I love this little lunch/snack box! The construction and fabric is beautiful! I also love the little dividers inside. My only complaint is that the corner compartments are a bit small, but still useful. Great product!

Hamilton Beach 51110 Bebe Single Serve Blender
i've been wanting to get back to being healthy and everyone knows the benefits of eating healthy esp. fruits and veggies. well, i make PURE FRUIT smoothies with this blender and dont use it for my baby, but for me. lol. unlike other single serving blenders out there, the top cover of this has no moving parts (unlike the travel single serving blenders out there) and is simple lid to allow easy washing. that sold me. i also like the sweet sunshine yellow of this blender and it doesnt take up space. the plastic containter is BPA free and yes, when you wash it, you wash the attached blade. the plastic is quite good quality, i must say unlike another 6-cup blender i bought in the past. it is easy to wash. the blender easily makes for more than one serving (i'd say a generous one serving, and an adequate double serving) of smoothie.Cons:
You must chop your veggies/fruits before dumping in this blender b/c blades arent too powerful enough to liquify them quickly. Depending what you blend (i blend fruits like papaya, strawberries, etc), it would take about 7 or so pulses to creamate the fruits. so yes, i think more you cut your fruits, more long life for this blade. Anyway so far, it's doing well.
**update: it's now 9/10/12 and been using this almost everyday. it is holding up well. Washing this is a breeze if you do it immediately after making your smoothie: i just run running faucet water in the container, swish it around few times then pour it out. clean. Love that! The blades are not sharp so dont worry of hurting yourself if you have to insert your finger in the container. Again, you must pre-chop your fruits into about 1in x1 in before adding it to the blender to help hasten the blending process and help your blades 'live' longer. i am thinking the only machines that you wont need to pre-cut your fruits are those machines that cost over $300 like vita-mix but that's beyond me for now. LOL

Really like this little blender for mixing protein shakes with fruit. Easy to clean up and looks super cute on the kitchen counter.
Crocodile creek Animal Placemat Animalabc
This flimsy mat came with a large sticker (product information) right on the face of it. This sticker is close to impossible to remove because of the glue used and the flimsyness of the mat itself. I cannot get the sticker completely off no matter how much scrubbing.
As it is for children to eat food on, I expected it to be able to be a little durable. Instead the color and drawings came off after a few scrubbings.
Do yourself a favor and buy something that is made of plastic this is like cardboard that has been run threw an ink printer.

My son loves this placemat, can't get enough of the animal images, and it cleans up easily. All of which are wonderful.My only complaint, and the reason this doesn't get 5 stars, is that it is so thin it began curling after the first use.
It has curled up on all four sides, which is very frustrating, but we still use it at every meal because my son just adores it.
If they offered a version that was thicker (say 1/4 inch thick) and could still clean up easily I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Heck... if they did that I'd buy a half dozen! All in all the design and durability are great, just be aware that it will curl on you.
If you're OK with that then this is a great palcemat.

I got these in the mail today. For $6 they are super thin and I feel I paid way too much. I doubt they will make it a month. Save your money and buy somethng else.
Green Sprouts Plant Fiber Dinner Ware Set
We just bought this set yesterday and it appears it won't last long in our house. When I purchased it, I thought it was going to be like a hard plastic, but it is almost a hard glass material. The fork was broken within 5 minutes of giving it to our 16 month old daughter. She threw it on our kitchen foor (which is slate) and one of the prongs broke off. I hope the plate and bowl last a little longer!
Update: We've been using this set multiple times a day for almost 3 months now. While I still really like I it, I am downgrading a star because of discoloration in the bowl. The sides of the inside of the bowl have become lighter, almost like they were bleached and there is an obvious circle around the picture in the bottom. Notably, the bottom of the bowl, where the picture is, hasn't discolored one bit. We're very careful about washing everything immediately after eating so it's not because of that. The only thing I can think of is that acidic foods are eating away at the bowl, but that doesn't explain why the very bottom of the bowl has no staining.

I got this set because I have a special needs guy and a 2 year old in the process of using different cups. Winston my 2 years old loves the fork so much he keeps asking for the fok as he calls in. The plate set is really nice set. The ceramic/plastic is very durable and can handle being dropped on all surfaces without shattering or chipping. Washes great hand or dishwasher and the design stays in place. The plate, bowl, fork and spoon are all decent size for the growing fingers and are very easy to hold and grab which is nice.
