am always on the side of caution and probably make my baby's food not warm enough. So these spoons help set my mind at ease that I am not burning my daughters mouth when I heat up her food.

3: They are soft and easy to grip. My daughter loves holding onto the spoons and chewing on them! If the handle was made of metal, I wouldn't want her chewing on it. So it's perfect.

I almost hesitated to buy these spoons because of the negative reviews about the staining. I am glad I didn't let those reviews keep me from this purchase. Yes the spoons stain after your first use. But honestly, did I buy these spoons to decorate my house or did I buy these spoons because they are a better option for my daughter? I think these spoons are perfect for what they are made for, feeding your child.

These spoons are just okay. I liked them until they stained horribly. I also realized that the finish is not properly done and that the plastic is not tapered well. It worries me that I might scratch baby while scraping food off her face. The temperature sensitive part of spoon is not much helpful. It does change color but not unless the food is very hot. After feeding my baby solids for a few months now, I can tell now with just a touch if it's too hot.

It's not really airtight and drinks don't stay warm/cold very well. I followed the instructions carefully -put boiling hot water or ice water to heat/chill the container and my drinks still didn't stay cold for more than a couple of hours. I even kept the thermos in the refrigerator in hopes it would work. While I knew there was no lid to keep things completely airtight, I was hopeful the insulation would work. It would have been nice to have a cap to keep drinks better insulated.

Even with the valve, it spills so you have to keep it upright

My daughter likes to push the spout into the bottle when I do not use the valve. I wish it stayed on a little better.

We really wanted to switch to stainless steel for the kids, and this is a nice looking cup, but from day one it leaks, there's an airhole in the top and liquids just flow out of it as soon as it's on it's side.

We bought this cup when our daughter was about 8 months old, she was well into teething (our kids are slow/late teethers) but no actual teeth yet. She'd of course chew on it, which over 5 months caused the silicone to split at the valve. The biggest reason I bought this one was because she was used to the handles and soft spout of her Green Sprouts BPA Free Non Spill Sippy Cup Pink that we were replacing. I didn't expect it to last with her gnawing on it. We had also purchased the The Safe Sippy 2 2-in-1 Sippy to Straw Bottle, Green and ended up using this more for her milk and the other for her water or juice as the valves on the SS2 are more difficult to clean when you're in a crying "I want my milk!!" hurry.

We now have the Thermos Foogo Phases Leak Proof Stainless Steel Sippy Cup, Pink/Purple, 10 Ounce that we used for a few weeks (she has problems with hitting... and we have a newborn in the house... we had some incidents :( ). She loved it while she had it, the spout is hard so no valve splitting. All the Foogo stuff is interchangeable, so these handles fit the other cup(s) we have, and the lids all fit one another (came in handy as we had 2 Foogo by Thermos Leak-Proof SS 10 oz Straw Bottle in Pink left over from our oldest daughter.)

All the Foogo stuff is adequately leakproof, EXCEPT whatever fluid is left in the spout past the valve will drip out. It seems like a lot on this cup, but once that is gone it doesn't leak unless you have a split valve ;)

My daughter is 7 months old and this item can uses up to 6 months.

She loves and play with this but, she drinks so hard and not to easy for her. So I bought another new baby bottle.

It looks so good and I love it but, she needs wait for more months.

Very happy with this product. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and work with individuals with feeding/swallowing disorders. Purchased this for my children and prefer it to similar products. Both of my kids were able to drink from straws and from this cup independently by 6 months old. The design of the cup helps them create a good lip seal and control the amount of liquid. The angle of the cup allows the infant/toddler to see around the cup as well as into the cup and does not require them to extend their neck or tip the cup too far in order to get a drink, so they don't end up dumping it all over themselves and drowning in it. It's a heavy plastic which was nice to see because many of the nosey cups are out of very thin, flimsy plastic and people tend to do better with a more solid cup and steady pressure to their lower lip/jaw. Initially I thought the handles were too small and they may be for kids with fine motor issues, but was surprised to see both children did better with these handles over bulkier ones. It's difficult to find good cups for young children that are developmentally appropriate. The plastic is nice and durable and overall design of the cup is aesthetically pleasing. It is also easy to clean. I frequently put smoothies in it. This one is a keeper!

I was hoping my daughter would use this cup since we are doing baby led weaning. She is 6 months and I think she may just not be ready. She doesn't understand the concept yet, but we will keep trying!!

Love this cup! My second child refused a bottle for 6 weeks and this helped when I wasn't around. Love the design and she easily holds it now at 6 months!

I was given this cup by a friend when my daughter was about 6 or 7 months old. I thought 1) what am I going to do with this? 2) why does it look so weird? 3) she's never going to use this.

Was I WRONG!!! She started using this cup at about 16 months. She loves it. I love it. She can drink all by herself without my assistance. We now own 4 of these and I have also bought them for friends. I include my initial thoughts and then tell them just to watch and see. Such a great idea. Makes it so much more fun, tidy & practical for little learners.

My advice: Buy more than one.

My 22 month old girl received this for Christmas and when I first purchased it, I was a bit skeptical of the quality considering it's inexpensive price tag. But when my husband pulled it out of the box and put it together, I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it was and at all the cute accessory pieces that come with it...you just can't go wrong with this nursery center. My daughter really loves it and plays with it every day. The little high chair and mobile do come off easily but are also easily reattached. It provides everything a little baby doll needs...a place to sleep (my little one uses it as a changing table too!), a little tub, a feeding area, and lots of accessories. If you're considering buying this, I recommend it. I found it to be sturdy, large enough to provide lots or pretend play yet compact enough to not take up too much room space. Made of pretty pastel colors and fits most dolls up to probably 14 inches.

I just got this yesterday for my daughters 2nd Birthday. You know I have never seen her play with one thing for so long. She loves it, it seems well made also. Very easy to put together. For the one who was wanting the dimensions they are 22 inches at the middle divider.. then 31 inches at the top of the mobile. 26 inches long and 18.5 inches wide. hope that helps.

This is a fantastic toy for the price. The size is just perfect for practicing mommies. It comes with various accessories to add to the child's imagination. The hangers are great practice to hang things up with and we do use to hang other dolls clothing. We have added a few other accessories of our own, like a brush and nasal aspirator, etc. I have allowed my daughter to bathe some of her dolls in the bath with just a little bit of water. The mobile has not stayed on for longer than 2 minutes when my daughter plays with it, but she has found other ways to play with the mobile...not just on the nursery center. Toys don't have to be played with the way WE want them to. My only complaint is the high chair. It is an unusual size and most of my 2 year old's dolls are either too big or too small and she gets frustrated because they are either too hard to put in the high chair or don't stay in. I reccommend this toy and find the price to be fantastic.
