graze organic 3 Pack Organic Reusable Snack Bags

graze organic 3 Pack Organic Reusable Snack Bags, Sandwich, Vegetable and SnackI bought the 3 pack for my daughter almost a year ago and they still work so great! I must have washed them 100 times, too. They became super soft and the velcro closure is still nice and tight. LOVED that we didn't have to use any plastic snack bags last school year. I'd also bought another brand of snack bags that had a plastic lining and ended up having to throw them away. I could never get them clean and they started to smell funky. I love that you can just pop the graze bags into the wash. I think it's fab that graze uses only organic materials in all their products, too. My daughter is going to use them this summer at her day camp. Ordering a flower tote today. They are worth every penny!!!!

I really love these bags for packing my son's school lunches! They are easy to use, close tightly and can be used again and again. I've had some for over a year and the velcro closures still work great, so I bought more for school this year. The ink has stayed on well and they are very durable; no damage or tears after more than a year. They do stain but that hasn't been a problem. I wash them off after each use in the sink and let them dry and then throw them in the washer and dryer once a week. We eat organically so I love that our lunch bags are organic too! Great buy! Well worth the investment. I'm sure if I tallied up all of the plastic bags we would be using for school lunches each year, these bags are definitely saving money and more plastic from the environment; it's a win-win!

These organic lunch sacks are a great idea. They work well for grapes, carrots, and sandwiches. The only problem is packing popcorn or pretzels they are stale tasting by lunchtime. Other than that we love the cute organic waste free lunch bags!

Disney Pooh Floor Topper Disposable Mess Mats - 5-count

Disney Pooh Floor Topper Disposable Mess Mats - 5-countMy kids are Winnie the Pooh fans so I thought I'd surprise them with these mats. What a waste of money. The mats are as thin as a plastic garbage bag and the feet of a chair cause them to tear. Also, if you wipe them off with any elbow grease (to get off dried food) the image rubs off also. I currently use a vinyl tablecloth from Wal-Mart I paid $3 for and it works a million times better. The only plus was the seller shipped as promised.

These mats are great to catch items around the high chair while our child eats. We also use them while he plays to catch any messes that may occur. We use these daily and really like the mats!

I'm embarrassed to admit that we've left quite a few restaurants with totally filthy floors prior to discovering this product. We were the couple that would have to leave a double tip because our son decided to leave 2/3rds of his meal on the floor underneath his high chair. Ever since I got these, I've been acknowledged by every restaurant's wait staff about how awesome and considerate we are. We place it underneath the chair, and it captures most of the stuff that's inevitably dropped. I do wish they were round vs rectangular to capture more around the chair, but I'm pretty happy overall. They are a bit pricey, but I figure the savings in tip money is worth it!

I used these when my daughter was still in high chairs at the stage when all she wanted to do was see food drop on the floor. Since they are plastic, I could wipe up small messes, so they are reusable; but I'd throw them out when they got ratty or messes were unbearable. I'd take them to restaurants and the wait staff so appreciated our thoughtfulness, we'd have them come up to thank us for thinking of them. I only wish they were slightly larger, because the high chair took up a good chunk of the middle and then there wasn't much room left over on the sides. My daughter was sometimes able to get foods outside that perimeter. At least most of it was caught.

I have found other uses for Floor Topper as my children have grown, like groundcover for painting and crafts. I also place them under the hamster cage to catch debris and protect my desk.

Floor Toppers are thicker than plastic bags and cheap plastic tablecloths, so they stay unfolded and flat on the ground and not all bunched up. I still have a few from when my children were toddlers and I pull them out every now and again, because they can be so useful.

Not worth the money! I bought these to go under my kids little tikes picnic table thinking they would help keep my carpet clean when my kids ate snacks or did projects. Which they did to a degree, but they are very flimsy and if you use anything wet to wipe them off the print comes off and they become sticky. My kids feet would end up getting stuck to them which would cause them to move around a lot and all the crumbs or mess would go on the floor! I ended up getting the Edushape Edu-Tiles 25 Piece Solid Play Mat with Edges & Corners. It works great, much more durable easy to sweep and clean. Hope this helps!

Itzbeen Pocket Nanny Baby Care Timer

Itzbeen Pocket Nanny Baby Care Timer, BlueWhen I suggested to my wife that we needed this item on our baby registry, she thought I was just feeding my gadget habit, baby-style. Having been a night nurse for newborn twins and triplets for years, she thought she would never need this item. Well, this item arrived on the second day after we got home from the hospital and my wife wishes that she had it on the first.

You see, one of the skills that really suffers with sleep deprivation is math. If you can even mentally keep track of the times or write them down, doing the "hours" math on when our baby last fed, when she had her diaper changed, etc. is really not as easy as it sounds when you've had no more than about 45 minutes of continuous sleep for four days. So this does it for you four timers with little icons and a left/right slider for breastfeeding (which is also a tough thing to remember, but something you really don't want to forget). It is exceedingly simple press the icon button and it restarts the timer perfect for the sleep-deprived mind.

As for the suggestions by some reviewers that this timer needs additional features, such as feeding totals and quantity subtotals, I disagree. I think that additional features would likely take away from the simplicity of the device making it more complicated to operate on limited brainpower and thus less likely to be used. Those with more complex needs might consider a PDA with a spreadsheet or specially designed program.

It's not often I get to hear that I was right and my wife was wrong (we're usually on the same page). This was one of those times.

This timer system is beyond helpful it becomes your BRAIN when you have a newborn, as the hours, feedings and diaper changes become a total blur during this amazing yet totally sleep deprived time of your life. While it would be nice to have a few more features like total ounces drank, whether the diaper was a wet one or a doodie, and tracking of daily totals for everything that'd be more of a infantcare PDA, and is a bit beyond the scope of this little device. All it aims to be is a timer that will keep track of the key stats in your baby's life, consequently making your life way easier. I wake up in middle of the night and the baby is grunting, for example. I click the backlight button and see that in fact the baby has only been asleep for an hour, and had a diaper and bottle right before that. Then I just go back to sleep. On the other hand, he beguns grunting and making noises and I see the Itzbeen says it's been 2 hours 30 minutes since his last bottle or diaper, and I know it's time to get up and feed him.

It's also great for team caregiving, as my husband can hand me the Itzbeen after doing his morning shift, and I automatically know when the last change and bottle were. We use the wildcard button to track bottle expirations too.

Thumbs up for the developers of this cool gadget I hope to see an "Itzbeen II" w/ some advanced features in time for my next baby although keeping it simple does help keep it easy and quick to use, especially in the fog of a 1am, 3am, and 5am feeding schedule! (my son never got the memo that full term babies are only supposed to eat every 3 or 4 hours :)

Having twins we always had to write down everything, or we wouldn't remember whom we feed, when we feed them, or any details. We used to keep a chart, but then I received the Itzbeen as a gift. It is so much faster to press a button then to write everything down. When we go out I just toss it in my purse and when the babies start crying I can just pull out the itzbeen look at the timers and figure out if it is time to eat or they are just being fussy. If the boys do eat or require a diaper change, I can record it easily. no more carrying around a clipboard!

I didn't give it 5 stars because it would be even better if it could track how many oz of formula the babies eat and if it could total the number of hours the baby slept.

But still it is a nice tool for forgetful people. I'm buying a 2nd one, so I have one for each of my twins.

My timer was defective in that LED screen for the top function (the diaper change button) was not complete...meaning you could not discern the digits (was it an 8 or 0?). Otherwise, the other functions worked and I was able to see how much time elapsed. Overall, though I stopped using the timer fairly quickly for a few reasons.

1. I had a newborn and when she was yelling/screaming crying for her bottle or permanently attached to my breast...I just forgot to press that button to start the timer over.

2. For some reason, I envisioned a product that would not only keep time between feedings, diaper changes, etc. but would also keep track of the sleep time during the day, etc. or the number of diaper changes & feedings per day. BUT it only tells how much time has elapsed from the your last feeding, changing etc. Maybe I am asking too much, but I don't see what differentiates this product from a multi-use timer. It's essentially several times on one device. Overall, it is a good but for all the raving reviews I just expected more.

I came back and edited this review because I wanted to add that they company has fabulous customer service. I emailed the company to inquire about getting a replacement for the timer. The president of the company emailed me back promptly on a Sunday asking for my address. He did not ask me to send back the defective timer and must have shipped the replacement priority or overnight because I received the replacment in no time.

What I like least about the device is that it only knows when something happened the LAST time. It does not help you answer the pediatrician questions how often the diapers are full, or how often baby eats, or how long baby sleeps in total. If you have an iphone or ipod touch, buy the applet sleepyhead from tv-apathy. It tracks everything, is easy to use, gives nice overviews, provides useful history, and is not another piece of techtoy that will only be useful for a short time ...

Baby Food Containers- Sprout Cups - Reusable Stackable Storage Cups with Tray and Dry-erase Marker

Baby Food Containers- Sprout Cups - Reusable Stackable Storage Cups with Tray and Dry-erase Marker - 100% BPA FreeI bought the oxo cups and I like them better. The sprout cups are a nice size and dishwasher safe, but so are the oxo. The lids have to be put on a certain way with the sprout cups and when you are in a hurry as I often am with my little one fussing, it can be frustrating. Also the dry erase labeling comes off easily on your fingers as you transport them into the fridge or freezer. I actually find labeling them with masking tape to be more convenient.

I absolutely LOVE these containers. I love the fact that they are stackable, the lids screw on. You just have to make sure you don't fill them all the way to the top otherwise if you freeze them, the lid will pop off. My only complain is that the label, once you write on it with the dry erase marker, the writing wont come off. If you try too hard, the white part will just scratch off. I have bought three 12 packs and I highly recommend them! Just if you are super excited about the writable label like I was, you'll be disappointed. They are GREAT containers though.

These containers definitely do the job -I like the screw on lid which is easy to put on, securely closes the container, and because it screws on it prevent spills/leaks. I put these in the freezer and they have been holding up quite well. I also like the fact that the interlocking system (bottom of containers lock into lid of containers below) makes it easy & secure to stack these in the freezer or fridge. Gave it four stars because the white strip on the container (for writing on) does come of if you scrub it too hard, but other than that small flaw, these are good. And I would buy these again -the 2oz size is just right -even as my baby starts to eat more I don't see myself needing a larger container, I try to give him more than one item at a meal which means that I don't need a bigger container just more of these so that I can offer different things.

I just started making my own baby food and found these to be perfect for our little guy. Their stackability is very convenient (helps save space in the fridge), they're dishwasher safe and the right amount for the baby. Other reviews mentioned the poor quality of the marker and white space, which made me hesitate at first to buy these, but haven't had any major issues or complaints about this yet.

Happy Munchies Rice Cakes

Happy Munchies Rice Cakes, Apple, 1.4 Ounce Bagsthis rice cakes are delicious! My 7-month-old loves to sit and gum the rice cakes. It is perfect for teething. The light apple on the outside is just the right level of sweetness (and it is just apple! nothing more). My older children love the rice cakes as a snack on their own or with peanut butter on top.

The carrot and blueberry beet varieties are amazing as well!

My dogs love this stuff...and they now refuse to eat any real dog treats. I got this because it's a safe alternative...these days, I can't be sure I'm eating safe food unless they make them for babies and are "organic". So I share baby food with my dogs and trying to keep toxic food out of our system the best we could.

my baby loves theses and I think they taste pretty good too! he's tried them for the 1st time at 7 1/2 months and had no problem eating them(he only has his 2 front bottom teeth). they are easy for him to hold and he can gum them down so no issues getting them down. I'm definitely buying more.

The taste of the rice cakes are good but the consistency is too hard for babies. These are like standard adult rice cakes.

Sprout Starter Organic Baby Food, 3.17-Ounce (Pack of 5)

Sprout Starter Organic Baby Food, Butternut Squash, 3.17-OunceMy 7 month old girl doesn't eat much solids because she is still breast fed. She gets solids occasionally and this one she likes. She eats solids only once a day so, I open it late in the day for either lunch or dinner the first day and again for breakfast the next day. We are still skipping solids 1 day since she gets all the nutrition she needs from nursing. The pediatrician says that will change soon as she continues growing but to definitely nurse as long as you can.

I liked this for my daughter because it was very simple and sweet. She loves it! BUT, it's watery, so I have to add quite a bit of baby cereal to get it to a good consistency. It's like soup when it comes out of the package. Not a showstopper, just letting you know it's not really one of those great-for-diaper-bag, eat straight-out-of-the-package type baby foods.

Fisher-Price Animal Krackers Rinsin Fun Baby Bath Tub

Fisher-Price Animal Krackers Rinsin Fun Baby Bath TubI adored this tub and it seemed PERFECT, BUT after about 2 months of use, the soft ring at the top started smelling funky even though I washed it regularly and dried the tub after every use in the sun through the laundry room window. Unfortunately it still smells after washing it with white vinegar. It leaves the funky smell on my daughter's head!!! I actually came on here looking for a replacement head rest! :(

I bought this for my 7 month old and I loved it because he fits in it perfectly! I love the water bottle because it helps with the rinsing and he loves the little turtle! :)
